Great place. I didn’t expected that beautiful. Very confortable Very clean I love the balcony area very spacious. Overall just perfect for a nice vacation!

My family had a wonderful stay and the location was perfect! The beach was so close and it was beautiful and very calm, which is perfect if you’re traveling with kids. The pool was also very nice and clean. Phillip was a great host, he was always available to help answer questions and so accommodating to us throughout the entire stay. I’m happy we found this location.

Host responded quickly on a last minute reservation, instructions were clear and precise. Condo was ready upon arrival and tour of the site was excellent. Will reserve again if in the area. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay, secure place to put a trailer if you bring one or two on your stay

Nice, clean condo. Close to town, but far enough that any late-night noise from bars/live music isn't a problem. We appreciated this downstairs unit, as it was easy to take our senior dog out when he needed to do his business. Hosts Kailah and Kerry are super-friendly, generous, and fun, and they gave us numerous tips for food, sights, and entertainment. We would definitely stay with them again.

Really nice condo in a good location just south of town. Amazing beach close by. Everything was clean. Really good value. Worked well for our group!

Excelente atención , muy buen trato , muy seguro , cuenta con todo lo necesario para hacer de comer ahí , limpio, espacioso , la alberca muy a gusto , la seguridad del lugar siempre al pendiente , todo muy bien !!!

Es muy amplio y cómodo, me encantó la mesa del comedor con sus sillas. Podía mirar las estrellas radiantemente por la ventana o el balcón. ¡Muchas gracias!

A convenient, large condo in a four-plex on the south end of town. If you want to be away from the noise and people near the malecon, this is a great place. There isn't much to walk to from the condo, but everything in SF is close by. The view out the back to the mountains is very nice!

This Airbnb was on a great location it has its own peaceful beach and it’s close to the pool. The place was clean & organized. The only hard part was the check in because you have to check in 2 different locations. Other than that I highly recommend this peaceful place if you’re trying to get away from the city!

This listing was just like it’s pictures. Clean, comfortable, and very charming. Perfect for our family trip. Located just a few minutes south of San Felipe and just a walk away from private beach.

Great location, view, and accommodations!

The condo is perfect, it is very spacious and has everything you need and even more than expected, it has a beautiful view to the beach and the golf course. When we got there the condo was clean and ready for us with the AC on. The condo included a private pool, it was nice that it was not crowded and it was clean. The beach is close, you can get there walking. Erick and his team are very responsive, we had an issue with the water so I reached out to them and they replied quickly and fixed the issue right away. I will definitely come back soon. Thank you Erick!

Excelente estancia y anfitrión. Mi única observación es que es un poco tedioso tener que ir a una oficina por las llaves para el check in y luego ir a recepción del fraccionamiento para un segundo check in. Sin embargo, pasamos unas vacaciones muy cómodas en la casa. No tengo ninguna queja del alojamiento. Todo excelente.

Excelente lugar y atención en todo momento, altamente recomendable

El alojamiento muy bonito, se veía moderno por dentro. El área muy tranquila, viaje con mi familia (mis dos hijas 10 y 8 años y mi esposa) y nos las pasamos muy bien. La alberca muy limpia y los alrededores muy bonitos para caminar por la playa. Alfredo encargado de los condominios constantemente estaba al tanto de lo que se necesitara de la gente que nos estábamos hospedando. La casa cuenta con todos los utensilios para cocinar, lo cual pudimos hacer cómodamente. Para acceder a la playa tienes que moverte en carro o caminar un par de cuadras (hacia mucho calor así que nos fuimos en carro) y tomar unas escaleras que te llevan hacia la playa. Un lugar muy familiar. Definitivamente regresaría.
