San Bartolomeo al Mare : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise ist alles perfekt gelaufen . Wir sind statt zu 2 zu 3 angereist und es war kein Problem. Die Schlafmöglichkeit wurde direkt zur Verfügung gestellt . Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber der uns gut beraten hat .

Appartement spacieux dans un ancien hôtel magnifique, idéalement situé à quelques pas du centre de la veille ville et de la plage. La situation en rez-de-chaussée possède tous les avantages (accessibilité) sans les inconvénients puisque le balcon donne sur un joli jardin. La place de parking devant l'immeuble est très pratique. Vous y posez votre voiture à votre arrivée et ne la reprenez qu'à votre départ puisque tout est accessible à pied. Le linge de lit est de qualité, l'appartement très bien équipé et joliment décoré. Si nous sommes à nouveau amenés à aller à Menton, nous solliciterons Cristina à nouveau!

We had a great time in Paola's appartment, the place is as depicted on the fotos, the views are fantastic, it's quiet (we were alone in the complex for most of the time), parking is easy, we loved the fact that the hiking/biking trails start right behind the house, we could even walk to several climbing crags without needed to drive down and around, instructions are super clear and helpful. We'd love to come back.

Appartamento nuovo, bello e pulito. Posizione ottima, in una via bellissima da dove si poteva raggiungere tutto anche a piedi. Zona molto tranquilla con ottimi ristoranti e negozi nei dintorni. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Consiglio a tutti questa esperienza.

Die Ferienwohnung ist erstklassig in einem schönen Haus direkt am Meer. Von der Terasse hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Mittelmeer und den Strand vor dem Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu beachten wäre, dass die Wohnung direkt unter dem Dach im dritten Stockwerk ohne Aufzug liegt. Für uns war das aber kein Problem und das Treppenhaus bietet bereits ein schönes Flair, das von dem der Wohnung übertroffen wird. Bei sommerlichen Außentemperaturen von 35 Grad hat die Klimaanlage gute Dienste erwiesen. Es empfiehlt sich ggf. einen Parkplatz im Vorhinein zu reservieren oder man nutzt den ca. 8 Gehminuten entfernten öffentlichen Parkplatz. Es hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Cristinas Unterkunft sehr genossen und hatten eine äußerst angenehme Zeit. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist super und zu Fuß sind alle wichtigen Lokalitäten von Cafes, Bäckereien, Supermärkte und Restaurants erreichbar. Einige davon sogar ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Beschreibung der Ausstattung war nicht mehr ganz aktuell. Dabei handelte es sich aber nur um Kleinigkeiten wie die der Seife, Shampoos und Toilettenpapier oder auch Öl, Salz und Pfeffer in der Küche z.B. Cristina bot uns aber umgehend an, diese noch nachzureichen. Sowohl der Check-In, als auch die Kommunikation mit Cristina waren super unkompliziert, unter anderem auch, weil Cristina mehrere Sprachen spricht, was das Ganze Drumherum sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Insgesamt können wir einen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft Cristinas empfehlen!

Das Apartment entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen, insbesondere die schöne große und ruhige Terrasse (Sonne von morgens zum Frühstück bis zum Nachmittag) mit Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge hat uns begeistert. Aber auch das Wohnzimmer war sehr gemütlich, um dort die Abende zu verbringen (wir waren im Ende September da, es wurde abends zu kalt für die Terrasse). Alles war sehr sauber, das Bett sehr bequem und das Bad/die Dusche ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Zufahrtsstraße ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber wenn man nach der ersten Fahrt weiß, das man tatsächlich richtig ist, auch gut zu machen. Sehr empfehlenswert, auch dank der sehr freundlichen Gastgeber, die uns bei unserer Ankunft mit Wasser und Marmelade versorgt haben.

Ho soggiornato in questa casa ed è stata un'esperienza ottima. La casa è esattamente come descritta nelle foto: pulita e spaziosa. La cucina è ben attrezzata, perfetta per preparare pasti in autonomia. Il letto era comodo e ho apprezzato molto la tranquillità della zona. La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Consiglio vivamente questa casa a chi cerca un soggiorno confortevole.

