Great little place in a rural area. Very clean and new modern looking interior. had a nice small screened in back patio.

This was hands down the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described if not better. Every little detail was thought of, from cozy linens to a fully stocked kitchen. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, offering great local tips and making sure we felt at home throughout our stay. The location was perfect close enough to everything we wanted to do, but still peaceful and private. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a relaxing retreat, or a home base for exploring, this is the spot. I honestly didn’t want to leave. 7 of us stayed at this house, and it was the perfect size. It’s close to a lot, we loved the games + fishing, and we liked that there was a washer and dryer. Definitely recommend this house.

This little piece of heaven was exactly what my family was looking for to escape the snow! The spacious, open home with a beautiful layout was very well appointed with lots of extras you often don't find in an Airbnb. The master bathroom with it's large shower and open feel was a welcome retreat after a day at the beach or lazing in the heated salt water pool. The neighborhood itself was quiet and only minutes away from fishing, nightlife, and delicious food. What stood out even more than the beautiful home was how responsive, accommodating and flexible the host was during our stay. Dan and his team went above and beyond to help turn a stressful day if travel into a seamless, relaxing vacation. I would highly recommend this property (and likely any other managed by Dan and his team)!

Dean was extremely friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend this host and house. It was exactly as pictured. Very comfortable beds, plenty of places to relax by the pool and the house layout was great!

L'Emplacement est remarquable pour profiter de la plage et de la mer en toute tranquilité. Le logement est très bien situé et bien équipé. Nous avons pu observer au pied de l'appartement une multitude d'animaux ( Dauphin, poisson, lezards, oiseaux....). Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Great location—right across the street from the beach. The bed was unbelievably comfortable! The unit itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with the basics (I.e., coffee pot, some beach towels, cooking pans, dinnerware). The pool and hot tub are shared with other guests but we had no issues with noise during our stay. The surrounding area has been really impacted by hurricane Ian and there is a lot of construction and traffic. But the Airbnb itself was very nice, comfortable, and convenient.

Anne & Nathans Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Bildern und äußerst sauber und mit wahnsinnig viel Auge fürs Detail eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders toll fanden wir die zusätzliche Ausstattung wie die Strandutensilien (Stühle, Schirm, Kühltasche und Handtücher) sowie die Möglichkeit, die Wasch und Trockenmaschinen zu nutzen. Auch diese waren total sauber und neuwertig! Ein Highlight war sicherlich zudem die Möglichkeit, mit Kajaks direkt vom Hinterhof in die Mangroven zu starten und auch die Fahrräder zu nutzen, um die Umgebung zu erkundigen. Alles Dinge, die man ansonsten teuer am Strand ausleihen müsste. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden und empfehlen die Unterkunft wärmstens weiter - auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war total unkompliziert und wir haben bei Rückfragen sofort hilfreiche Antworten erhalten.

This property is unique. Great location at end of cul-de-sac makes it easy to locate and is private. Right on a canal with wide view of the river, easy access. Kayaks ready to go. Bring your boat. Restaurant/store within walking distance with GREAT pizza and sandwiches, beer, pop, etc. Excellent location to parks, lot's of parks, bike park, walking parks, Manatee park. Accommodations are just down right comfortable. Everything you need. Bed is very comfortable. Storage for your stuff so you aren't cluttering the living space. Host is as good as they get. Great communication, friendly, accommodating. You will not be disappointed with this property. Have stayed more than once because of these things and more.

Very accommodating and responsive to our needs. The apartment was newly redone with good taste. The outside was large next to a canal, great place to read. Julie is very knowledgeable about the area and friendly.
