San Donato, Bologne : location de maisons de vacances

What a wonderful host! The apartment was bright, clean and the beds were comfortable. I recommend this stay and know you will enjoy it as much as we did.

We loved the high ceilings in the living room/kitchen area. Complete amenities. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was strategic, half an hour away to the city centre and the Children’s Book Fair. Would stay again if we come back to Bologna.

Stayed as a couple and baby. Convenient facilities like cot, baby bath, washing machine, high chair were the key factors for us. Not that there is no microwave in case that it important to you. Spacious and practical apartment, useful as a base for exploring Bologna. Everything was walkable for us, the furthest being the railway station 25 minutes away. Host was helpful and responsive, and the building porter Eugenio was also very accommodating and helpful. Would happily recommend it to others.

Great location!! Unit was lovely! Loved having coffee and tea :) unit was very clean! Came for Cosmoprof! Will rent again next year!

Вполне приличная квартира, соответствует цене и описанию, имеет все что нужно для комфортного пребывания. Расположена довольно близко к историческому центру города (пешком 20 минут). Рядом есть супермаркеты и т.д. Мы испытали трудности с парковкой машины, но это скорее лотерея… Хозяин очень отзывчивый, всегда готовый подсказать, помочь и пойти на встречу. Было приятно иметь дело и общаться. Если вы ищете бюджетные и комфортные апартаменты в Болонье, с радостью могу порекомендовать эту квартиру.

Beautiful studio in an amazing location! I had a great time at Antonio’s place. He and Mr. Enzo are super friendly and helpful. The studio is in a great area, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries. It was easy to walk around. The space is well-equipped for cooking everyday meals, enjoying a coffee by the window, or simply relaxing on the daybed with a book. The main bed and pillows are actually very comfortable, and there is plenty of storage for your bags, along with closets to hang your clothes. I would definitely come back!

Gabriella davvero una splendida padrona di casa. Ci ha coccolati con una colazione buonissima in questi due giorni,dato consigli ottimi per i posti da girare e dove mangiare.Appartamento ottimo per girare a piedi tutta Bologna,alla fine della strada si prendono i portici che con una ventina di minuti di camminata arrivano proprio sotto la torre degli asinelli e sei in centro in un attimo.Posto macchina nel giardino privato con cancello elettrico. In casa c’era tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno.Straconsiglio Gabriella ed il suo appartamento.

We loved our stay here! Alba was kind enough to let us check in early when our flight got changed. Great location, about 15-20 min walk from the city center with lots to do in the neighborhood. It’s also right nextdoor to a paticcheria as an added bonus. The patio is gorgeous and would be amazing in warmer weather.

Cercavo un posto comodo per me e 4 amici che, quasi all'ultimo, avevamo deciso di visitare Bologna nel weekend, e mi sono imbattuto nell'alloggio di Andre, che è stato fin da subito propenso a soddisfare la nostra esigenza di entrare in piena notte, in quanto siamo partiti dopo cena alla volta di Bologna con 4 ore di auto da fare. Quindi la posizione dell'alloggio a 2 minuti di distanza dall'enorme parcheggio di Piazza dell'8 Agosto è stato il suo punto di forza per noi, inoltre essendo a soli 5 minuti da Piazza Maggiore e in un quartiere molto tranquillo ci ha permesso di goderci questa meravigliosa ed affascinante città in totale tranquillità e comodità. Lo consiglio non solo per chi vuole visitare Bologna in totale relax ma anche per chi vuole ottimizzare i tempi e visitare più cose possibili.

Cristina was an excellent host, very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. She made helpful suggestions about local restaurants. The building is on a lively street, right in the heart of the city. Easy to walk everywhere. The apartment is at the back of a courtyard and very peaceful and quiet. I was amazed by the lack of street noise and woke to birdsong each morning. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and had everything you might need. I’d definitely return here.

Appartamento molto carino e centrale, ci siamo spostate facilmente a piedi per visitare i maggiori punti di attrazione della città. Facile il check in, host molto reattivo.

L’appartamento è pulito, luminoso e molto comodo poiché in posizione strategica. Davvero ottimo tutto!

È stato un piacere immenso conoscere un host così disponibile, gentile ed educato, nonostante il tardo orario in cui sono arrivato alla struttura mi ha accolto con una gentilezza e una simpatia immensa. La casa è bellissima, un piccolo angolo di piacere a Bologna vicino a tutto, curato nei dettagli con una pulizia perfetta, se dovrò tornare a Bologna sicuramente ritornerò qui!! Grazie ancora!

We had a large family group and took up 3 of their apartments. They were very accommodating, patient with us and each apartment was beautiful. The view from this location is amazing. The young man who helped us check in was the highlight of the stay, as he gave us great restaurant recommendations and attended to our every need with a smile and greeting. Highly recommend staying here.

A cozy two bedroom apartment in a classical building well equipped with all appliances and utensils required for a pleasant stay. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. The neighbourhood is vibrant and easy walking distance to all tourist attractions and great restaurants but quiet at night so sleep was undisturbed. Paolo was an outstanding host - he communicated promptly and effectively and was on hand immediately to check us in as soon as the taxi arrived at the door. The apartment was thoughtfully stocked with a number of basic provisions which were gratefully received. Highly recommended! Will definitely look to stay again on any return trip to Bologna!

Perfect all thru!

We had a lovely stay here and highly recommend! The spot is close to all the major sites and the street out the back is lively and a great way to end the night. Even being so close to the action, the apartment is very quiet and peaceful. All amenities were perfect and the washer with the dryer was a wonderful benefit for our trip. Check in was very smooth and our host was very communicative.

We had a lovely stay at Raffaella’s place. It was so cosy, had a gorgeous view from the kitchen and bedroom windows and had everything we needed. Raffaella met us at the property and shared details of the apartment and the local area. It was so nice to start our Italy trip from here.

Estancia muy céntrica y muy cómoda, bien equipada. Tuve un contratiempo con la cafetera y saltaron los plomos de la luz, Sonia reaccionó muy rápido, en menos de media hora el problema estaba solucionado. Muchas gracias de nuevo!!!

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and spacious. We loved the high ceilings, the art and amazing collection of books. Paolo left us wonderful snacks and everything was so clean. The beds were really comfortable and the apartment was very quiet even though we were close to everything. We quality of the appliances and the layout of the apartment was perfect for our family of 4 - it even had a small balcony we opened and let the morning light stream in - over all beautiful and a perfect stay in Bologna - thank you Paolo for a wonderful vacation!

Remekül éreztük magunkat, közel volt a szállás a pályaudvarhoz és a belvárostól sincs messze. A szállás tiszta, szép, jól felszerelt, Oleg pedig nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt, bármilyen kérdéssel fordultunk hozzá.