Casa molto bella, immersa nel verde. La vista dalla camera da letto è mozzafiato. Diego è sempre stato puntuale e preciso nelle comunicazioni e a disposizione per qualsiasi tipo di info. In poche parole, tutto perfetto!

Wir hatten schöne Tage und die Terrasse mit dem Ausblick haben wir bei sonnigen warmen Temperaturen sehr genossen. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet écrin naturel absolument magnifique. Le logement, idéalement situé, est d'une rare prestation. Matteo vous met à disposition tout ce qu'il vous faut. Il est aussi un excellent guide local. Je recommande à 200% !

Logement situé dans un petit village sur les hauteurs de Sanremo paisible au calme et surtout loin du vacarme de la ville. Il y a un parking gratuit juste en bas de la maison qui est très pratique. La maison est très propre et conforme aux photos. Vous trouverez à votre arrivée un livret d'accueil avec les endroits à visiter et les meilleurs adresses (restos,bars, supermarchés). Merci encore à Lorenzo qui est un hôte très réactif et adorable c'est très appréciable de nos jours. Les explications pour accéder au logement sont claires, les voisins sont accueillants et très discrets. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur place et nous reviendrons ensemble entre copines ou avec nos compagnons chacune de notre côté. 10/10 for our girls weekend get away doubling with dog sitting duties. This beautiful villa is pet friendly. We literally laid out on the patio all weekend and crotcheted and enjoyed the sun and the pup could roam freely because the patio is all walled in. I was pleasantly surprised that my SUV fit in the parking spot so do not fret, if I can fit you can also. There's a grocery store right down the block and if you cant find the kitchen utensils you need, check the kitchen table. The hot water takes a minute and the city is walkable if you brought the right shoes. Lots of hills.

Bellissimo alloggio in uno splendido borgo con una meravigliosa storia alle spalle. La casa è accogliente ed offre tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Ingrida è stata molto precisa, reattiva, chiara nelle indicazioni e pro attiva suggerendoci attività nei dintorni. Caldamente raccomandato!

Spacious and bright apartment. Despite being in the city centre close to traffic it is quiet as it is situated in a gated community. Having a private parking space is also a plus in Alassio! The accommodation was ideal for us - a couple with a 7-month daughter - as everything is within walking distance.

Wir haben uns schnell eingelebt Die Ausstattung der Küche mit neuen Töpfen und Pfannen, schönem Porzellan und gutem Besteck hat uns gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung war phantasievoll gestaltet. Schönes Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Bidet. Sehr angenehm der private Parkplatz hinter dem Gebäude. Unterstellmöglichkeit für unsere Rennräder.

Vi havde en fantastisk ferie i området, vi gik til strand næsten hver dag. Vi køre en tur op på en restaurant som Daniela hade anbefalet kun 3 km fra boligen super hyggelig og lækker restaurant klart et besøg vær. Boligen havde alt hvad vi havde behov for, super dejlig udsigt. Vi havde mange gode aften timer på terrassen. Vi savnede en blæser mere til om natten,hvor det var ret varmt.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Wir haben uns in der Penthauswohnung hoch über Loano sehr wohl gefühlt. Vom Vormittag bis zum zum Sonnenuntergang über den Bergen hatten wir auf der Terrasse Sonne und es war perfekt für einen Sundowner nach den Unternehmungen. Die Lage ist hervorragend zum Bergwandern und Radfahren (Rennrad und MTB). Zu dieser Jahreszeit war es auch kein Problem Parkplätze zu bekommen.

We had a wonderful stay in Sanremo, the flat was very clean and welcoming, better than we expected. There is everything you can need during your stay. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. It is a close walk to the center of Sanremo or with the bikes Filippo offers. The pool was not yet open at this time of the year, but this was not an issue for us, we knew it upfront. We would definitely choose Filippos flat once again if we come back to Sanremo.
