San Donato-San Vitale, Bologne : locations de vacances en appartement

Luca's place was the perfect location! It's close to everything yet on a quiet street and we heard nothing at all at night, super peaceful and a lovely place to rest after a long day. We were there for the Bologna Children's Book Fair, and it was so easy to get too. Then in the evenings, we were close to every restaurant we needed to find. Wish we could have stayed longer for vacation, not just work. The coffee in the morning was needed, thank you, Luca!

Caterina is an extremely personable host, very thoughtful and friendly and responsive. She met us to check us in, immediately made a dinner reservation to suit our tastes since we arrived late and hungry after a 24-hour trip, and checked in without being intrusive. The apartment is cheerful, well-furnished, quiet despite being on a busy street (great bus service and very walkable to the historic center), and extremely clean. WiFi was fast and reliable for work, We’d definitely stay here again.

Stefano was very kind and helpful. The accommodation had everything I needed and was in a perfect location in Bologna, with a bus stop to the city center just a few steps away. I would love to visit again in the future. Great experience, highly recommend.

Wir waren zu siebt in der Unterkunft und hatten eine super Zeit. Die große Wohnung mit ihren zwei Bädern lag perfekt zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und alles war sauber. Gerne wieder!

We had an excellent stay in this apartment for 4 nights! Nicola was very friendly and made the check in and out process easy. He gave us an overview of the place when we got there and also provided great local recommendations. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and we enjoyed the open, bright layout and balcony. The location was convenient for walking around the city and getting to bars, restaurants, and attractions. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed well equipped to do so.

On arrival we were met in person by lovely Ida. So checking in was really easy. The apartment was beautifully furnished, with everything that we could possibly need… and, being only 5 minutes walk from the train station, it was really convenient for our day trips to Modena and Ravenna as well as travelling on to out next stop. We would suggest walking 15 minutes away for a lively restaurant area - such as the via Piella street where the canal window can be seen. We had a relaxing and comfortable stay, and enjoyed the beautiful furnishings and art works on display. A beautiful apartment.

Perfect host, perfect accommodation, perfect location! Alessandra was amazing, making our stay so easy. We stay in Bologna every year but this is the best of the best! Will definitely come back.

Such a beautiful place to relax in the italian country side. Enjoyed Antonella and Vicenzo's carefully prepared breakfast! It was rejuvenating for the soul!

Great location for a first visit to Bologna. Very close to many things you will want to do and the neighborhood was still quiet. The place is small, but fine if you don't intend to spend much time inside. It still had everything we needed for a short stay. The bed was fairly comfortable, but the pillows were not and they were the only complaint I really have. Check-in/out was very easy and the host Valentina was quick to respond.

A very nice accomodation for 2 people. Peaceful, clean, conveniently located to main parts of Bologna. Had all of the amenities needed. Host was very friendly and provided great information/recommendations. Highly recommend.

Smaller apartment in an old building but renovated and modern, had all the amenities, as described, great location right at the end of center, walkable to all the places and close to the bus stops.

L’appartamento era in ordine, pulito con cura e dotato di tutto il necessario. Zona molto tranquilla, ideale per riposare dopo una giornata piena. Parcheggi gratuiti disponibili a pochi passi, davvero comodi. Tutto è andato liscio: soggiorno piacevole e senza intoppi.

Świetna lokalizacja - spokojna, blisko sklepów i świetnych restauracji, z dala od turystycznego zgiełku. Okolica jest zielona i cicha. Gospodarze byli niezwykle pomocni i polecili nam wiele ciekawych miejsc. Mieszkanie jest w pełni wyposażone we wszystko, co potrzebne.

Appartamento in complesso residenziale tranquillo, ben tenuto e corrispondente alle foto, posizione buona, non centralissima, ma comunque ben collegata ai mezzi pubblici. Personale simpatico, cordiale e disponibile anche se c'è stata un po di confusione durante il check in dovuta allo sciopero ma non ne faccio una colpa. Nel complesso un ottima soluzione per gruppi interessati a espolorare la città e godersi comunque la tranquillità una casa accogliente.
