This house has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. Their guide book is one of the best I've ever seen and includes tons of food, recreation, and tourism recommendations -- so give it a look! The back porch over the water is where I spent most of my time watching birds, fish, crabs, and even a friendly neighborhood dolphin that swam by looking for food. At night, fish and baby crabs can be seen in the green illuminated water beneath the house and it makes for a really magical evening watching the waves and stars. The bar in this house is also a fun little touch that provides a place to eat, drink, and watch TV at the same time. The bed is REALLY great quality, and super comfy which helped us sleep like babies. If you're concerned at all about whether or not this AirBNB will be well stocked...DO NOT WORRY...they have got you covered honey! Just bring a smile and a good attitude, and they have literally got the rest!

This was our fourth visit in 6 years, and as always, it was wonderful! We have family nearby and young kids, and the house is perfect for relaxed family time by the pool. Jon-Marc and Gigi are so responsive and we appreciate it! We highly recommend this spot.

I stayed here with my wife and 2 1/2 year old. It was the perfect size for a couple and potentially 1-2 children. While it sleeps 6 per the description, there is only 1 bedroom and the bunkbeds are just off the kitchen. If there are multiple adults, it's doable as long as everyone is okay with not having the privacy of a room. This place was great for our son. The main pool was very close and offered a kid pool as well as the main pool. The 2nd pool and playground are on the other side of the complex with a short walk. We did have to ask Victoria were they were located but she responded within a few minutes. Once there, we found out the splash pad wasn't working during our stay but our son still enjoyed the area. The ocean is about a 5min walk as advertised. It is very doable to carry your belongings and walk. If you plan to make a day at the ocean, bringing a small wagon would be perfect to cart your belongings.

This place is great had everything you we need for a weekend getaway. just got back from our guys fishing trip and had a blast. caught tons of fish from the private pier.Dina is a great host. we will be coming back next time in Rockport

Great vacation! The condo was perfect!

This place was top notch. The kitchen had plenty of silverware and pots and pans. There were power-bars on the bedside tables making it easy to plug in devices to charge at night. It just seemed like whoever set this up wanted to make their guests comfortable. The host was super responsive. I highly recommend staying here. I usually send the host a list of areas for improvement when I write my reviews, but in this case the only thing that went wrong was that a bulb burnt out. And the host would have come and replaced it on Jan 1st if I hadn't told them that they should enjoy their holiday instead.

Lee was a wonderful host who was responsive and helpful with any questions we had! The house was a perfect beach vacay that fit our group of twelve perfectly! Great spot!

Brought my dog down and got a few days of fishing in. The house was clean, comfortable and in a great location.
