We reached the destination and immediately felt like being at home. Such a nice country-house, quiet surroundings and a most gorgeous and large pool. Gary, who looks after everything, is one of the nicest hosts we have ever met: charming, helpful and making you feel very comfortable. A highly recommendable place to stay! Easily one of my favorite places in Italy! It is a traditional and very beautiful vila! Lovely surrondings, clean house, lots of room for everybody! The vila had everything you would need to feel like home! We had the best time staying in Antonio`s place and I would highly recommend it!

This home is absolutely beautiful. The pictures don't even do it justice, and the views are beyond breathtaking. Donatello is a very kind and responsive host. He welcomed us in to feel right at home and provided rich information and resources about the area. We were lucky to be able to stay here and hope our travels will bring us here again, soon.

Simply incredible premise in a completely private hill side. Everything is perfect, we felt home and relaxed, the design of the house is wonderful and functional, with stunning view of the mountains and olive groves/multiple fruit trees. We enjoyed the place every second. Renza, Mauro are the best host, generous and kind, thank God for the encounter and the journey. Also thanks to the two lovely cats 🐈 🐈‍⬛ Misha&Luna. This was the perfect place for us to stay in Tuscany. We wanted a space with a beautiful view, close to the center of Florence, and we needed secure parking for our large Toyota truck. The house is cosy and the decor very nice. This is clearly a well loved property. We felt it was a privilege to have the opportunity to stay here. We highly recommend Michela as a host.

Lovely countryside place to stay. Host was extremely flexible for when we had a really late check-in as our train got cancelled. Would recommend.

Das Landhaus entsprach in allen Bereichen unseren Erwartungen. Die Kommunikation mit Cosimo war schnell und freundlich. Sein Support war hervorragend. Bzgl. der Lage des Hauses ist vor allem die Nähe zu Florenz und die tolle Aussicht auf die Hügel von Fiesole hervorzuheben. Und Fiesole ist auch einen Besuch wert: Vor allem die Abendstimmung mit dem Blick auf das nächtliche Florenz und der quirligen Plazza mit ihren kulinarischen Angeboten hatte es uns angetan.

Hele prettige Airbnb en fijne host! We hadden oorspronkelijk een andere woning van Brittany geboekt, maar door omstandigheden was die niet beschikbaar. Gelukkig kwam Brittany direct met een goede alternatieve oplossing, heel fijn. Ze had ook goede tips voor de omgeving. De woning zelf was erg comfortabel.

Fantastische Lage, die Dachterasse mit 360°-Panorama-Blick ist wirklich atemberaubend. Die Wohnung ist mit vielen liebevollen Details dekoriert und wirklich etwas Besonderes (allerdings nichts für Menschen, die mit Treppen nicht zurecht kommen). Im obersten Stock kann man sowohl draußen als auch drinnen sitzen und hat einen phänomenalen Rundumblick über Florenz. Einziges kleines Manko: Die Küchenschränke könnten mal wieder geleert werden, da haben die Vorbesucher ein paar Reste hinterlassen. Ansonsten aber wirklich eine Superwahl, Federico kümmert sich fantastisch, antwortet schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel.

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

Amazing find in Florence. The place feels like an authentic Italian home. There is plenty of room for a big family to sprawl out and enjoy themselves. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you could need if you wanted to cook or at least make your morning coffee. The host was fantastic and very responsive, even helping us arrange for a cab at 4:00am the next day to the airport. Location wise, you can't find a better spot for your time in Florence. You are near all of the attractions, shopping, and have plenty of great food options close by. Everything that isn't close by, is a simple 10 minute walk in any direction. The location makes exploring the city that much easier and enjoyable. I would stay again during my next visit to Florence.

