San Cristóbal : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Nuestra estancia fue increible , la casa muy limpia , organizada,espaciosa, fue como sentirse en casa , el señor Andres muy diligente,siempre atento a que estuvieramos bien ,sin duda alguna el mejor lugar para estar en familia.

The reviews are all accurate. I felt like the King of El Campo while I was there. It's a treat to see this place to say the least. The pool was one of the cleanest I've ever seen. Fernando is always close enough to help with anything and far away enough for privacy.

Fantastic location in the Colonial Zone where everything is well within walking distance. Being in the midst of it allows you to experience the history and culture of the area. We felt very safe and residents were friendly and helpful. A great plus was having Susanne’s taxi friend available for transportation needs. Besides picking us up from the airport initially, we hired him to take us to the north end of the country and bring us back to Santo Domingo later. He goes anywhere in the country and gives a great rate to those who stay at Susanne’s property. We really enjoyed the total privacy of this roomy property. It has a nice plunge pool to relax in at any time. We’ve stayed at a number of airbnbs and this was one of our favorites.

Visite el lugar desafortunadamente solo por una noche con mis amigos, Pero afortunadamente maravillosa estancia todo luce exactamente como está en las fotos, la atención fue increíble 1000/1000 mis amigos lo disfrutaron y yo también, la atención del personal encargado fue extremadamente puntual y atentos y todo estaba equipado para recibir la cantidad de personas Máximo muchas gracias por absolutamente todo sin duda volveré!!✨

Words can’t fully express the connection I felt with the host, the community, and this Airbnb. I stayed for 15 days, and from the moment I arrived, Michelle greeted me warmly and gave me a thorough tour of the space. The location is in a charming, well-established area of Santo Domingo with incredibly friendly neighbors. It’s easy to get around with Uber, and the neighborhood feels very safe. This Airbnb has the charm of a Washington, D.C. brownstone, complete with stunning rooftop views, a washer and dryer, an air fryer, and a reliable power backup to ensure uninterrupted TV and fast WiFi—perfect for remote workers. The water is consistently hot, and the AC keeps the space comfortably cool. Michelle and her support team were always available and eager to help. One of the best features is the secure remote access system, providing both privacy and controlled guest entry. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and I highly recommend it!

Todo muy bien, anfitriones muy atentos y se ve mucho mejor que en las fotos. Volvería sin ninguna duda!

Ya es la tercera vez que me alojo en este alojamiento y como siempre genial, muy tranquilo, bonito, amplio y agradable. Para seguir repitiendo. Y Nilo como siempre muy atentento y cordial. Totalmente recomendable.

Estuve allá el 29/3/25 con mi pareja, familias y amigos, fue mucho con demasiado, el lugar es maravilloso, es muy lindo, organizado, todo limpio y hermoso, un ambiente agradable y tranquilo, nosotros quedamos encantado, las personas son muy atenta tanto como Marisol y Junior son un amor, muy atento con nosotros, la explicación súper clara de la estadía, quedamos encantados! Dios los bendiga! Y volvemos pronto con Dios mediante🩷

My new favorite place to stay in Santo Domingo. Gabriel is a great host. Very responsive and professional. Apartment is perfect in every way. Quiet, beautiful decor, Quality appliances, super clean, awesome tv in living room and TVs and a/c in every room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Beautiful rooftop pool area. Very walkable area. Near Downtown Center Mall and several grocery stores and comados. Gabriel sent over new knives and pan at my request I really appreciated his immediate attention. I’ll definitely be coming back very soon. The place felt like home. We loved it!!

Muy cómodo y agradable el lugar, 💫 queda serca casi de todos los establecimientos, súper mercados, restaurante etc .

This is actually the second unit I’ve stayed in within the same building. This time, I chose one with a bigger balcony, and it was absolutely worth it—the view of the city is amazing, especially at night! The check-in and check-out process was smooth and convenient, making the whole experience even better. The building continues to impress me with its quality and comfort, and I’d definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at David’s apartment. I stayed with family and will certainly return again. David is very attentive, friendly and proactive.

Everything was great!! it was a little card to find the actual apartment. There weren’t clear checkout instructions but literally everything was great beautiful place. Very safe place as well.

The apartment is very well located and perfectly set up for any type of stay. All the staff from the security guard to the cleaning lady were friendly and helpful at all times. Estefany is an excellent host; she truly knows how to make guests feel at home. Even though there are many Airbnb options in Santo Domingo, after the service I received here, it would be hard for me to choose another place. Thank you for everything!

Wendel’s Place exceeded my expectations! It looked just like the photos and was conveniently located near fantastic restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was stunning, contemporary, and impeccably clean. I highly recommend it to anyone and will definitely be returning in the future.
