Die Gastgeberin Chiara war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Die Wohnung ist wirklich blitzsauber und es ist alles vorhanden und in einem guten Zustand. Ein wunderschöner Panoramablick mit Sonnenaufgängen und auf den Ort Rio nell’Elba waren beeindruckend. Der private Parkplatz ist sehr sicher. Die Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.

Sonia es una persona muy amable. Demasiado. Siempre muy atenta a nuestras necesidades. Incluso se anticipaba a ellas. Volvería. La recomiendo 100%. Gracias Sonia. Eres uno de los mejores recuerdos de Florencia.

On ne peut rêver mieux avec la vue sur la Chapelle Medicis et le Duomo ! J'ai apprécié d'être à 2 pas des monuments et de pouvoir rentrer aisément le midi entre 2 visites pour manger assis ma Foccacia. Il y a d'excellentes Trattoria à 2 pas et même la librairie française. c'est le quartier des antiquaires. Assez calme la nuit. Alberto est un hôte accueillant, prévenant et m'a demandé en cours de séjour si tout allait bien ce qui a permis de m'apprendre qu'il fallait utiliser un adaptateur pour les appareils ménager. la cuisine est là pour cuire des pâtes au cas-où.

Our stay in Florence was often beyond wonderful, and staying at #7 in the Carmine area was perfect. Quiet neighborhood, good choice of restaurants, nice areas for walking - a lovely park was about two blocks away. The apartment itself had everything necessary for a home away from home: rolling shopping cart to take to nearby shops; good variety of cook equipment for cooking at home; extra umbrella; very comfy bed; nice selection of books. Enrica herself was helpful in meeting us and explaining the details of the apartment. Bottom line - we hope to return soon.

Nonostante avessimo anticipato il check in, la signora Francesca si è resa subito disponibile. Appena siamo arrivati siamo stati travolti dalla sua simpatia. Appena prese le chiavi siamo entrati e abbiamo trovato cioccolatini di benvenuto, letto rifatto ed asciugami puliti. Le pale in camera e l'aria condizionata hanno contribuito ad un sonno tranquillo. Siamo stati molto bene.

Wir haben unsere Ferien in Porto Azzurro und in Francesco' s Wohnung sehr genossen. Da es auch ab und zu geregnet hat waren wir sehr dankbar um die grosszügige Wohnung. Es war toll, mitten in einem Quartier umgeben von Einheimischen zu leben. Da die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen ist, konnten wir alle wichtigen Orte zu Fuss erreichen. Francesco erlebten wir als sehr zuvorkommenden, hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, der schnell auf unsere Fragen antwortete.

This apartment is beautiful. It was so well furnished and maintained with beautiful fittings etc. The location is very close to the train station which was very convenient for my husbands early departure. Access to the building and apartment is done using keypads, and the check-in and checkout times were fantastic and made our whole experience that much easier. Would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to explore Florence on foot. Inside the apartment is lovely and quiet despite its location being a busy area.

Had a beautiful time staying at this spot as our home base as we travelled into Siena and around Tuscany for a few days. Enrico and his family were very nice and the property is beautiful! It was particularly helpful to have laundry use to wash some things to get through the end of the trip.

We stayed at Daria and Gabriele’s place in Florence, with the kids, it was exactly as described and easy to get to and walk around the city. Super place—highly recommended for families looking for a local experience in the heart of Florence with style! They were super helpful along the stay ! Thank you we will definitely do this again!

un superbe accueil. le logement était vraiment très propre.nous qui sommes très regardant le dessus c'était vraiment top. il y a tout ce qu'il faut ( lave vaisselle, machine à laver, sèche cheveux, machine à café... avec le café offert en plus 👍. un superbe panier avec des fruits et légumes du jardin. possible pour kes enfants de faire du poney. la piscine pour finir se rafraîchir était très bien aussi même si il manque quelque transat quand les logements sont tous plein.

By far, the best Air BNB stay I’ve had. Francesco was superb. Great communication. Sending a video of the entry process was really helpful. Everything was well thought out and it was hard to leave. The flat is in a neighborhood where I’ve stayed many times and is a very different, elegant part of Florence. There are plenty of shops and restaurants and the location down the hill near Porto Romana made grabbing the bus very easy. The furnishings and amenities were a cut above. Francesco could not have been more responsive to our needs, providing advice, taking care of a small plumbing issue immediately and making sure we got our taxi to the airport. I hope to be a repeat renter! Grazie mille.

Appartamento davvero bello, accogliente, pulitissimo, curato nei dettagli e ben riscaldato. Oltre alle piastre c'è un condizionatore d'aria/pompa di calore in cucina che supporta anche le camere da letto (con le porte aperte). E' presente un pittoresco soppalco rustico in legno sul qual c'è un salottino con TV molto grazioso e gioia dei miei bambini (che non perdevano occasione per salire su e guardare la TV oppure semplicemente giocare). La struttura si trova all'interno di un complesso condominiale al quale si accede tramite cancello automatico a circa 300 m. dalla Tosco Romagnola, raggiunta la quale si può prendere poi il bus 190 verso Pisa oppure Cascina (entrambi a circa 10 m con i mezzi). I condomini incontrati sono stati cordiali. L'host è stato gentilissimo. Ci ha offerto molte informazioni, si è mostrato super disponibile ed è stato molto flessibile sull'orario di check out (non avendo per quel giorno altre prenotazioni). Lo consiglio davvero vivamente.

