San Felice Circeo : locations de maisons de vacances près de la plage

Vi var två familjer med små barn som hyrde och hade en jättebra upplevelse. Doriana och medvärdar var mycket hjälpsamma. Det var svårt att hitta boendet genom adressen men vi fick en exakt pin till boendet som vi kunde lägga in i gps:en. Det vore bra om det fanns instruktioner för hur sopsorteringen fungerar i huset så slipper alla fråga. Vi förväntade oss att det skulle finnas mer förbrukningsartiklar så som salt, diskmedel, toapapper vilket det inte gjorde men värden ordnade de till oss när vi frågade. Det var väldigt mycket flugor överallt längs kusten där vi vistades vilket gjorde att vi inte utnyttjade uteplatsen lika mycket som vi trodde vi skulle göra. Enligt uppgifter så var det pga det blötare vädret som varit under hösten (vi var där i oktober) och inget som andra som vistas där under sommaren upplevt. Allt som allt hade vi en mycket bra vistelse!

La maison d’Ivo offre un point de vue unique sur la baie et est très bien située pour un accès rapide aux plages et à la ville. Son accès se mérite: on y accède par une ruelle extrêmement étroite bordée de murs. Vive la Fiat 500!

The apartment is situated 150 m from the beach, comfortable and well equiped. Emanuela was very helpful during the whole stay. I would strongly recommend her property to AirBnb members who need peaceful vacation and intend to visit Rome, Napoli, Pompeii and other nearby towns in Italy.

Очень уютные аппартаменты , есть все необходимое для проживания, особенно поразила собстввенная терраса) Хозяин внимательный и быстро отвечает, расположение самое удобное, рядом магазины, рестораны, кафе и вокзал. Всем рекомендую и ,надеюсь, что приеду сюда еще раз)

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole a casa di Thomas. Il tempo non è stato dei migliori, ma essendo vicini a siti meravigliosi come "la Grotta di Tiberio", Sperlonga e "Tempio di Giove" Terracina, abbiamo sfruttato al meglio il nostro soggiorno. La casa è ben attrezzata e il giardino è incantevole. Per i futuri visitatori, fate attenzione agli autovelox sulla via Flacca! Buone vacanze a tutti : )

We recently stayed at Lucas House, a lovely villa in the mountains of Scauri, just a short drive from Rome. The house is beautiful, with lots of space and comfortable beds. The views are amazing, and we loved both the private pool and the larger shared pool. Most rooms had air conditioning, which was great. Driving in the area can be tricky, but the "authentic" Italian experience makes it worthwhile. There aren't many tourists, which makes it feel very real, but it might be challenging language and service-wise if you prefer more tourist-friendly places. Overall, Lucas House was perfect for our big family. It is child-friendly, though the large marble stairs make it more suitable for children over 3.5 years old. It’s close to many beautiful spots and beaches. Dealing with Luca and his team was easy and smooth. Thank you, Luca, for hosting us in your wonderful villa!

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

Miejsce pobytu jest zgodne z opisem. Jest fajnie położone, jest widok na morze (wręcz słychać morze), dostępność plaży to spokojnie 5min pieszo. Jest położone na terenie prywatnym i jest bezpieczne. Dom wyposażony jest we wszystkie podstawowe rzeczy. WIFI jest ogólnodostępne, jest NETFIX, PRIME, youtube. Najbliższy sklep to około 15min drogi pieszo, podobnie jak najbliższe restaurację/pizzeria. Jednak, żeby dowozić większe zakupy niezbędny jest samochód. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy, bieżący. Gloria odpowiada na wszystkie potrzeby i reaguje bardzo szybko. Dojazd do Rzymu samochodem to około 1h. Jeżeli komuś zależy na Mcdonalds, nie ma problemu, kwestia 15min samochodem. Basen fajny, ze zróżnicowaną głębokością. Bardzo fajne i przyjemne miejsce. Serdecznie polecam! Jedyną rzeczą jaka uważam, że powinna być poprawiona to schody na taras i jego włączenie do użytkowania. To w mojej opinii jeszcze bardziej uatrakcyjni ofertę.

A very nice Villa and easy walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants!

Andrea ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber. Da er bei unserer Ankunft nicht anwesend war, empfing uns sein ebenso freundlicher Nachbar Roberto. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer und Terracina. Die Unterkunft liegt ca. 5-10 Autominuten von der Stadt entfernt. Durch die Lage am Hang ist die Anfahrt leicht abenteuerlich, jedoch gut zu bewerkstelligen. Unsere Kinder waren sofort in Andreas Katzen verliebt und kümmerten sich während des Urlaubs um deren Wohlbefinden. Wir werden sicherlich nicht zum letzenmal hier gewesen sein.

