We booked Merlyn's place to celebrate my dad’s 60th birthday, and it was the perfect spot for some quality family time! The place is super private, with a huge outdoor space where we could just relax and enjoy. The rooms were spacious, the ACs were ice-cold and having an outdoor kitchen plus three restrooms made everything really convenient. The pool was just the right size for our group (we were 9), and we had such a great time unwinding there. Merlyn was also very responsive and even left us a small token at the end of our stay—such a nice touch! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and private getaway.

This is the second time that I used this home through Janet/ Andrew. They are great people, host, friendly and professional. I will continue to use this home each time I come to visit family in the area. I promise if you stay here you will feel at home and any thing happens or if you have questions the response is always fast.

Place is clean and quiet. Good AC. Fast WiFi. Nice TV with Netflix, HBO etc. Host was very responsive. Very convenient to check in via lockbox! Definitely 💯 recommended!

The place is good for barkada outings and get together. The house is clean and there are a lot of things to do within the premises. Hoping to be back once more.

Thank you for letting us stay. Just two comments, master’s bedroom sometimes have bad smell which we couldnt figure out where it was coming from but smells like sewer smell discharge. But bathroom didnt have that smell though. Second was the bedsheet for the extra bed, it looks like it was super used and have already rips maybe from washing too hard. Probably double check it next time before providing them to guests. Nonetheless, family and I were very happy with our stay.

We had a great stay at Obra Maestro. The villa has a cozy vibe perfect for intimate gatherings. The host was easy to communicate with, caretaker was so nice to us as well as the cleaners. Villa has all the appliances you need for cooking, Living room has a TV with Netflix and Karaoke. The bedrooms were clean and tidy. There was a power outage the next morning but they have a generator that can power up the ACs. Overall we were satisfied with our stay at the villa :)

Positive things: 1. Felt at home right away. 2. Great and clean pool. The kids love the bubbles and small fountain. The titos were very happy to play the billiard table. The titas appreciate the dining/center table concept. 3. Place is near sari-sari store, alfamart. 4. Ada is on point in terms of reminding us what to bring. 5. 2 rooms really spacious. We were not able to maximize all the beds. Felt like they can accommodate more #of pax (well at least if you’re family and comfortable to sleep 2pax in one single bed). 6. They provide toothbrush, bathroom tissue, towels, ice, water, which is a plus plus for us. Points for improvement. 1. Make sure to do pest control day before guest arrival. In our case, there were alot (like less than 10) of cockroaches (majority cr area). We even bought baygon. Overall, I still recommend this place. Thank you Ada, and to Sir Fred and Mam Linda for making sure we feel at home.

Place is very clean and nice. Well ventilated. Well lighted. There is also free hygiene kit that other's don't have. Host is very responsive and easy to communicate with, from the time you sent your payment up to the time you left the pad. We had so much fun and satisfied overall. Thank you, Host ❤️.

The owner was able to provide clear instructions as to how to get the unit and the unit itself was in pristine condition. There is a TV with netflix installed, some card games and a dart board which will enhance your overall stay. The location itself is pretty accessible to Clark/Pampanga area since it is only a few minutes away.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Smoak Wood Resort in Arayat for a family reunion, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, Marlon, the caretaker, made us feel incredibly welcome with his warm hospitality and attentive service. He was always ready to assist with anything we needed, ensuring everything went smoothly. The owners were equally wonderful — very accommodating and highly responsive to all our inquiries. Their dedication to creating a top-notch experience was clear in every aspect, from the seamless booking process to the well-maintained facilities. The resort itself provided the perfect backdrop for our gathering. The serene atmosphere, spacious areas, and comfortable amenities contributed to the success of our reunion. Everyone had a great time, and it was truly a memorable experience for the whole family. I highly recommend Smoak Wood Resort for any special occasion or relaxing getaway. We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—nice and quiet, nestled between Angeles and San Fernando, so we could easily explore both areas. The wet market is just 15 minutes away, and the variety and prices are way better than the grocery stores. Tons of food options available on Grab as well, which made meals super convenient. The air conditioning in the place worked great, keeping us comfortable even during the hotter days. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great stay at the house. Pool was clean. Rooms were spacious and the aircon was very cold. Cooking and dining utensils were readily available. Parking is secure. Bert was very helpful during our stay. We'll definitely consider booking the place again if we do come back to Clark. Thank you for accommodating our family!

Mikel made the difference, and why I stayed at his Airbnb. And the fast Fiber internet at 200-300+ Mbps was very important and wonderful. Coming from the USA, an AC unit would be nice in the downstairs, but that is not typical for PH homes. Great place to stay. 5 stars.
