San Donato-San Vitale, Bologne : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Daniela and Filippo are beyond super host, welcoming kind and responsive. I was lucky to meet Daniela upon arrival and get to know Fllippo who helped me with every single inquiry during my stay promptly. The apartment is neat, location is good and it has everything I needed and more. It will be always my choice in Bologna. Thank you so much for everything.

We had a wonderful time at Paola’s place. From a very friendly and helpful check-in right through to leaving, Paola was very attentive and gave us some nice restaurant recommendations. The apartment is beautiful and just as described. Right in the centre of Bologna - just minutes walk from the two towers and some amazing piazzas and beautiful churches. We would thoroughly recommend the red city bus and mini-train to San Luca. You can get the train back down or walk the Portico. Both great options. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

A cozy, clean and comfortable house. The dimensions of the parking lot are exactly as described. My car didn't fit by 5 cm, but I had no trouble finding a solution. Elisa prepares everything very detailed for her guests. If we ever visit Bologna, Elisa's place will be the first place I will look for.

This is a lovely little house within easy walking distance of everywhere you want to go. It’s less than a 15 min walk from the train station, and 5-7 mins from Neptunes Fountain. We travelled with 2 teenagers and it was a great, safe area to walk around at night. There are some comments about the house being small but it is exactly as described - 2 bedrooms upstairs (good sizes), a kitchen and bathroom, and a lounge which we used as a sofa bed room. Lovely garden which is a nice quiet outdoor space in a city. Would stay here again if we returned to Bologna.

Excellent location for peace and quiet and relaxation. we were well accommodated and friendly host only added to the great experience.

100 Sterne würden wir Tiziana und Roberto geben wenn dies möglich wäre! Du kommst an, wirst willkommen geheißen und fühlst dich einfach nur wohl! ( selbst gebackener Kuchen!🍰) Es fehlt an wirklich nichts, alles ist vorhanden und du kannst beruhigt abschalten! ( auch für Kinder bestens geeignet!) Es steckt so viel Liebe darin, das kann man spüren und sehen!! Blitzsauber und makellos! Selten sowas erlebt! Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Pasamos unos días maravillosos en la casa de Annabella. El jardín es mágico. Todo lindo, limpio, parecía que éramos los primeros huéspedes en ese Airbnb pues está perfectamente mantenido. Anabella es un amor, responde rápidamente y nos ayudó con absolutamente todo lo que necesitamos. Ojalá hubiéramos podido estar más días en este precioso lugar. Esperamos poder volver pronto!!!

We had a wonderful week in Bologna with Mari’s place as our home base for 4 adults and 2 toddlers. The kids made themselves at home, the kitchen allowed us to prepare meals (including local fresh pasta), and we were close to both the historic center, the train station, great places to eat and drink, and amenities like grocery stores, nail salons, the playground. Not to mention one of our toddlers got some of the best sleep of his life in the small bedroom.

Posizione comodissima per la Fiera, raggiungibile a piedi in 9 minuti, con parcheggi a pagamento nelle vicinanze e un comodo bar sotto casa. Unico neo il divano-letto che è risultato molto scomodo (si sentivano le barre della struttura sotto il materasso). Letto e divano-letto sono nella stessa stanza.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend in visita a Bologna. L’alloggio era pulitissimo ed ordinatissimo, non molto distante dalla fermata del bus. Le istruzioni per il check in chiare e semplici. La casa è grande ed è provvista di moltissime comidità. Consigliatissimo.

La estancia fue comodísima y sin complicaciones. El lugar es mucho más lindo de lo que aparece en las fotos, y el jardincito es una delicia. El departamento tenía todo lo necesario para estar bien, cocinar y disfrutar, además de muy convenientemente ubicado.

The apartment was cost. The garden was really cosy and private. It was clean and very cute inside. Eleonor was very responsive and helpful. They had everything in the kitchen and only trouble we had was to find the apartment in the map it was not correct but I called and Eleonor helped me directly. The location is just perfect near to everything but still quiet and private.

We really enjoyed our stay at James place. The local area has good places to eat, plenty supermarkets and town is within walking distrance or short bus ride away. The flat was comfortable with everything we could need for a pleasant stay and James was welcoming, helpful and happy to share his local knowledge. I would recommend his place and would love to visit Bologna again.

A very functional and lovely apartment in the historic centre. There’s an elevator and you only have five easy steps to the door. It’s the best address in a bustling area with shops and bars. It’s close to the two towers and Piazza Maggiore. Actually close to everywhere and even reachable by taxi. We loved the apartment! You enter into the living room, the bedrooms with own bathrooms are on both sides, which makes it very practical and convenient. The beds and pillows were comfortable, bed linen and towels were good quality. The bathrooms were spacious and there are good lights everywhere in the apartment but also natural light from windows. The walk in closet linked to the other bedroom was a plus, as well as the many hooks to hang your clothes and other items. We stayed for one week and would have enjoyed an even longer stay there. We can recommend the Green House, it’s worth the price. Gabriele was a great host, thank you!

Casa molto comoda per girare a piedi nel centro città, situata in una posizione tranquilla e silenziosa, molto pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. Silvia si è dimostrata molto gentile e disponibile, comunicazione rapida ed efficiente. Consiglio vivamente di alloggiare qua. Alla prossima!

We just completed a month-long stay at Carlo's place--what a fabulous experience! Gorgeous terrace, great views, spacious and light-filled. The kitchen is especially outfitted for long stays; there was plenty of silverware, dishes, and glasses for every use, and every appliance you can imagine. Heat and hot water were plentiful. Carlo was helpful and prompt in answering questions. We loved the location because it is close to center but perfectly quiet for sleeping. And the view of the rooftops of Bologna from the bedroom was a daily delight. We highly recommend--especially for longer stays!

It was also a short 10-minute walk to Piazza Maggiore in the old town. The view from the open window was excellent! Birds woke me up first thing in the morning with their singing. The room was clean and perfect, with items to hang laundry, a kitchen, and a desk to work at. The bathtub is a nice touch for Japanese people! I was able to take a half-body bath, which helped me get rid of fatigue. Sara, our host, was quick to give us local information and responded quickly to any questions we had. Thank you! The room was very nice to get through the book fair.

We loved Mattia’s apartment! It was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed (plus a few things left for us in the fridge which was great). The layout of the apartment was great. My teen daughters had their own area and I had mine. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and Piazza Maggiore. It was a quiet and safe area. We were sad to have to leave!

What a lovely apartment! We were met by the housekeeper who was very nice, the place was spotlessly clean, lots of thoughtful items left in the kitchen for our use, it was spacious, clean, comfortable and welcoming, we didn't want to leave! Next to a very good restaurant, easy walk from the train station and the middle of town. The owner communicated very well, and we never had to ask anything, she provided all the information we needed well in advance. I cannot wait to return. Very highly recommended.

Great stay, very quiet which we needed before and after the marathon but very close to the plazza magiorre. Great host. Very helpful and flexible

Great Host, always answered in max. 10min even when i forgot my keycard. Also made it possible to leave bags in appartement after check out. Good location everything important is within quick walking distance

A fabulous place to stay in Bologna. Perfect in every way. Elena was a friendly host, with excellent communication. The apartment was modern, clean, comfortable, and car parking was easy and secure. The location was great. Walkable to all parts of the main city area, where the architecture, churches, restaurants, piazzas and so many other historic landmarks are amazing. A must do is the Portico San Luca walk….even great on a rainy day!
