We really loved staying at Jennifer's place. The place was very spacious, comfortable and has amazing views of the sunset as well as the surrounding landscape. Check in and Check out were very easy. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Urdaneta!

Maganda at malinis ang place. Maraming pwesto na pwedeng tambayan sa loob ng bahay overlooking din. Mga appliances nila matitibay at branded kaya ang sarap gamitin parang nasa bahay ka lang ang feeling. Responsive at mabilis din magreply ang host. Mas prefer siguro if mag private car kasi pa-loob pa sya

The place is exactly as it looks in the picture. Clean, peaceful and relaxing ambiance. Also the place is very accesible, few minutes away from city proper. We enjoyed our stay here. The owner is very friendly and responsive. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Baguio. Thank you so much.

If you like to be away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Baguio and you prefer to stay in a residential community, which is near Kennon and CJH, this is the place for you. We chose this place hoping that we will be able to avoid the heavy traffic caused by the Panagbenga and we got what we wanted. The place is serene, peaceful and homey. It's not for the "maselan" though. Some may not appreciate that the house is a bit beaten up. But for us, that was the appeal of the place😀

Really great place to stay if you're looking for a serene house in Baguio. Best for families! Far from the busy & loud city area, can do walks in the morning and very spacious! My kid loved the nearby playground. Top 3 best things about this place: 1. Very homey vibes & relaxing, so we felt like we didn't need to go out to enjoy our time. Can have picnic in their mini garden area. 2. 10/10 hosts! Very accomodating, flexible, and very considerate. Maybe one of the best hosts I've known in Baguio. 3. Spacious & lots of activities outside! They have 4 bedrooms, big dining & living room. The outdoor space was our favorite spot! You can also ask for a bonfire setup, walk to the playground, etc. Travel time to the town center: 15-20mins (quicker if no traffic) We will def come back!!! Thank you so much Sir London & Mam Marissa. My partner said that this easily comes on top of his fave transient houses here in baguio!

Me and my cousins stayed at this place during NYE. The vibe of the place was really nice with the beach up front. The host, Juan Paulo, was really accommodating as there were changes with our booking (from 5 pax to 10 pax) and he was kind enough to provide us a separate additional villa to accommodate our increased count and to add to that both rooms were spacious and clean. The caretakers were really nice as well. Would love to return here sometime again.

The place was perfect for a get-away for the family but what sealed the deal was they are pet friendly. The place has a rustic charm and it felt good to be away from the noise of the city and enjoy the quiet farm life. The kids enjoyed the pool and the dogs enjoyed exploring the surroundings. However they are far from supermarkets so it is advisable that you bring anything you might need. Kuya Jong the caretaker is also very helpful and is always around to assist. Phoebe is always very responsive to queries as well and even tried to help us by reviewing CCTV footage when we thought we lost our dog. All-in-all if you want a charming place to stay for solitude this is highly recommended.

The place was good for relaxation to commune with nature. There was a pool for a leisurely dip. It was like a home away from home. The staff were all helpful and honest. I left my phone in their counter before we left and the staff kept it. Fernando was kind and accommodating to arrange the transfer of my phone all the way to Quezon City when I called him. I will surely return to his place when I go to the north. We had a very good stay at Fernando's place!

The place is very spacious, clean, interesting, well-decorated, well-landscaped, comfortable and functional. It has a rustic and homey charm. Yela/host, Marinie/manager and kuya/ate staff are very responsive, friendly and accomodating to my requests and queries. Their in-house breakfast is very good and must try the longganisang alaminos and daing na espada. My mom's 81st birthday celebration became more special and a memorable one becoz this place. Overall, me, my big family and relatives had a great stay here and loved it. Would highly recommend this place.

place was as discribed. looked new and well kept. complete , mindful when we said we’d have kids. even provided bathrobes for them coz there’s a pool, a thoughtful gesture 🙂 thanks Ronie! most of the furniture were Ikea, nice and organized, losts of beds. really cozy, we slept really well. keep in mind that the way in and out is steep, but was doable even with a full packed van 👍🏼

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben eine Unterkunft für eine Nacht gesucht. Das Tiny House ist im hinteren Teil eines langen Grundstücks, dass direkt am Strand endet. Es sind also nur wenige Schritte zum Stand, der gut gepflegt und wenig besucht ist. Wir haben ausgedehnte Spaziergänge am Strand gemacht. Es lohnt sich vor Sonnenaufgang oder zum Sonnenuntergang an den Strand zu gehen. Das Tiny House hat eine kleine Dachterrasse. Man kann hier seine Kaffee am Morgen oder das Bier am Abend genießen. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht. Wir konnten ebenfalls den kleinen Pool nutzen. Er bietet eine willkommene Erfrischung. Die kleine Küche ist mit grundlegenden Dingen ausgestattet. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit zu kochen, was aber aufgrund der Größe auch nicht sinnvoll ist. Wenn man mit dem Bus unterwegs ist, dann kann das Zentrum von Dagupan in ca. 10 bis 15. Minuten mit einem Tricycle erreicht werden. Wir haben uns die Unterkunft von Betty als Favorit markiert.

I found Imy's place while looking for a nice place to stay for work. My first encounter with the host was really great. She provided me with all the necessary information about the area and even helped me book a taxi to the place. She was very accommodating and responsive to queries. Upon entering the room, I noticed how clean it was. Few snacks and wine were provided, which really gave the place a Baguio vibe. The apartment was also fully furnished and had everything I needed. It also got a great aesthetic. It's very homey and green is my favorite color, so bonus! Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and I would certainly recommend Imy's place to anyone. Thank you Verdant! the place is great, many bedrooms and bathrooms for larger family's to relax, the billiards table was entertaining for the whole family.