Es war wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt. Sarah war immer sofort erreichbar und hat uns direkt alle Fragen beantwortet. Das Haus ist eigentlich noch schöner als auf den Bildern und sehr privat und ruhig gelegen. Ein Auto sollte man aber haben. Ansonsten war alles top und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist hoch und sicher eingezäunt sodass wir auch mit unseren zwei Hunden sehr entspannen konnten. Ein Supermarkt ist gleich in der Nähe und ansonsten ist Nettuno ein netter Ort. Man kann Abends nach nur 4 Minuten mit dem Auto lecker essen gehen. Ein ganz kleiner Punktabzug ist die Kaffeemaschine... Da gibt es leider nur eine Bialetti, aber dafür gibt's bei den Sternen natürlich absolut keinen Abzug. Das Haus ist super und sehr gut ausgestattet. Danke für die tolle Auszeit!

Host molto gentile cordiale e disponibile, molto attenta alle esigenze per noi che abbiamo una bimba piccola. Ci ha fatto trovare nel frigorifero delle bottiglie di acqua fresca e molti affettati, latte marmellate e molti altri prodotti piscina e spazi esterni curatissimi, casa pulitissima. Quando abbiamo avuto bisogno per un piccolo problema in cinque minuti ce lo ha risolto. Per chi vuole stare in completo relax lo consiglio vivamente.

Adorei! Nós acabamos perdendo o trem, e chegamos muito tarde na estação de Anzio, e para a nossa surpresa, Sílvia estava nos aguardando do lado de fora, e nos deu uma carona, pois não tinha mais horário de ônibus. Nós chegamos na expectativa de ligar para algum táxi, e não precisamos. A casa é muito boa, bem arejada, bem grande, com todas as coisas básicas necessárias. Fica a poucos metros no mar, e a sacada tem vista para o pôr-do-sol. Recomendo e pretendo voltar!

Villetta vicino al mare molto carina, curata e arredata con buon gusto, spaziosa e rifornita di tutto, con abbondanza di suppellettili per la cucina e per godersi il delizioso giardino. Le stanze comode e con molti armadi, diversi televisori, aria condizionata e ventilatori a disposizione. In 7 si sta perfettamente comodi . La zona è residenziale e tranquilla. Il mare a 4 minuti a piedi. Anche il nostro cane sì è trovato benissimo, con la recinzione intorno alla casa poteva rimanere in giardino al fresco mentre andavamo al mare. L'host Nicola molto gentile e disponibile e il signor Maurizio sempre pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi evenienza. Insomma, un'esperienza perfetta e da ripetere sicuramente!

We visited Villa Greg with 11 people, 5 of them children 10 years old and under, and it was absolutely PERFECTO! There was space for children to be children, and space for adults to gsther and share a meal or a bottle (or two or three...) of wine. Close to charming medieval towns and world class, Michelin starred dining, we could not have had a more amazing time.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. und dem Dachschoss, im Haus gibt es noch 3 weitere Wohnungen. Im November war aber kein anderer da, auch in der Nachbarschaft nicht, alles sehr ruhig. Der Weg zum Meer ist kurz, zu dieser Jahreszeit ist der Strand aber sehr ungepflegt. Man kann da endlos laufen... Der Supermarkt mit allen notwendigen Dingen ist fußläufig erreichbar, Bars und Restaurants gibt es reichlich. Der Weg nach Rom ist mit der Bahn sehr einfach und schnell, die Bahn auch immer pünktlich. Erst mit dem Auto bis Campo di Carne, dort Umstieg in die Bahn nach Rom. Die Mischung zwischen ruhigem Urlaub am Meer und Städtetour nach Rom klappt hier richtig gut. Empfehlen wir so gerne weiter.

Dieses wunderschöne Ferienhaus bietet eine perfekte Kombination aus Ruhe und Komfort. Umgeben von einem idyllischen Pinienwald, verfügt es über einen großen Garten, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Der nahegelegene, flach abfallende Strand ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern und bietet zahlreiche Sportmöglichkeiten wie Kitesurfen und Windsurfen. Gut ausgestattete Lido’s sorgen für zusätzlichen Komfort am Strand. Das geräumige Haus überzeugt mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung, schnellem Internet und einem hohen Maß an Sicherheit. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief sehr angenehm und schnell – sie war stets hilfsbereit. Die ruhige Umgebung und die entspannte Atmosphäre machen es zu einem idealen Rückzugsort für Familien, die Erholung und Spaß suchen.

Abbiamo trascorso dieci giorni di puro relax nell’’appartamento di Francesco! Già al nostro arrivo tutto è stato reso piacevole e semplice, dal check-in alla nostra partenza. L’appartamento impeccabile anche nei minimi particolari, non mancava nulla e la spiaggia sotto casa era il top! La cortesia, ospitalità e disponibilità di Francesco sono uniche.e hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora piú bello. Un posto dove torneremo e che consiglieremo sicuramente ad amici e parenti.

Io e i miei amici abbiamo passato una settimana nell' alloggio di Milva, e stato tutto perfetto, la proprietaria e gentilissima solare e molto disponibile, ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. Qualunque informazione che volevamo chiedere a Milva era sempre lì a risponderci ed aiutarci. E stata una settimana veramente bellissima, e ci torneremo questo e sicuro... Grazie ancora Milva di tutto!

Abitazione deliziosa ed estremamente confortevole. Molto pulita e comoda per una vacanza estiva. Host super gentile e cordiale.
