Jill is an excellent host who is both helpful and friendly without being intrusive. Her home is beautifully situated on a hillside, offering lovely views. We booked the studio, but she kindly upgraded us to room #4 when the TV didn't work. Both accommodations were well-appointed, quiet, and comfortable. The bed is AMAZING! The town has a sense of rapid growth. There are many hotels and large Airbnb homes, but the infrastructure is struggling to keep up. The dirt roads are filled with large potholes and puddles. There are several restaurants in the hotel zone; most serve breakfast and lunch, closing by 6 PM, leaving only a few choices for dinner. The fantastic beach is about a 10-minute walk, or half a mile away, where you can find several ramada-style restaurants that are happy to accommodate you for the day, either by charging for the table or by requiring you to order lunch or drinks.

We were delighted with our 17 day stay at Casa Prado. Lourdes thought of everything we needed for our comfort and convenience. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, allowing us to cook many of the delicious local foods purchased at nearby shops. The bed is comfortable, and the couch converted to a nice bed at night for our son, who came to visit for a few days. The wifi is good, and the beach chairs and umbrella were a lovely offering. We enjoyed staying in a real Mexican neighbourhood, with a school nearby. We walked 5 minutes to the most beautiful beach, and 5 minutes to the shops and restaurants on the Avenida. Lourdes responded to our questions promptly, and helped us to get settled and enjoy our stay. Everything in this apartment is spotlessly clean and welcoming. Nice too to have a washer and dryer in the apartment! We recommend this place to anyone who wants a well-appointed, clean and cozy place to stay in the sweetest little town.

Lugar perfecto para descansar y pasar unos días de paz en la peñita, esta a media cuadra del mar y a 4 minutos del centro con los restaurantes y tiendas. Toda la casa está muy linda y limpia!

Its a nice place to stay, everything you need is available at the apartment, down side is that there was construction and repairs being done just outside of the apartment and is was very loud during the night.

¡Nuestra estancia en este alojamiento fue maravillosa! el apartamento estaba impecable, perfectamente equipada y decorada con mucho gusto, muy confortable. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo lo que necesitábamos, pero al mismo tiempo en una zona tranquila. Brenda fue increíblemente amable y atenta, siempre disponible para resolver cualquier tema. La comunicación fue rápida y fluida desde el principio. Sin duda, volveremos a hospedarnos aquí en el futuro. ¡Altamente recomendado!

el alojamiento está increíble, la casa muy amplia, limpia y ordenada. pero muy caro para la zona, en la zona no hay nada y la playa no está del todo agradable. por el lugar no tengo ninguna queja más que el precio, el anfitrión responde rápido, es atento y flexible.

La casa es muy amplia, tiene muchísimos espacios de convivencia ideales para un grupo grande. La ubicación es sensacional y la experiencia con los kayaks en el estero fue en verdad mágica. Hay algunos detalles que podrían mejorar, pero en general recomendaría la estancia 100% y vale la pena por lo que pagas.

Muy tranquilo, seguro y buenas ubicación. Todo muy limpio y cómodo. La descripción para llegar muy precisa y respondía rápido. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Nos la pasamos muy a gusto, volveríamos a ir.

We enjoyed our stay. Felt really safe with the gated area. The kids enjoyed the swing and playing on their property. Everything was super clean and very spacious, well lit. Washer/dryer was a plus. Hosts and husband were very friendly. Definitely returning.

Visa Encantada is a beautiful serene place with a fabulous pool area overlooking the ocean. Our group met at the pool deck under the umbrella tables for Happy Hour each day which ended with the amazing and varied sunsets.There is a pickleball court and an exercize room. Two short walks are to the waterfall (in season) & to the meditating rocks. If you like hiking , 30 minutes will take you to Rock Beach or Cave Beach. The hike to Chacala Beach is longer (50 minutes) but worth it. If you are a shopper, a party animal or a beach activity/fun lover, this is not the place for you. If you want relaxation , a quiet place surrounded by beauty and the sounds of birds, this is for you. A car would give you lots of options.
