San Desiderio, Gênes : locations de vacances

Uns hat der Aufenthalt wirklich sehr gut gefallen; die Wohnung ist wirklich top ausgestattet & sehr modern ! Vor allem die schnelle & einfache Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war ausgezeichnet! :)

Io e la mia compagna con la nostra bimba (8 mesi) abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura per 3 notti nel weekend. La casa è splendida, ristrutturata da poco con ampio ingresso (dove era comodo lasciare il passeggino che non intralciava) cucina a vista con salotto (divano enorme e cucina moderna), un bagno con doccia e due camere matrimoniali con terzo letto annesso (totale 6 posti letto) e ampi armadi. Abbiamo portato noi una culla pieghevole che abbiamo comodamente posizionato in camera con noi ed il soggiorno è stato come essere a casa nostra, grazie agli ampi spazi e agli elettrodomestici moderni (bollitore, piano induzione, forno, ecc) non abbiamo avuto nessun problema. La zona è vicinissima al centro ma resta comoda e isolata dalla calca il che è un punto positivo. Unico consigli che posso dare è prevedere in cucina un forno microonde per riscaldare più comodamente gli eventuali piatti presi nelle gastronomie del centro. Sicuramente la consiglierei e ci ritornerei!

Flaminia is a wonderful host..friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and responded to all our queries immediately . Her apartment is extremely well equipped , spacious and well located. The furnishings are stylish and practical and we felt at home from the outset. It's one of the best airbnb's I've stayed in and hope to stay there again on my next visit to Santa Margherita!

Vi hadde en helt nydelig uke i dette huset i Recco. Huset er sjarmerende, men med noe slitt utseende. Veldig hyggelig vertskap. De bor i etasjene under og man må gå gjennom deres uterom for å komme opp til utleiedelen ( uten at det gjorde oss noe). Utleiedelen føles helt for seg selv med 2 balkonger. Bassengområdet var veldig flott. Det er endel trapper opp til dette området. Er også endel trapper ned når man skal handle. Vi var spreke så dette gikk fint for oss. Recco er en fin by med lite turisme og gode restauranter. Det er veldig vanskelig å få tak i taxi, men vi brukte toget for å komme oss til andre byer. Vi anbefaler både huset og Recco.

Pamela's place is in a pretty good location in Rapallo. Everything is in walking distance: Shops, restaurants, bars, beach. The communication went easy between us, she was helpful and proactive. The apartment was clean, well equipped.

Claudio ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Wir sind mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angereist und er hat uns an der Bushaltestelle abgeholt und auch wieder hingefahren. Auch war er uns behilflich bei der Suche und Reservation eines speziellen Restaurants für unseren Silvesterabend. Claudio hat uns Tipps für Ausflüge und Essen gegeben und hatte ein offenes Ohr für unsere Wünsche und Anliegen. Die Kommunikation hat immer sehr gut geklappt und er hat super schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert. Wir würden wieder kommen. Vielen herzlichen Dank!
