San Fernando, Maspalomas : location de maisons de vacances

Die Buchung hat super geklappt und als ich ankam wurde ich gleich freundlich in Empfang genommen. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was man auch an kleinen Dingen benötigt, an die man zuerst gar nicht denkt. Die Kommunikation mit Gustavo war schnell und unkompliziert auch die Abgabe der Schlüssel mit Sylvia war sehr unkompliziert. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden

It was my second time there and it was very good again. Check in is much easier now because of the keybox, communication was perfect, you'll have everything you need and the place is good for two people too. I will definitely come back! Thanks Miguel

Das Haus war wie in der Beschreibung. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Zitruspresse, Kaffeemaschine usw alles vorhanden. Die Anlage liegt sehr ruhig. Bis zum Strand läuft man ca 15 Minuten. Dort gibt es auch 2 Restaurants. Auto unbedingt erforderlich da kein Supermarkt fussläufig erreichbar. Auch sollte man unbedingt die Insel erkunden da es vieles zum Ansehen gibt.

Onelia's place within the Palmoral Oasis complex is just right. The shared pool is a few paces away, yet it is located more discretely than the majority of the properties. the fact that there is a first floor balcony as well as a hedged garden means you can enjoy being outside, but in your own space. There is a lounge and kitchen downstairs, and bathroom and bedroom upstairs. Perfect for a holiday. The Maspalomas beach is an easy walk away and there is a carpark free to use right at the complex and there's a bus stop right outside, too.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. A quiet place with it's own private garden/outside area to relax and enjoy the sun in. The apartment was pretty much as shown in the pictures, we have almost nothing to critique, only thing we could mention was that you have to nudge the dishwasher a bit to be able to open the cupboard with the pans. The outside area were we spent most of the time lounging was very nice, sunbeds to lie on, a table and chairs to eat breakfast in the sun, and a sofa area to sit in the shade when the sun gets too hot. The pool is not for swimming, but it lets you cool down. There is a larger pool 30 meters from the front door in the common area if you want to go swimming. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. Be aware that there is a bit of a hilly walk to get anywhere, town, beach, groceries, etc. so it might be a good idea to rent a car, but taxis are relatively cheap also. We loved it. Would stay there again.

We stayed in Amalia’s apartment for just under a week over New Year’s. This is a lovely place to stay, we were four people and found it comfortable and peaceful (except New Year’s Eve which was understandably noisy!). The views across the roofs of Aguimes towards the church towers are glorious to wake to and the terrace is a nice space to enjoy afternoon sun (in Dec/Jan) and listen to the sounds of the town. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was helpful to be in town with a few shops, including a sweet little health food/complementary therapies centre, just round the corner. There are also two well-stocked supermarkets 5mins away in Ingenio. Aguimes is charming to explore and you can either drive up the mountain for hiking or down to the beach for swimming. Amalia was very helpful with our questions and couple of requests which we really appreciated.

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Der Süden der Insel ist einfach herrlich von den Wetterbedingungen mit Sonnengarantie auf der Terrasse! Die Unterkunft war sauber und ausreichend groß für 2 Personen. Alle nötigen Utensilien waren in gutem Zustand vorhanden. Lediglich ein Hinweis zum Bett: Es war keine durchgängige Queensizematratze, wie angegeben, sondern 2 einzelne Matratzen mit "Besucherritze". 2 Minuten entfernt gibt es einen gut sortierten Supermarkt und eine kleine Auswahl an Restaurants. Ana hat hilfreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen für die Umgebung und die Insel gegeben. Sie hat immer zügig und freundlich geantwortet. Vielen Dank!

We stayed at Juan’s and Carla’s place for a week with three children. The apartment was very close to the apartment complex swimming pool which also had a small bar. The area was very nice - shopping mall with a grocery store, good restaurants and seaside by a walking distance. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Bungalow funcional en urbanización tranquila de Maspalomas con piscina. Pequeño patio soleado fantástico. Destacar lo limpia que estaba la estancia.

Everything was as good as it promised. Lovely kitchen, comfy beds, we were on first floor, good minimarket downstairs, nice basic cafe at the heated pool and was a 5 minute walk across road to main shopping centre. Look forward to returning.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Franc war einfach perfekt! Franc ist ein außergewöhnlich freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Schon bei der Ankunft hat er uns herzlich begrüßt und uns mit zahlreichen tollen Tipps für Aktivitäten und Restaurants in der Umgebung versorgt. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber und wirklich hervorragend ausgestattet – es hat an nichts gefehlt! Wir können diese Unterkunft und Franc als Gastgeber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Es ist eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und nichts vermisst. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, gleichfalls das Bad, selbst eine Waschmaschine steht zur Verfügung. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung auf jedenfalls weiter und würden sie wieder buchen. Es ist ein guten Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und andere Aktivitäten.

Ich war schon zum wiederholten Mal bei Felix zu Gast. Ich fühle mich hier sehr wohl. Der private Garten mit dem Jacuzzi ist super. Trotz der Holiday World nebenan ist es zu den wichtigen Zeiten ruhig. Der Bungalow sehr gut gepflegt, man merkt, dass danach geschaut wird. Alles funktioniert und ist Up top Date. Ein bequemes Bett und viel Freiheit. was will man mehr. Ein herzliches Dankeschön für die Gastfreundschaft. Sicher bis zum nächsten Mal.

Apartament is super clean, spacious, well equiped, with comfortable beds. We were welcomed with some treats. Host was incredibly kind and helpful, got us gifts for new year's eve and helped us to arrange transportation to our next destination. Apartament is located few steps away from the beach and next to a nice cafe. Highly recommend!

Après avoir randonné dans la montagne, je voulais un emplacement pour rayonner du nord au sud : c'est idéal, avec la plage pour se poser après une journée de balade. Ce qui est à souligner, c'est l'accueil et toutes les attentions lors de notre arrivée : quelle gentillesse. On ne manque de rien dans la maison.

This was our 2nd visit to Playa del Aguilia which is quiet and peaceful between San Augustin and Bahia Feliz. Daniele and Katie's place is a most comfortable well furnished and maintained one bedroom apartment in a beautiful quiet gardened development with a view of the fine pool and the ocean beyond. Katie met us upon arrival and on our departure and was so friendly and helpful. Fivel stars all round!

Wir haben einen Wander- und Motorradurlaub gemacht. Die Ferienwohnung war mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Bad geeignet für zwei Ehepaare, die sich gut verstehen. Traumhafte Lage in den Bergen. Fürs Wandern und Motorradfahren ideal, der Spaß beginnt gleich vor der Haustür. Zuvorkommender und unaufdringlicher Service. Gute und sichere Abstellmöglichkeiten fürs Auto und die Motorräder. Eine echte Empfehlung.

Ubytování v klidné lokalitě se nám moc líbilo. Dům byl čistý a prostorný s kompletním vybavením , bylinkami moc spokojeni.
