San Benito : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Caseiba es un lugar cómodo y acogedor. El departamento limpio, con todo lo necesario para estar allí y las camas muy cómodas. Nos tocó disfrutar de la alberca y aprovechar el clima. Disfrutamos mucho del balcón también. No tuvimos problemas con mosquitos. Carlos, el administrador del lugar, fue muy atento y nos ayudó a ingresar al lugar. Fue muy amable y nos explicó con mucha claridad todas las amenidades del lugar. También nos mandó una lista de los restaurantes cercanos. Todo fue de mucha ayuda. El lugar está céntrico y muy accesible a todo. La casa tiene su estacionamiento propio y es fácil de acceder. Nos gusto mucho el lugar. Gracias por recibirnos. Espero que podamos tener la oportunidad de volver pronto.

Un lugar tranquilo para descansar y agradable, bonita decoración, mi familia se sintió muy cómoda durante la estancia, muy recomendable, pagas lo justo. Lo recomiendo mucho.

We were in Merida for our granddaughter’s gymnastic competition & Benjamin’s place was perfectly located. Just a few minutes to the venue, walking distance to Texas Roadhouse & the Galeria Mall. We definitely recommend & will be back to enjoy.

La casa de Carlos es bonita y cómoda, ideal para una o dos personas. Nosotros llevamos a nuestro perito 🐶 y tuvo suficiente espacio para estar tranquilo. La zona es muy tranquila y el auto se puede estacionar afuera de la casa sin problema. Está ubicación es muy conveniente para algún evento en el foro.

Nos la pasamos muy bien. El departamento es muy cómodo para disfrutarlo en familia, especialmente el área de jardín y alberca. Esperamos regresar pronto.

Une maison discrète sur la rue, magnifiquement remaniée à l’intérieur, minimaliste avec une belle déco ethnique et intimiste. On adore ! Parfait pour visiter Merida, tout en se reposant et en profitant de la belle piscine et des espaces climatisés. Merida est très étendue, une voiture est vraiment un plus. Nous étions nostalgiques de quitter ce bel endroit.

El alojamiento fue todo lo que esperábamos, súper tranquilo una vista al mar preciosa, nos sentimos seguros en el lugar, los anfitriones siempre estaban pendientes a nuestra necesidades, nos sentimos súper consentidos al llegar, hicieron de nuestra estadía un plan de, definitivamente me volvería a hospedar, la casa es sencilla pero amplia con todo lo necesario para pasar unas agradables vacaciones

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour de 3 mois chez Yanue et nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison. La maison est spacieuse, lumiseuse et très confortable. Nous avons adoré prendre notre café sur la terrasse le matin et profiter de la piscine en après-midi. C'est un quartier paisible et tranquille exepté pour l'école à l'arrière, ce n'était pas un problème pour nous puisque nous nous levions tôt pour travailler, mais c'est à prendre en considération si vous prévoyez faire la grâce matinée! La communication avec Yanue était très facile, elle répondait toujours rapidement à nos questions et s'est montré très attentive à nos besoins. La maison est très bien située, toutes les commodités sont à proximité et vous êtes à environ 20 minutes en voiture du centre. Je recommande sans hésitation pour un séjour de longue durée!

Casa Timesia is such a cool concept. The artwork is really impressive and it's fun that you can purchase the same items in the Timesia store a few blocks away. Speaking of "just a few blocks away," almost everything we wanted to see/do in Merida during our short stay was easy walking distance from the house. The new park La Plancha was huge and we liked walking there after dinner at Gin47 in the Gastronomic Zone. Communication with the host was also easy and the house/pool were spotless when we arrived. We will be back!

Fue una estancia muy acogedora, con muy buena ubicacion, gasolineras, farmacias, tiendas y lugares para comer a nio mas de 5 minutos de distancia. la alberca siempre fresca y de buen tamaño y profundidad.

La casa está muy bonita, la zona no tanto pero es el centro. Aún así, sí regresaría, me gustó mucho vivir ahí .

This place was wonderful, and I look forward to staying again in the near future! It had everything that we needed, and our host was extremely proactive about anything we had questions about in the area, as well as information related to checking in and checking out, so we could make the most of our stay. She was also able to take care of a few rowdy neighbors who were partying too loud, and that was very nice to experience because not all hosts do that.

Un placer de ver que Mérida ofrece lugares como este en el norte, tan cerca a la avenida Lavin, dentro del periferico.

I can’t say enough good things about our month spent here. From our arrival until our departure Willy was there when needed. Nothing major just needed new batteries in the hot water heater. The condo was super clean and comfortable. Willy was the most friendly, helpful host I’ve ever had using Airbnb. Would love to come back here but he’s booked. I can understand why.

We had a great stay at this two-bedroom apartment in Merida. The space was incredibly large and airy, giving us plenty of room to relax. The house was clean, well-maintained, and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. It had everything we needed, and we’d definitely stay here again!”

Luis place was just as described. He had sent instructions for self checking and it went smoothly. We were able to walk to nearby sites and some wonderful restaurants. Luis responded quickly whenever we got in touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back if we visit Merida in the future.

Thank you! This was the best place we could have dreamt of. Excellent location—very close to a beautiful beach and convenient access to grocery stores. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and quiet, with a great swimming pool. Everything inside worked perfectly—A/C, refrigerator, fan, electric stove—10/10! A special thank you to the owner, Ignacio. He was incredibly helpful with everything, from picking us up at the airport to doing our first grocery run and even organizing trips for us. He was always there to assist in any situation—our very own Mexican angel! Ignacio, we already miss you. We’re definitely coming back! 🦩❤️🦩

Nos encantó el lugar, es una zona tranquila pero cercana a tiendas y restaurantes, el condo es amplio, con todo lo necesario y seguro, la atención del host siempre adecuada y pendiente de las necesitades Sin duda volveremos :)

a great place to stay! clean, comfortable, and very private. close to the beach, with lovely views. Roberto was extremely helpful and understanding when I was having many phone issues, making it hard for me to communicate. wonderful place to stay, wonderful and accommodating host!
