Beautiful place. Very spacious, safe and secure location. Great times. I would reserve this place again.

Robert was a great host. Everything we needed or asked and he was on it. The house is big and our four families never felt cramped. Close to town and about a 7-10 minute drive to the Malecon. We would definitely stay at his place again and Robert is a great guy! No complaints!

The Goat House is great!! Sits just above the Sea on a quiet road. About 100 yards walk to the gate for walking on the beach, and unreal sunrise, and beach and sea view as far as you can see. Shower, kitchen, separate bedroom all work well and clean! Michelle is more than accommodating if you need direction too. We look forward to our next visit as this wasn't our first.

The home was beautiful inside and out. The ocean view was expectacular, and the home was very spacious and clean. The neighborhood was private, and quiet. It's a lovely home and would highly recommend the home for a big group looking for a peaceful and spacious place to stay while at San Felipe. The owner was very quick in responding, and also provided clear instructions for our stay. 5/5. Great place!

Great place with lots of room right off of the highway and within minutes of some great places to eat. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Air conditioning worked great in every room, which was a plus because the heat and humidity in the area was quite high in late August.

Recomendable 100%, excelente casa, super comoda, equipada con todo; todos los cuartos estaban increibles y las areas comunes super encantadoras. Las vistas al mar son su mejor cualidad, esta a unos cuantos pasos y escalones de la playa, es decir no se puede pedir algo mejor.,

The house was very clean with a beautiful ocean view. It was really close to the Malecón, really nice place to stay.

nos encantó el lugar tranquilo y cómodo . tiene lo necesario para descansar . lo único malo es que había basura que olía super mal a un lado de la alberca se le dijo al que cuida el complejo y solo dijo que no había. pasado por ella. pero una vez que por fin se la llevaron fue muy agradable .

Linda la casa, todo muy bien, solo el acceso a la playa esta muy complicado y la liga de ubicación que esta en la plataforma nos llevo a otro lado.

I had a great stay at this place. It’s very private and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We experienced a power outage at night, but the host was extremely helpful and promptly arranged for us to move to a hotel. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a tranquil retreat. Este lugar es genial,súper privado y tranquilo, perfecto para relajarse. Tuvimos un corte de luz en la noche, pero el anfitrión fue muy amable y nos llevó a un hotel de inmediato. Lo recomiendo mucho si buscas un lugar para desconectar.

Beautiful location situated in the south end of town. Kim was extremely accommodating. We appreciated her offering to cook hotdogs for our large group. She was truly amazing and accommodating! The house had a nice pool with beautiful balcony overlooking the sea of Cortez! Large Palapas covered balcony perfect for large groups. Off main highway leading into town. We truly couldn’t thank the host Kim enough as she was the best. Please visit this location I guarantee you will be impressed!!

My family had a wonderful stay and the location was perfect! The beach was so close and it was beautiful and very calm, which is perfect if you’re traveling with kids. The pool was also very nice and clean. Phillip was a great host, he was always available to help answer questions and so accommodating to us throughout the entire stay. I’m happy we found this location.

This is our 8th year staying at Andre’s listing. Liz and Eliza are amazing with communication and flexibility with check in and out times. The home is beautiful and we always feel at home rather it’s with the beach level or the second level. Thank you for everything

Host responded quickly on a last minute reservation, instructions were clear and precise. Condo was ready upon arrival and tour of the site was excellent. Will reserve again if in the area. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay, secure place to put a trailer if you bring one or two on your stay

Nice, clean condo. Close to town, but far enough that any late-night noise from bars/live music isn't a problem. We appreciated this downstairs unit, as it was easy to take our senior dog out when he needed to do his business. Hosts Kailah and Kerry are super-friendly, generous, and fun, and they gave us numerous tips for food, sights, and entertainment. We would definitely stay with them again.
