El lugar cumplió todas nuestras expectativas y es fiel a lo que se muestra en las fotografías. Es verdaderamente encantador y acogedor. Desde nuestra llegada, la señora Silvia nos recibió con gran amabilidad y atención. Nos explicó todo lo que había en el lugar de manera clara, lo que hizo nuestra estancia aún más placentera. Además, apreciamos que la decoración estaba en sintonía con la época del año, lo que añadió un toque especial. La señora Silvia siempre estuvo dispuesta a atender nuestras necesidades, y le agradecemos sinceramente por su cordialidad y atención. Sin duda, es un lugar al que volveríamos. ¡Nos vemos en 2025! ¡Muchas gracias!

Nos gustó mucho el lugar. Fue justo lo que necesitábamos. iba con mis papás y ellos descansaron muy bien. los colores, el diseño me encantaron. recomendable 100%

great place to stay, you have so may places to eat at a walkable distance. we actually had the host walk us in and show us how to get to the apartment. also you get a parking space which is nice. the amenities are clean and amazing.

This was a very pleasant place to stay for a weekend getaway to San Diego. Parking was safe and easy, simple electronic access to the unit, and the location offered many walking options for coffee and meals. The u it is centrally located for easy access all over town.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location and we were surprised at how quiet the neighborhood was. Close to the beach!

Wow what a place! Our family felt right at home and Svelte was so welcoming. She has so many little touches to show she cares (kid friendly shampoo, the kitchen has everything you need, toys & games for everyone) that it made it so easy to relax. The neighborhood is phenomenal, walkable to adorable coffee, delicious restaurants, and felt super safe. The home had an incredible backyard to have a fire, relax outside and soak in the sun. We appreciated her timely communication, her flexibility with us canceling a night due to an emergency, and her willingness to allow a small dog of our family we were visiting. Highly recommend this place and I know we’ll look to book in the future!

Second time staying at this place , very well located and safe place

Carl and Vicki's house was amazing! There are 3 bedrooms on the main level (1 master with bath, one bedroom with jack and jill bathroom, and 1 bedroom with bunks). The kitchen/dining/great rooms were great to hang out in as a group. The lower level had its own bedroom with a bath, and the playroom had a futon to sleep on and an air mattress. It was super clean and homey. There were recommendations for things to do in a binder. The hosts were very communicative. The views are spectacular. If you are walking (as we did), note that it's on top of a steep hill, so you will get bonus exercise! This also is part of the reason for the great views. If you don't like walking, there are ubers, too! I was on a girls trip, and it was nice to have separate rooms for all. If I were traveling with my family, this house would also be ideal.

Our August stay in San Diego was truly unforgettable, thanks in large part to our fantastic Airbnb host. From the moment we booked, they were incredibly responsive and helpful. When a small issue arose early in our stay, they were quick to address it, demonstrating their commitment to guest satisfaction. The house itself was a gem, beautifully maintained and in a prime location. We loved exploring the neighborhood and being within easy reach of all the city’s attractions. We can’t thank our host enough for making our trip so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else .

This was a perfect "find" for me. Nice room with full private bath and plenty of hot water in the shower. Access to a fully equipped kitchen with storage for my own groceries. The location allowed me a short walk to Zona Rio for my medical appointments. Franco was a wonderful host who met me upon arrival and oriented me around the property. Franco lives with a small dog named Nala who is very friendly. She spends most of her time out-of-doors, never in the guestroom. I will definitely return!

We stayed at Jose Luis place for a company meeting. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and had great natural light an a view of the sea. We will stay here again.

Casa agradable, espacios amplios y limpios con una vista a la playa impresionante desde la terraza, acceso a la playa a unas cuadras de distancia. Camas muy amplias y cómodas. Agua caliente en todo momento. el sofa-cama un poco incomodo, apenas colocando una colchoneta encima para mayor comodidad. Las TVs funcionaban bien, la de la sala tenia varios canales para entretenimiento, excelente la señal del wifi en la red 2G. El anfitrión muy atento y amable. Nos dejo varios suministros básicos para nuestra estancia como papel, jabón, aceite, especias, agua... Pasamos un excelente fin de semana
