Absolutely astonishing place to stay! Karin is incredibly friendly and helpful. She recommended us some trails and places to eat. The house is very beautiful, the view is amazing. The room was very clean and nicely organized. Place is very quiet and peaceful, 5-8 minutes walk to the beach. Good restaurants and EMPANADA PLACE nearby. One of the best experiences on Airbnb ❤️100% recommend to stay here!

Fue una experiencia increíble,la casa es un 10/10,las fotos no le hacen justicia es mucho mejor,la limpieza es genial,la cocina está a disposición y todo está impecable,la ubicación también es un 10/10 está a solo 8 cuadras del centro cívico de Bariloche y a 6 de todas las paradas de colectivo,que te llevan a todas las atracciones turísticas. De los anfitriones solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento,tanto Juan Carlos como Jorgelina son muy amables,atentos y te recomiendan dónde ir o que ver,pero lo más lindo es que cuando volves te preguntan cómo te fue y como lo pasaste.Super recomendado para mujeres como yo que viajan solas,te sentís en tu casa.Gracias !!!!

New construction located at the end of a street and the beginning of a trail head which takes you to a beautiful river and onward into the mountains. If you don't have a car, the house is a couple hundred meters from the #21 bus which comes every 30 min and takes you into downtown Bariloche. Two mountain bikes in great shape are provided. Good Wifi. His place is midway between downtown and Hotel LLao LLao, so central location for taking advantage of everything. The real strength of this place is Jorge as he is an expert on everything having to do with Patagonia. Whatever activity you want to do, he can give you an experienced opinion and recommendation. I have stayed in several AirBnb's in Bariloche, and this one has been by far the best experience.

Nos sorprendió gratamente la casa. Muy cómoda, con un equipamiento excelente. Muy linda decorada. con mucha privacidad y en una zona súper tranquila. Una recomendación: ingresar por Av. Pioneros y no por Av.Bustillo. Se hace más fácil la llegada a la propiedad. La atención de Ezequiel muy atenta y amable. Muy agradecidos por poder llevar a los perritos a un lugar tan hermoso. Una muy linda experiencia. Super recomendable.

Todo excelente! El departamento muy nuevo y con todo lo que se necesita. El Sum y el desayuno espectacular.

Excelente ubicación, el departamento cuenta con todas las comodidades, recomiendo no tocar la calefacción. El dpto cuenta con una habitación con cama matrimonial y dos habitaciones con camas dobles.

Beautiful apartment, lovely views. Very central. Had everything we needed , nice breakfast in the morning. Very easy to communicate with host and flexible check in. Highly recommend!

Espectacular! El departamento es super moderno y bonito. Muy cómodo, tiene vista al lago, y un gran plus es que justo en la entrada del edificio hay un muy excelente lugar para comprar fiambres, picadas y artículos para cocinar, y se puede comer o desayunar en el lugar también, super práctico! El anfitrión, Matías, muy atento todo el tiempo. Recomendamos!

Tanto Juan Carlos como su esposa mostraron una calidez excepcional. Siempre a disposición de los huéspedes y comunicados permanentemente. Todas las mañanas nos acercaban la bandeja con el desayuno preparado. Es el mejor monoambiente en el que hemos estado alojados con mi esposa. Muy pero muy completo. Y ubicado en el primer acceso a Dina Huapi viniendo desde Bariloche, a metros de la parada del colectivo urbano que pasa cada media hora. Sin dudas, volvería a alojarme en Montalto. No tengo ninguna recomendación que hacerle a Juan Carlos; simplemente que continúe así!!!

Karina was so welcoming and hospitable! I really enjoyed my mornings talking together and (trying) to practice my Spanish over breakfast. I was able to drop my bags very early before check in and Karina already gave me a key and all the instructions to come back . The room was big and spacious and the bed very comfortable ! Easy walk to bus stops and cafes, without being on a bush street.

Wow, where do I even start?? Daniel and Guillermo are some of the friendliest and most welcoming hosts I have ever met. The house is such a cute little bed and breakfast in every sense of the term. It's very peaceful but also very walkable to the center of town. I had such a lovely time staying here. The food, oh the food. It was absolutely exceptional - the best I ate in Argentina by far! They had me looking forward to breakfast every morning. Daniel is such an amazing chef. His culinary talents far exceed any expectations I had. Be sure to eat at least one dinner at the house! I wish the best for these guys. They truly have something special here. I wholeheartedly recommend an extended stay at this exceptional lodge. Thank you!!

Hugo y Mariana son unos excelentes anfitriones, siempre muy atentos y cuidadosos con los detalles. El desayuno incluía deliciosas mermeladas caseras y frescas medialunas. Todos felices con la estadia, ya queremos volver.

Having rented the rooms in Fito and Belén's house was one of the best decisions we made for our vacations. The place is spectacular, very comfortable, clean and tidy. Much better than what can be seen in the photos. The view of the lake and the private path to the beach are unique. However, this is not the best of the place. The best thing is the warmth and friendliness with which Fito and Belén welcome you, who make your family feel very comfortable and relaxed in the house, achieving the perfect balance between giving you the necessary advice so that you have a great time (and why not, for your life) and give it the space and privacy that the family needs. A separate paragraph is for his dog Nala, very affectionate, cute, guardian and obedient. If you go with children, they will love her. If you are thinking in renting this space, do not doubt it! It will be one of the best decisions for your vacations!

Karina was an amazing host! She organized transportation from the airport, offered recommendations on sightseeing and restaurants and most importantly found us a rental car when the whole of Bariloche seemed to be sold out, and was flexible with our check out time. Karina also created work space for us during the day and made the most delicious home baked goods each morning for breakfast. Most important was the warmth and kindness she extended to us which made our stay extra special. Her sons too helped with local recommendations and were so sweet. A real treasure and highly recommended of visiting the city.

Todo de 10. Todo muy claro desde el check in al check out. El hospedaje siempre limpio, desayuno siempre listo, lugar híper tranquilo. Micaela muy amable desde el primer momento y atenta a cualquier cosa que necesitemos. La único q mejorar es el valor de usar la cocina que nos pareció un poco elevado, teniendo en cuenta que la cocina es siempre la alternativa para no gastar tanto afuera. De todas maneras, lo avisan en la descripción inicial antes de reservar. Volvería!

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa! Ursula sempre disponível para responder as mensagens. Sua casa é muito confortável e ela faz que que nos sintamos em casa. Suas geleiras e pão caseiro fizeram a diferença também! Ela é uma pessoa encantadora, amorosa e nos deu muitas dicas de passeios. Passamos a noite de Natal lá e ganhamos biscoitos feitos por ela.
