Just returned after a long weekend here with our two children. The views at this property were unbelievable and were the absolute highlight of the accomodation. Andrea was incredibly friendly, informative and supportive with any help we required. I would recommend hiring a car if you're staying here, we don't think we'd have managed it with the children and it would have left us feeling isolated. Be aware that if you're going with children that it can feel quite cosy and not much space. However, the outdoor terrace had plenty of space and was safe and secure. The lesireu facilities were okay, would benefit from some maintenance but it helped to give the children something to do in an evening. A local restaurant nearby but mostly requiring transport. Varenna is absolutely stunning and a must see, the Lovers Walk, the Lakes Bakery and just watching the world go by at the Lake was amazing. Definitely a trip for beautiful sites and slow living. Logement fidèle à la description. Très propre, bonne literie, tout l'essentiel pour passer un bon séjour. Vue imprenable. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Varenna et prendre le ferry pour Bellagio. L'espace detente est tres agreable. L'hôte a été agréable et réactive dans ses réponses.

I can’t even begin to describe how satisfied we were with this apartment! Cristiana was an amazing host from start to finish! We ended up arriving much later than we had expected and she allowed us to check-in with no issues. The lady who checked us in, an associate of Cristiana’s, waited for us and gave us a great explanation of everything we needed to know about the apartment itself - which exceeded our expectations it was both beautiful and super clean! Cristiana was super communicative and so quick to respond - a dream of a host. She also left many great recommendations for attractions, drinks & food. Also allowed us to leave our luggage after check- in time so that we could explore Milan without the hassle of taking our luggage with us. The location of the apartment was also amazing and so close to the Duomo (5 min walking). We really enjoyed our stay and actually wished we stayed a bit longer because everything was so so great!

Harold svarede meget hurtigt, på alt jeg skrev. Boligen oversteg vores forventninger, den var rigtig fin og rummelig. Meget stille område, meget tæt på byen og med massere gode restauranter. Top karakterer til Harold og hans lejlighed.

Eine extrem freundliche, hilfsbereite, gechillte und emphatische Gastgeberin hat unseren Aufenthalt in dem sehr gut ausgestatteten Appartement angenehm gemacht. Wir haben den sensationellen Ausblick und die vielen Haustiere ( zwei knuffige Dackel und vier ?süße Katzen ) sehr geliebt. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war die Anfahrt auf den letzten 600 Metern und die Stufen zum Appartement. Der Pool ist geschmackvoll und toll angelegt. Aufgrund des für diese Jahreszeit allerdings recht schlechten Wetters wurde er von uns wenig genutzt. Restaurants etc sind fußläufig nicht ohne weiteres erreichbar! Es gibt zwar einen Fußweg nach Gravedona, aber mit vollem Bauch stell ich mir das nicht so toll vor. Aber man kann, wenn man sich im Iperal in Dongo versorgt hat (am besten auf der Hinfahrt schon) dort wunderbar kochen und speisen. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen! Danke Silvia!!

Logement spacieux, bien aménagé et très propre. Il est idéalement situé à deux pas de la rue commerçante, à 15 min à pied de la gare centrale et de la cathédrale Duomo. Nous le recommandons fortement. Merci 😊

Enrica è stata davvero molto gentile, insieme al marito e mi hanno accolto e fatto sentire subito a mio agio! posto davvero molto tranquillo e bello. Parcheggio interno, dettagli molto curati dal giardino alla casa, e la presenza d'arte si respira dappertutto. Ci ritornerò sicuramente

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The furniture is comfortable throughout and the apartment just has a great, cozy feel to it :) The highlight is the view of the lake, which is unbelievably beautiful. There is lots of paid parking that is easy to navigate within a few steps of the apartment & I believe free parking nearby as well. The location is lovely, as there is a path essentially below the apartment along the lake where you can walk to Gandria. In the other direction, you can drive to Lugano in 5 minutes or walk in 30 minutes along the sidewalk. Lena was welcoming & was there if we needed any help! Highly recommend if you're going to be visiting Lugano.

