La casa de Oscar es perfecta, todo súper limpio,muy cómodo el lugar la dirección rápida de llegar. Óscar muy atento volvería a estar en su casa.

We really enjoyed our stay in La Fortuna!! The Airbnb was not too far from any of the activities we wanted to do. The backyard is incredible and amazing to use the pool after a warm day exploring. The main area of the house is warm, but each bedroom has an air conditioner which definitely helps. The activities we enjoyed were the Mistico hanging bridges, zip lining ($56 for 11 lines from Hotel Paraiso), El Salto rope swing (free), Sloth tour ($60 with Callidryas tours), and La Fortuna waterfall. All were very fun and worth it! For eating our top choices were Kenko and Soda Tita Rosa!! We have 3 kids with us and we all agree this has been one of our best trips! Thanks for letting us stay!!

le logement de Marvin est super bien situé à La Fortuna. Les commerces et la banque sont à 2mns à pied. 2 trails pour voir les paresseux sont également accessibles à pied en moins de 10mns. Mais même en étant dans l'hyper centre on est bien au calme chez Marvin. C'est un hote amical et attentif. Il ́oys a recommandé des termes plus calmes et adaptés à ce qu'on cherchait pendant le week-end et a ete très reactif pour toutes nos questions. Pour ceux qui prennent un AirBnB dans l'objectif de cuisiner quelques repas il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut. On a pu constater la différence avec d'autres locations. Pour une bonne grillade, il suffit de traverser la place pour aller la chercher chez le boucher du coin. Marvin a même prévu un adaptateur ce qui nous a permis de charger nos 2 mobiles en même temps. En co clysion. tout à été très bien pensé pour qu'on passe un bon séjour.

We loved our stay! The property is beautiful and private, a serene hideaway in the rainforest while being close to La Fortuna attractions. We arrived later than expected and had to find the house at night, which was tricky. A helpful tip if you’re in the same situation: look for the driveway immediately after the bus stop on the left. The house was spotless, easily the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It was well-stocked with everything we could need, including a Christmas tree! While the lack of rugs or wall coverings made it a bit echoey and sparse, it stayed wonderfully cool. The outdoor area was a highlight, with a fantastic space and a large table for dining al fresco. The pool was excellent and watching the wildlife was a treat, we even saw the sloth! One thing to note is the few friendly dogs who hung out around the property and marked the porch. While they weren’t aggressive, it’s worth mentioning for future guests. Overall, this was a fantastic place!

The pool and outdoor area were beautiful—! My son loved everything about it, though I found the room a bit small for my preference. The location is fantastic, with plenty to do and explore. We visited the natural hot springs, Baldi Hot Spring, the charming downtown area with its great restaurants and local shops, hiked to Arenal Volcano and other nearby waterfalls. There were also lots of games and activities around the house that we didn’t have enough time to fully enjoy. I only wish I had booked a longer stay. Overall, a wonderful place!

What a great place to stay! I would highly recommend, and we will stay there again if ever we are back in the area.

Daniel’s place was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. It was about a 15min walk into downtown La Fortuna. Daniel was highly responsive. He gave us recommendations of what to do, and always responded to my questions immediately. Overall, great stay and would recommend

Séjour très agréable, la maison est très fonctionnelle et impeccable même si ce n’est pas moderne. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La piscine est très bien entretenue, toujours propre. Quartier un peu éloigné de La Fortuna mais nous avons aimé être justement à l’écart et au calme. Ce logement a un très bon rapport qualité prix et nous le recommandons sans problème.

Casa Colette is a lovely home just outside of La Fortuna. It has everything you will need during your stay. The place is bright and clean, the kitchen is well stocked. There is now a couch in the living area which is greatly appreciated. There is a large TV on the wall in the bedroom with Netflix and comfortable queen bed. We appreciated the walk-in shower with rain shower head. There is a grocery store and local restaurants within a few minutes walk and a 1.8KM walk to main La Fortuna area. Communication was amazing, we had difficulty finding the house and our host was immediately on hand to make sure we arrived without issue. We felt very safe walking around the area and enjoyed seeing the view of Arenal throughout our stay.