We had an amazing stay at Francesco’s place. It was within walking distance to everything. About a 10 minute walk from the train station. It was just as described and Francesco and his team went over and above to allow us to check in early and store our luggage when we had to check out. They were so friendly and easy to work with. This Airbnb has an elevator and it has about 1 and a half flight of stairs up to the location. Once again, we highly recommend this Airbnb for the walk ability of its location as well as the kindness of the hosts. Thank you so much!

Marvellous place! The views are divine, interieur is beautiful. It is more spacious than it looks on the photos. Comfortable bed, handy kitchen. Shower is a little tricky, as the water only flows from a fixed spot overhead - but it can be taken as an adventure. Lapo is very friendly and helpful, he helped us with our suitcases and gave a ride to bus station when we left. To reach the place by foot you have to climb rather a lot, but it is definitely worth it. Bus connection with Firenze is very good, so this place is a suitable base for exploring the city, but Fiesole and its surroundings themselves are worth visiting also.

This is a terrific place with lots of room in a central location, walkable to everything. The new furniture in the living room was clean and comfortable. Most of all, the host was so responsive, flexible and friendly. And extremely helpful coordinating transportation and bag storage with our schedule.

Great location to enjoy all of Florence! You are in the heart of the city. Nice place to relax after a full day of sightseeing. Quite at night to get a good night sleep!!

There is such a deep feeling of authenticity to the place; at all times I knew I was in Italy and that made the stay so much more meaningful. And I can’t say enough about Tomasso. I met so many amazing and welcoming people in Italy… but Tomasso is my absolute favourite of everyone. So friendly, so warm and charming. He truly embodied the spirit of his incredible country.

Alec is a wonderful host! He gave us several recommendations, all of which were great. The photos do not do the house justice. We had a wonderful peaceful week in Tuscany. It is easy to get to Florence and around the region from the house.

Beatrice was a wonderful host and accommodating of our needs traveling with a two year old. She was very responsive and gave amazing recommendations for places to eat and visit. The location is stunning - even more beautiful than the pictures! Every direction you look has rolling vineyards. We opted to have them cook a special birthday meal one of the nights, and it was delicious. The only small downside is there isn’t a common area to spend time in besides the kitchen (just the layout of the house). We loved it and hope to come back some day!

Had a lovely week at the villa. Amazing place and beautiful views! Florence a short drive away, but we also enjoyed walking about 35 minutes to Fiesole for restaurants and views.

100% From the moment we met Cristina we felt very welcome. She went above and beyond to make us comfortable, checking in and providing recommendations and parking tips. The cottage was beautifully decorated with modern luxuries such as heated flooring, both gas and electric stove, fireplace, comfortable beds and a washer/dryer. The old cave is a magical property to explore, play basketball or relax in. Surrounded by nature and beautiful flower gardens, the birds sing all around. You will feel extremely safe here with secured parking and locked gate. No detail has been missed. I would recommend having a rental car to explore the areas in Tuscany as the home is close to many amazing spots for day trips. Thank you Cristina and Marco for a perfect stay ❤️

Wir waren für 10 Tage im März mit 4 Personen in der Villa. Das Haus, die Wohnung und der Garten sind sehr schön und entsprechen den Unterlagen. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Die ca. 100m lange Zufahrt ist deutlich sanierungsbedürftig. Mit einem tief liegenden Auto sollte man nicht auffahren. Es ist sehr praktisch, dass Lina direkt nebenan wohnt und für Fragen und den Service zur Verfügung steht. Ich fand es etwas teuer, dass Heizung und obligatorische Zwischenreinigung sowie Touristensteuer nochmal 200 € extra kosteten.

Lorenzo was a fantastic host. Any question we had he answered straight away. The villa was lovely, peaceful and the views were amazing. When we arrived at the villa Mario was there to meet us. He then drove us to the supermarket and helped us with our shopping, he couldn’t have been more helpful! The bus stop is just up the road so getting into Florence was easy. At the end of our holiday Mario drove us to the airport as we were having trouble getting a taxi. Nothing was too much trouble. This was a holiday to remember! Thank you Lorenzo & Mario