Wir haben uns bei Roberto wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und man hat alles was man benötigt. Die Lage ist ruhig, man ist aber auch in 5min im Zentrum von Domaso/ Hafen. Mit Kleinkind muss man allerdings beachten, dass zwei Treppen im Haus die Etagen miteinander verbinden.. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt :)

Superbe emplacement et idéal pour aller visiter Côme en descendant avec le funiculaire . Hôtes accueillants et plein de bons conseils . Malgré le retard de notre avion nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement. Tout était parfait , séjour idéal. Merci pour les petites attentions et votre gentillesse, nous reviendrons ☺️.

Tolle Aussicht und der Pool (den wir im Oktober wegen des Wetters nicht mehr nutzen konnten) sind ein Traum. Paola ist ein Traum Host und immer zu erreichen und hatte gleich zu Beginn viele Tipps. Einkaufen ist im Ort leider nicht möglich, dh man muss entweder in kleineren Läden was kaufen (sofern man einen Parkplatz findet) oder muss zurück nach Como. Ansonsten kann man für ein paar Wanderungen auch direkt am Appartment starten. Restaurants gibt es im Ort oder in nahegelegenen Dörfern sofern man einen Parkplatz findet - was leider selbst im Oktober (auch wegen Baustellen) ein Thema war

A great location and clean modern spacious apartment. Location was close to the ferry terminal and local shops and restaurants. Would like to return again one day when the weather is warmer to sit on the terrace . We would highly recommend it . A bottle of Prosecco and bottles of water in the fridge was a nice touch .

Abbiamo passato 3 giorni a cavallo di capodanno 2025. Tre famiglie con bambini. Siamo stati benissimo. Lara ci ha accolto cordialmente al check-in e ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni per gestire al meglio la casa, compresi stufa, jacuzzi e tinozza finlandese. Ambienti puliti e completi di tutto. Cucina e bagni super accessoriati. Camere impeccabili e confortevoli. Vari giochi per bambini e libri per momenti di relax; disponibilità di Sky, Netflix e Disney+. Legna e barbecue a disposizione. Vista impagabile sul lago di Como da un versante e sulla montagna dall’altro lato. Posizione ottima: abbastanza isolati per stare tranquilli e non dare fastidio a nessuno ma comunque a 5 minuti dal centro del paese; a meno di 10 minuti abbiamo trovato un centro commerciale molto fornito. Esperienza davvero ottima e consigliata, da riprovare d’estate con la possibilità di utilizzare anche la piscina esterna. OTTIMO

Très bel emplacement au lac de Côme. La vue terrasse sur le lac est très apaisante et l'appartement est très spacieux et confortable. La grande piscine est idéale pour se rafraîchir et assez grande pour nager. Un grand merci à Debora pour son accueil chaleureux. Nous recommandons le logement.

Siamo stati benissimo da Elena: la casa è deliziosa, silenziosa, pulita e facile da raggiungere, la vista è bellissima, e i proprietari deliziosamente gentili.

Wir (Pärchen) sind Wiederholungstäter und immer wieder gerne bei Casa Roselli. Wir kommen an und fühlen uns wie Zuhause. Monika ist eine unheimlich nette Gastgeberin. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist außergewöhnlich gut und lobenswert und es ist im und ums Haus immer für alles gesorgt. Der Pool und Garten ist ebenfalls klasse. Im ganzen ein außergewöhnliches Fleckchen Erde und eine kleine Insel der Glückseligkeit! Danke für die schönen Urlaubstage.

We had a great weekend stay at Samuele’s place! The view is incredible and the private garden was perfect for our dogs! The location is just a short 16-20 minute walk from the little town with beautiful nature.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Sie war sauber, super gelegen und Miki hat alles bereit gestellt für unsere Kinder (Babybett, Kinderstuhl, Spiele).
