I can’t express enough how wonderful Eric’s place was. He thought of every little thing and clearly marked items all the way down to where the trash bag’s were. The game room was wonderful, the kids loved it! Strollers, ice chest anything and everything you need while on vacation, he had it! The home was roomy and clean. We decided this will be our new destination when visiting LA.Eric was also available for any and all questions you had responding quickly. Thank you Eric for a wonderful experience 😊

This is a lovely house at a very convenient yet quite location, under LA weather the pool is fantastic for a relaxing journey.

Anh was super responsive and helpful and we were able to reserve her place with such short notice during late evening hours. She allowed us to check in early as well. The house was clean with lots of natural light, beautiful pool, peaceful and comfortable. We had a great stay and I highly recommend it. Thanks Anh for your speedy responses. SUPER CLEAN HOME!!! My family felt very comfortable and secure at this property. Host were super responsive especially when we voiced some concerns about the heating they sent someone out right away to fix the problem. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

We had a great time at this home! It was very kid friendly - lots of fun pool toys, sand toys, and games. We loved swimming in the pool and hot tub too. Vi was a fantastic host - easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

John & Susie were great host. Very responsive leading up to checking in. The place was fantastic, the property is large and the surrounding area was great. They really make it hard for you to want to come back home. This place has everything. As far as food… there was plenty of options and all a short drive away. Truly a super great experience for me and the kids. Going back is a no brainer. Thank you guys!

The home was in a great location, close to downtown Vista. Huge yard, beautiful and green and the home was clean and spacious. Jack was very responsive and provided clear instructions. I would definitely book again!

The location of this rental is ideal, a block from the beach. The house is well equipped, as pictured in the listing. Our host Rich met us at the house and was very responsive in communication. He monitored some minor maintenance activity in the upper unit to ensure we weren’t bothered by noise. We enjoyed having access to the 2 cruiser bikes and garage parking for our car. I was a bit put off by the multiple emails from HappiTravels prior to our stay. I understand that Newport Beach has very strict regulations on parking, noise, etc, but I didn’t need to be reminded repeatedly. Overall a good stay.

This place was great! Private garage, large living room, comfy beds and outdoor balcony/patio - what more could you ask for! Overall our stay was great. David was very responsive and friendly. I ran into a WiFi issue since I work from home and David was quick to help! Location is walkable to local coffee shops and restaurants. Can’t beat the location for sure! Will definitely recommend!

It was the perfect place for a peaceful girls getaway. Lots of great light and big lounging spaces. The location is beautiful and serene. It is a little remote (which I liked) but is a little drive to the wineries and old town but in return very quiet and private. Would love to come back next year.

This home was beautiful! Plenty of space for the seven of us for our girls' trip. Helen was an excellent host. She was very responsive to any questions we had. The property was well-stocked with towels and linen, and had a washer and dryer in case you needed to do laundry. The backyard is beautiful. Extremely flexible check-in/check-out options. I would definitely stay again.

Had an excellent stay at this place! Amenities were great, it was near to everywhere I wanted to go. Very clean, comfortable, and felt right at home!

We headed to Temecula for my cousins wedding. This house was less than a mile from the wedding venue. It was beautiful, sat on a hill overlooking the valley. The patio was amazing, with the string lights- truly magical. Perfect fit for the 5 adults and 3 kids in our group. Exactly as the pictures show, and all amenities as expected. Every morning we woke up and went on a walk, looking at all the amazing vineyards around. I would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed at Pete's place because it has a gorgeous pool (the pool slide was a huge hit), is close to Del Mar racetrack, and is close to the beach/ocean (you can see the ocean from the front yard). We took our two Bichons and felt safe and secure letting them out. We have family in San Diego and had a small family cook out on Sunday. The grill was awesome, and there are lots of fun things to do on the property, front and back yards. We didn't take advantage of the jacuzzi, but it was already heated up. Since the house doesn't have air conditioning, there were fans in the family room and bedroom. Large kitchen, so you can cook and bake if you don't want to eat out all the time. The house is single story, but outside there are lots of levels where you have to go up and down some single steps,so small children would need help and elderly or disabled folks may need help, too. Pete gave great directions about how to access the main entrance, and the self check-in security code.

We are so happy to have come across Joseph’s place! It is a lovely and spacious home in a great neighborhood. Central to many activities and restaurants. There were no issues to note. Everything went smoothly. Host communication was excellent. Thank you for hosting us!

The host was incredibly responsive and quickly took care of any issues that arose, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The value for the price was definitely worth it, and we'd highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Improvements made to home we stayed at before. Ranch house had everything we needed plus air fryer, rice cooker, electric tea kettle in the kitchen. Roomy living room. 4 good size bedrooms.

Coni’s house was lovely. It was well stocked, well appointed, stylish and cozy. She was very friendly and helpful but gave us our privacy. The neighborhood is in a good location, 15 min drive to SoFi Stadium and less than 10 min to the beach. There is a park in the neighborhood with a playground for kids. Would definitely stay here again.
