We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Jay place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Jay was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle free. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was amazing. Our family of 3 was more than comfortable in the loft. It was peaceful and private. The views of the mountains, hills, animals and vineyards were beautiful. Jaya was an amazing host who was proactive, gave good food recommendations and was always responsive. We felt right at home. The jacuzzi was exactly what we needed after long days of hiking at Pinnacles National Park. We highly recommend!

My stay at Aubrey’s mountain retreat was nothing short of incredible! Nestled in a breathtaking remote location, this getaway was the perfect escape from the busy city life. The views were absolutely stunning, and the peaceful atmosphere made for a truly relaxing experience. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and designed for maximum comfort while still allowing me to connect with nature. Aubrey was a fantastic host—attentive, responsive, and full of great recommendations. If you're looking for a secluded mountain escape, this is the perfect spot. I can't wait to return!

things were generally very good. but some of the areas weren't the cleanest. additionally some things weren't ready for our arrival. for example the gas for the patio fireplace and bbq were essentially empty. I had to buy propane for the bbq which cost me approximately $35 and the time to do it as we discovered it when we went to use the grill. Lastly, a couple house rules are a bit too restrictive. There's a rule that the hot tub, which is very small and only fits 2 adults if you're lucky, can only be set to 102 degrees. The issues is at that temperature it drops to a tepid tub very quickly because it so small. 104 degrees would be nice. The second rule is no smoking with 25ft of the house. given the smaller yards, (front and back), you basically have to stand out on the sidewalk or street. It would be more equitable if there was a designated space in the backyard that could accommodate such an activity given the cost oer night. Otherwise things went well. thanks rob

We had an incredible stay at the Tiny House! It was clean, cozy, and serene. We barbecued both nights on the back deck, walked the grounds during the day, and enjoyed our morning coffee in our private tub. Check-in was a breeze and Larry was super responsive. We’d love to visit again someday!

David’s home is both beautiful and spacious, offering a perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. Its proximity to many attractions adds to its appeal, while its serene atmosphere ensures a peaceful stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would highly recommend his place. David himself is respectful, responsive, and exceptionally accommodating to his guests.

Lovely and clean room. Koko was very communicative and gave clear instructions. Great neighborhood. I was able to enjoy the July 4th fireworks in the neighborhood from my windiw.
