San Felice Circeo : locations de vacances adaptées aux familles

Splendida casa, inserita all'interno del parco del Circeo. Camere ampie e arieggiate, stupendo giardino con vari spazi per leggere, rilassarsi e mangiare. Piscina ampia. A cinque minuti a piedi si puo' scendere alle calette e agli scogli del promontorio del Circeo e in 20 minuti in macchina si accede alla grande spiaggia di Sabaudia. Ideale per tutti e soprattutto per chi ha con se' bambini e anziani. Giovanni e Alessandra sono stati gentilissimi e molto ospitali, sempre raggiungibili e disponibili. La casa, disegnata negli anni sessanta da Michele Busiri Vici e' meravigliosa anche dal punto di vista architettonico.

I had a great stay in Stefania’s home! It was safe, clean and ideally located. Possible to park car nearby and very clear instructions. Would definitely recommend!!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Costantino’s villa. He is an exceptional host. He responded immediately and clearly to all our needs. The villa is charming and well equipped. Ideal for summer stays and preferably with own transport as it’s 5km outside of Terricina town, it didn’t affect our stay as we enjoyed the walks along the promenade to the town and back. We highly recommend Costantina and his charming villa.

En av de mest fantastiska Airbnb-upplevelserna någonsin. Lägenheten ligger mitt i historiska kvarter med en fantastisk utsikt, små gränder och restauranger. Allt har gått smidigt och vi fick snabbt hjälp av Gioia när vi behövde något. För långa personer: tänk på att hålla nere huvudet, det är lågt i tak. Trapporna upp till lägenheten är utmanande och inte för den som har svårt att gå. Det saknades en del väsentligheter i köket vilket jag är säker på att värden kommer att ordna. Jag rekommenderar detta boende fullt ut!

La maison d’Ivo offre un point de vue unique sur la baie et est très bien située pour un accès rapide aux plages et à la ville. Son accès se mérite: on y accède par une ruelle extrêmement étroite bordée de murs. Vive la Fiat 500!

A haven away from the hustle and bustle of Rome. Only a 15 min drive from the station where you can hop on the metro and be at the heart of the city in 15 mins. The house was really well equipped set in beautiful gardens that are perfect for relaxing in after a busy day. Licia was there to greet us and was welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area giving us some great tips on what to do and where to go. Highly recommended.

Casa del Gelso is beautiful, peaceful and magical! The gardens with fruit and olive trees and flowers was lovely to stroll around with wonderful views off to the west. Patrizia and her family were so helpful and ready to answer any questions we had. When we arrived, the apartment was decorated for Christmas and there were traditional cookies and pannetore waiting for us on the kitchen table. Later Patrizia brought us a bottle of prosecco and Italian chocolate! Every morning, we enjoyed picking and juicing oranges and grapefruit from their garden. Patrizia and her family live upstairs in the large farmhouse and our family stayed in what is the entire ground floor with 4 bedrooms each with its own bath. We had ample heat for the chilly December days and nights and had a lovely stay.

Melanie è stata una host impeccabile: è stata reattiva e ci ha dato indicazioni chiare. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto molto in ordine, pulito, e le istruzioni per utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il vino offerto di loro produzione. Ottima struttura per prendersi un momento di relax. Consigliato! Noi ci torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo alloggiato da Giuseppe per un breve fine settimana ma siamo stati veramente bene. L' appartamento è in ottimo stato, funzionale, spazioso e i dintorni tranquilli e facilmente raggiungibile. L' ospitalità e la disponibilità è stata inoltre eccezionale. ci ha fatto veramente tanto piacere conoscere il signor Giuseppe e sicuramente ci torneremo. grazie mille e a presto. We had a wonderful time at this house! The place offers a truly authentic Italian atmosphere – a huge, charming, and warm house with a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding nature. The location is peaceful, providing ideal conditions for a getaway, though it's worth having a car to easily reach the beaches. The nearby beaches are absolutely stunning, clean, and – importantly – not overcrowded, so you can spend entire days there in peace. Additionally, the local restaurants serve delicious food, with local specialties at the forefront. Both the owner and the people taking care of the house were very helpful and always available. All in all, only positives, highly recommend!

L'appartamento di Massimo è veramente grazioso. Vicinissimo alla cascata di Isola del Liri, all'interno del centro storico. Noi eravamo di passaggio ma soggiornare a Isola è qualcosa da fare, perché i dintorni hanno tanto di offrire. Grazie per l'ospitalità!

The apartment is better than the photos. It is big, authentic and really interesting. There is no air conditioning, which can be a problem for some people during the summer. We left the windows opened and it was okay to sleep. It was easy to park the car nearby. It is located in a strategic place to visit Castel Gondolfo and other attractions by the lake. The apartment is in the center of Marino, so there are caffés, restaurants etc. in walking distance. Besides, there are many great restaurants in 5 minutes driving.

Thanks this was a really nice place to stay for a day trip to the Abbey and Polish Cemetery. Arturo was really helpful and apartment had everything we needed including a great breakfast.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti nell'appartamento di Artena per portare i bambini al parco Magicland, il paesino di Artena è molto caratteristico e sicuramente merita una passeggiata nei vicoli del centro storico arricchiti da splendide decorazioni floreali. L'appartamento è in posizione comoda da raggiungere a piedi, molto pulito e dotato di tutto l'essenziale. Gli host Valeria e Roberto sono stati super gentili e disponibili, anche nel fornire consigli sulla zona durante il soggiorno.

We will be going back again drfineitly a lovely place to stay home from 10/10. Friendly host , any thing you need is never too much to ask.

Simona is a wonderful host and her house is a jewel on top of a hill with absolutely spectacular panoramic views of mountains and valley! We had such a wonderful time and built some great memories. The house itself is so beautifully decorated and every nook and corner is amazing. Simona is super friendly and helpful with everything and ensures her guests are living in absolute comfort as if they were staying in her own house! We had such a great time in the beautiful garden that we didn't leave the house on first day at all! Absolutely recommend this place and so grateful to Simona for ensuring we had a perfect holiday in stunning Italy! Can't wait to return back soon!!

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen, besonders der Pool war wunderbar bei diesen heissen Tagen. Der Ort ist etwas abgelegen, daher würden wir empfehlen mit dem Auto zu kommen. Maurizio und die Nachbarn Augusto und Vincenzo waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Definitiv empfehlenswert.

Marco est un hôte très accueillant, très réactif au moindre problème ou questionnement, La maison est très spacieuse et pleine de charme, la terrasse avec le jardin en espaliers et la piscine sont magnifiques et la vue est juste splendide ! Sermoneta est un village magnifique, on peut aller manger à pieds de la maison , dans des restaurants excellents ! Le calme absolu ! Je recommande vivement 😀

We LOVED our stay here!! Large and comfortable well-appointed house, with everything you could possibly need (washing machine and a lovely soaking tub!). Loved cooking in the kitchen and we did use the wonderful outdoor BBQ. Minutes drive from groceries and the hilltop village. Wonderful hosts welcomed us upon arrival, showed us everything and how things worked, and immediately responded to questions. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing quiet and peaceful stay! 10 stars and definitely recommend!!

Beautiful place, was made to feel very at home by the lovely hosts who catered for all of our needs. The location is perfect - nestled amongst nature with picturesque towns nearby. We loved our time there and hope to be back in the future! Really special.
