Great stay! Maria greeted us upon arrival and was very friendly. No issues finding the space, however its not visible from the street -also a good thing. The space and layout was well designed. even though it was small it did not feel that way. everything in the kitchen was so useful and thought out. the bed and linens were very comfortable! also a stay with a parking spot is so convenient. really enjoyed our stay in the rental and the neighborhood. only regret was not taking advantage of the sitting area or the bikes. hopefully we can stay again in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Jelani—such an amazing spot and friendly/trustworthy individual! We felt right at home. Jelani was super friendly from the get go and the place was unreal: high-end amenities and quiet neighbours made for a relaxing overall stay. Felt like a resort! We hung out by the pool & explored the area (Disney, beaches, shopping, etc.) during the day and were able to lay low and watch movies etc. in the evenings. We had a rental car so it was easy for us to get around and see more than just Stanton—plus, he has a dedicated [prime] parking spot in the garage so it could not have been easier! I would 10/10 recommend Jelani’s place to anyone looking to stay close to Disney without being stuck in the middle of all of the hustle and bustle. We actually cabbed there that day as it made more sense than dealing with parking due to the distance. We hope to come back again someday! Thank you so much!! :)

Maria's place was a great find on airbnb, I need a place for my father and I to stay for the night. It was close to where my family lives in Bellflower. Would stay at Maria's place if I am ever visiting family in Bellflower.

Amazing location with a private parking spot! The elevator is also right next to the parking. The place was clean as described and pictured. The host was extremely helpful in providing instruction videos to check-in and find the underground parking. Very responsive and friendly host. Enjoyed our stay very much and will book again if we’re ever in the area again. Thanks!

We had a great stay at Kate's place! She was super communicative and had solutions for everything we needed, making the stay smooth and stress-free. Even after our booking ended, she went out of her way to help us when we thought we left something behind—huge thanks for that! The space itself was great, though the couch could use an update. The walls were a bit thin, so we could hear the neighbors, but that’s just the charm of older buildings in LA. Overall, a solid stay with a fantastic host. Would definitely recommend!

We were in town for a conference, and Carolyn's place was perfect for what we were looking for. She and her husband were charming, friendly, the unit was cozy, clean and cute, and the location was perfect proximity to downtown and getting to other areas relatively quickly without the LA traffic.

The location of this rental is ideal, a block from the beach. The house is well equipped, as pictured in the listing. Our host Rich met us at the house and was very responsive in communication. He monitored some minor maintenance activity in the upper unit to ensure we weren’t bothered by noise. We enjoyed having access to the 2 cruiser bikes and garage parking for our car. I was a bit put off by the multiple emails from HappiTravels prior to our stay. I understand that Newport Beach has very strict regulations on parking, noise, etc, but I didn’t need to be reminded repeatedly. Overall a good stay.

It’s like stepping back in time, loved all the decor and flow!! The game/bunkbed room was especially great. Hot tub was clean and perfect temp. The trail at end of the road was just wonderful; and the EV charger was icing on the cake.

The property was fabulous and all the amenities a family would need. Our family would recommend this place.

Perfect location in Manhattan Beach. Less than 5 minute walk to all of the best restaurants and shopping. Super fun time riding the bikes on the strand and finishing the day with the sunset on the top deck. Thank you for making your home available for my family.

We absolutely loved Melanie's home. In fact it's closer to a dream home for us! the spanish architecture has always been our favorite :) everything was perfectly clean. for people who go into town to work from Sur and run by the beach, the home is literally right between both so you can't beat the location! we visit SC quite often to see my sister and nephew, so we're bookmarking this and hope she'll have us back in the future!

Improvements made to home we stayed at before. Ranch house had everything we needed plus air fryer, rice cooker, electric tea kettle in the kitchen. Roomy living room. 4 good size bedrooms.

Michael's place in the hills is a beautifully rustic little cabin with amazing views. great for solo travellers or couples. i definitely recommend!

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Location was perfect for our needs and there was good coffee on the block and great food very close by. Having parking included was great and pretty easy. Great place to stay downtown LA and USC adjacent. Friendly, responsive hosts!

My husband and I spent one night at this Airbnb and had everything we needed. It was more spacious than we expected from the photos, very clean, and the bed was super comfortable.

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

I’m picky… and this was very clean, super comfortable beds. Note the “no essentials” I think he does and he pays it off every month listed in amenities is referring to the kitchen, there is no salt and pepper, no oil, no food products of any kind. (Not a problem just good to know if you plan to cook.)

it was the perfect day for a trip to Long beach. it had a great location easily walkable to a lot of great food places and the historic pine venue. the only thing I will mention is if you have multiple people in your party the couch pull out bed is a little uncomfortable so definitely have the children sleep on that lol. other than that it was the absolute perfect stay and exceeded our expectations.

We loved our stay at this property. Super clean, had all the items we’d need, the bedding was comfortable and the house smelled fresh and clean. Loved the location by the beach. Only thing “missing” was enough comfortable seating. I’d totally rent this space again!