Abbiamo trascorso 5 notti nella casa di Stefano e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'alloggio è pulitissimo e ben organizzato, non manca nulla, c' è tutto quello che serve per vivere al meglio il soggiorno, compreso un piccolo giardino ben attrezzato e le biciclette con cui spostarsi nei dintorni. Stefano è stato molto presente e sua mamma gentilissima e molto attenta alle nostre esigenze. Sicuramente torneremo!

We had a very relaxing few days staying with Lucy and her family, and their dog Amber. They were really friendly and welcoming, and always ready to answer any queries we had. The pool area was lovely, and extremely peaceful. The accommodation was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The village is small with a butchers and bakers, a couple of restaurants and a bar. We did a lovely circular walk from the property through the woods to the nearby hill top village, Castel Vecchio. There’s nothing in the village but it’s very pretty and the views are great. You need a car to get to the supermarket and Lucca is a very easy 20 minute drive away. We had a super time and thank you Lucy for your generous hospitality.

The entire property was absolutely wonderful – from the location to the overall living experience, everything exceeded my expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming and kind, showing great care and hospitality from check-in to check-out. I truly felt at home during my stay. On my arrival, the host thoughtfully gifted me a bottle of wine, plenty of fresh fruits, and some delicious chocolate pastries – such a warm and generous gesture that made me feel instantly comfortable. The house itself is very spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Every morning, I would wake up feeling refreshed and grateful, as sunlight poured into the rooms – it was simply beautiful. I genuinely loved my time here, and whether for a short stay or a longer visit, this place is absolutely perfect. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!

Sal was a lovely host, very kind and greeted us openly with his entire family there visiting. The house is 1km off the main road so quite remote, but very picturesque over the valley. He gave an overview of the apt and property at check-in and didn’t bother us during the stay, but said hello a few times by the pool ☺️ The AC in both rooms worked well and the bed was quite comfy - softer than any others we had over a month in Europe. The shower had a drain clog but I was able to clear, it is quite small though if you’re tall or wide 😉 (needed some shower soap). Kitchen had most things, would’ve liked some olive oil but they ran out of their production for the season. Sal did give us a stellar bottle of their wine from 2017 that was magnificent! Laundry was efficient in the pool house, and the pond and duck was peaceful. The pool area is lovely and plenty of chairs / umbrellas. A little further from main towns / restaurants than expected. Some excellent wineries nearby though!

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

This place was awesome! Perfect location from the train station (5-10 minute walk). Such a fun place. We use the hot tub every night! The painting on the ceiling is almost 400 years old! The only downside is he can get a little noisy with the road next-door…. But I bet many places are like that in Florence. Just book it!

우리는 두달동안 어학연수를 위해 가족이 함께 이 숙소에 머물렀습니다. 그동안 호스트는 매우 친절하고 사려깊고 신속하며 정확하게 우리의 필요에 응답해 주었습니다. 그 덕분에 시에나에서의 우리 삶은 매우 평화롭고 편안하며 안정적이었습니다. 또한 집을 언제나 깔끔하고 청결하게 정리해준 나디아와 알렉산드로 부부 덕분에 두달동안 처음 체크인한 상태의 쾌적함을 누렸답니다. 두달을 집과 같은 편안함을 느끼며 부족함없이 지낼 수 있어 너무나 감사했습니다. 또한 호스트가 설명한 대로 주변에 2분 거리의 슈퍼마켓conad 와 맛있는 피자집과 레스토랑이 있고 쇼핑할 수 있는 곳이 가까이 있습니다. 집앞에 바로 택시 정류장이 있고 7분 거리에 시외버스 정류장이 있어, 무척 유용했어요. 우리는 내년에도 이곳에 다시 예약을 하려고 합니다. ♡ 아름답고 사랑스러운 작은 정원도 잊지못 할거에요.

Mirko’s place was the perfect spot in Florence. It was a beautiful place nestled right in the middle of everything. We never walked more than 10 minutes to find what we were looking for. Giselle was amazing and there for anything we needed and any questions we had. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Florence.

I have just come back from a 3 night stay at Federico’s apartment with my sister and mum. It’s a stunning property, incredibly spacious with plenty of charm, it was perfect for our requirements. The apartment building is a short walk to the piazza, with plenty of restaurants and shops en route. I have stayed in Siena many times over the last decade and this was the best accommodation I have had yet. Federico is really friendly and very responsive to any questions / requests. I would definitely recommend and we are already planning our next trip! Thank you ☺️

Nous avons échangé avec Mattei durant notre séjour qu’à toujours été réactif. Appartement tout à fait semblable aux photos. Avec une belle hauteur sous plafond. Clim et radiateur sont à disposition et les fenêtres des chambres sont doublés pour limiter au maximum le bruit du boulevard. Un kit de bienvenu est offert. A 5 min à pied du tram pour l’aéroport Les procédures d’arrivée, de check out ainsi que la possibilité de laisser nos bagages avant et après notre séjour sont vraiment bien pensés et c’est un gros plus Seul point négatif, les travaux en cours dans l’immeuble au dessus de l’appartement. Gros Travaux de rénovation qui ont eu lieu toute la semaine même le samedi. Nous tenons à souligner les efforts de mattei pour canaliser les ouvriers sur une plage horaire respectable mais avec un enfant en bas âge ça n’a pas été simple. Ayant réservé 3 jours avant nous aurions grandement apprécié être informé de cela avant de le découvrir le lendemain matin à 8h00
