San Felipe : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Un lugar muy limpio, ordenado y fácil de encontrar! Un lugar muy céntrico, con lugares por visitar a la mano, totalmente recomendado!

Desde el momento en que llegamos, el lugar nos hizo sentir como en casa. Nos sentimos tan cómodos que decidimos extender nuestra estadía un día más para seguir disfrutando de las amenidades del lugar y la vista de Panajachel. Silvia siempre estuvo pendiente de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más agradable. Sin duda, esperamos regresar pronto para seguir disfrutando de este rincón tan especial.

This apartment was absolutely beautiful. We woke up every morning to views of Lake Atitlan from our bed, and the potted plants and local decor really added to the charm. Everyone was very kind and answered all of our questions really quickly. Check in and check out were seamless and the property manager was incredibly helpful with check in, and laundry. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to Lake Atitlan.

Clean, spacious, and well supplied apartment. Secure area. 10-15 minute walk to the center. The bed was comfy, the water in the shower was nice and hot. The washer and dryer are a great feature. We had a power outage while staying there (seems to be common in Xela) and only lasted a while, but good thing to keep in mind if you rely on wifi. The hallway bathroom had a strong smell coming from the drains but we just kept the door closed and it was not a problem since we did not need it during our stay. Construction in the unit next door, earplugs recommended. Overall good value for the place and pleasant stay!

The location is great, you can walk both to San Pedro and San Juan. Unfortunately it's close to the road so don't forget earplugs for silence when sleeping. Kitchen has everything you need for easy cooking. Loved the terrace, the view is amazing!

I felt immediately at home in Tzanabaj! Nico and Venus are great hosts and I loved my studio! right by the lake, peaceful, while also close to the city center (10 min tuk tuk), where the restaurants and supermarkets can be found. There is also a beautiful community living in the other houses, so you can have your privacy and socialise with other like-minded people if you want. Totally recommend!

From the moment we stepped into this Airbnb, we knew we had found somewhere truly special. The space itself was beautiful—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully decorated, and filled with little touches that made it feel like home. But the true highlight? The balcony. Every morning, we woke up and stepped outside to the most breathtaking view, feeling the fresh air and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. It became our favorite place—a quiet little world of our own where we could unwind, watch the sunrise, and just be present. In the evenings, we sat there for hours, sipping vodka monsters, watching the lights twinkle, and feeling completely at peace. It was pure magic. Our host was beyond incredible—warm, welcoming, and attentive to every little detail. They made sure we had everything we needed, and their thoughtful recommendations made our trip even more special. It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel this comfortable, this happy, and this at home. Leaving was the hardest part.

Alejandro's place was great! We loved the 360 view and the outdoor shower. It was great seeing the sunrise from the balcony every morning! Host is very responsive and helpful as well. Something to note - the neighborhood has a lot of roosters crowing all night, and because the metal roof is not completely closed, it might be hard for some people to get a good night's sleep. By no means is this the place's fault though, but just to be aware if you're a light sleeper! Everything else was awesome, very clean and good amenities! Drinking water in the kitchen, warm showers, good working faucet, a desk to work at, a bench on the balcony! Power outlets were also abundant and there's a good working ceiling fan:) Thanks, Alejandro!

Just like the pictures. The place is amazing! You wake up with such beautiful views that i can’t describe it. Nos la pasamos genial, los host super amables y contestan rápido. Me encantó la comunicacion. El cuarto estaba hermoso y super limpio, el restaurante en la parte de abajo tiene muy buena comida y me fascinó que pjedieramos usar el Kayak para apreciar más el lago. Súper recomendadisimo ✨

The view is even more impressive in person! The apartment itself felt even bigger than what the pictures show. The staff was amazing! Absolutely loved my stay in Panajachel!! 10/10 would stay here again!

Beautiful grounds, pristine rooms, friendliest staff, goregous views and very accessible for water activities. We appreciated that it was slightly out of town, maybe a 10 minute walk that kept it private and enchanting. The lake was very accessible, free kayaks and SUPs in a clean water cove. Rooms had everything you needed, even local bag of coffee!

Excelente lugar para quedarse, la ubicación es muy buena, aunque si desean caminar en Panajachel puede que les quede un poco alejado. Era justo lo que buscábamos para estás vacaciones.