Nous avons tout de suite aimé l’endroit! La maison est petite et simple, très propre et confortable. La piscine et les espaces extérieures sont bien aménagés. L’espace pour manger au comptoir était petite, mais finalement, cela suffisait à nos besoins. Dans la cours, il est difficile de voir le volcan à cause des clôtures. D’un autre côté, ces clôtures donnent une belle intimité. Le quartier est agréable. L’épicerie est proche et les boutiques aussi (5 minutes). Pour aller faire des activités près du volcan Arenal (ponts suspendus, tyroliennes…) la distance est raisonnable (15-20 mins). Le quartier est sécuritaire et il est possible de fermer la clôture la nuit et quand on quitte. Notre seule déception a été le BBQ, car il était difficile de cuire un steak dessus sans mettre un sac complet de charbon pour que la chaleur soit assez haute! Un petit BBQ avec couvercle à cet endroit très bien aménagé serait un plus! Tout le reste était parfait! Nous recommandons!

Gerardo’s place was fantastic! We had a blast! Independent how great our daily activity was on any on the days, we always looked forward getting back to the house. The place was very quiet and private surrounded with beautiful trees. Leaves were cleaned; everything was pleasant. House is also surrounded with gravel, so the place must be very comfortable and not muddy in rainy season as well. There was no AC, but interestingly, we did not feel the need for one. Slept with open windows and with a fan on; it was great. The kitchen was simple, yet was always capable of making nice breakfasts. Grocery store was very close, less than 5 min drive. Every morning enjoyed the great view of trees. My kids saw exotic animals at the river. The pool was very clean and great for chilling off at the end of the day. Danny was very sweet and always helpful. Gerardo offered nice breakfast for us!! The food his wife made for us was just amazing! I will definitely go back again and 100% recommend the place

Our family LOVED this home. We have two 9 yr olds and this was a perfect stay. You definitely want a car with clearance, you’ll head off a nicely paved road onto a pretty rugged rocky road down to the home. We had a Toyota 4x4 and it was totally fine. The home itself is outside the busyness of La Fortuna proper and we were so glad we stayed a bit outside of town but still just a 10-15 min drive from anything - including a nice urgent care we needed to get a simple eye prescription. Driving at night in the area requires a lot of attention and vigilance so we ended up being home by sunset to make our own dinners. The house had a perfect patio setting with ambiance to enjoy in the evening followed by a swim for the kids in the fun little pool. The front porch was absolute heaven in the mornings and my husband enjoyed doing yoga out there with the birds. We felt immersed in the jungle with all of the amenities we could possibly want. Truly a stunning area and home. Wish we’d stayed longer!

We loved our stay at this Airbnb. The place was very beautiful. The bathroom especially is very pretty. We also loved the pool! Our host was super great. Very friendly and helpful. She made us breakfast each morning which was delicious and was very responsive, answering our messages whenever we needed anything/had any questions. Definitely would recommend for a girls trip. We had a great stay.

El lugar nos pareció excelente, las fotos son muy precisas con respecto al lugar. La zona muy bonita, tranquila, cerca del centro de La Fortuna, ademas la relación precio-calidad perfecto. Volvería sin pensarlo.

We loved it so much! It was beautiful, very peaceful, and full of tranquility. The perfect place to relax. It's close to downtown Ciudad Quesada, restaurants, supermarkets — close to everything. The host was always attentive and willing to help us with anything we needed. The best Airbnb we’ve stayed at so far. We will definitely be coming back!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Beautiful place surrounded by nature. We loved the garden, hot tub and bbq area. Amilcar and his wife were so friendly and helpful a during our stay. It’s a perfect place for a couple or a four person trip. The internet was excellent, we worked online all week with no issues. Thank you to Amilcar for your hospitality! We will be back :)

I did a late check-in and Yorleny was very attentive in the late hours of the night. She made sure we were easily able to find the location and kept friendly communication during my stay. Everything needed was provided and the place was very well-kept and clean. The shower was amazing. It’s a very cozy place.
