San Frediano, Florence : locations de vacances avec terrasse

David was an amazing host. He was helpful in finalizing my booking and made sure I was ready for my stay. The house was beautifully decorated and some. He was proactive in making sure we were ok and we will certainly visit Florence again and stay in David’s home. I traveled by train to Florence and the home was just 5 minutes away walking. Very convenient and the rest of the landmarks or activities are very walkable. My partner and I loved the place!

It is a lovely apartment and we especially liked the terrace with the overhang so we could could sit outside when it was warm but drizzling. It is a far walk from the center of Florence but a few good cafes and restaurants nearby.

Excelente localização, seja para chegar a pé, que dê ônibus aos pontos turísticos. Carlo foi ótimo anfitrião. Apartamento ótimo.. Vale salientar que há 4 lances de escada. Sugiro iluminar melhor o local da lavadora de roupas e colocar instruções de uso da mesma, já que ela é antiga e não é muito prática.

We appreciated the opportunity to stay at Alessandro’s beautiful place. Plenty of room and the bedrooms / bathrooms were perfect. Enjoyed time up in the patio and the view of the beautiful Duomo. Great location. Easy to walk everywhere! Thank you Alessandro for your hospitality.

Filippo was always friendly and very helpful, we had a little hard time finding parking space but he recommend one place that was close and safe and it wasn’t expensive, house it’s very comfortable and spacious, we travel with kids and had no problems with anything, thanks Filippo!

Maurizio's place was an excellent choice for our month in Florence. The house is in the center, yet it's tucked away from the noise of the nightlife and the sounds of rolling suitcases. It's a very comfortable, spacious home with all the amenities and a tranquil little garden - it has a natural vacation feel. Maurizio went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay and even took us on a tour of Florence and the neighboring area, which we greatly enjoyed.

Perfect stay in Leonardo's beautiful house. I highly recommend it to all travelers in Florence. The house is beautiful and the garden and the pool are extraordinary. Leonardo is extremely attentive and very kind. To be recommended absolutely.

The accommodation is very well presented, beautifully located in the Rural Tuscan landscape amongst nature yet only a short commute to Florence. Facilities are ideal. AC, One double bedroom with en-suite a second large bedroom, bathroom, lounge, dining area and kitchen. Outdoor dining area. We love our coffee and the kitchen came equipped with a wonderful coffee machine that uses tea-bag like pods (few supplied) that makes extraordinary espresso. ❤️ Outside the terrace has wonderful views over a Tuscan valley. The pool is ideal and salt water which we love. Perfect for outdoor living too. To get to Florence is a breeze. Driving just 10 minutes to Lastra a Signa train station (loads of free parking); then a couple of Euros and two stops on the train later you emerge in the heart of Florence, a short walk away from the city attractions. Appartamento al di sopra delle aspettative! Ampio, pulito, non manca niente. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo! Buono per la posizione (non vicino al centro, ma vicino a bus e tranvia), siamo stati ben accolti e seguiti per tutte le necessità. Ci sarebbe piaciuto restare di più, consigliato!

Had a very nice stay and the house was big enough for all of us. He was helpful and I highly recommend this place.

Ania and husband were attentive and responsive hosts who made sure a faulty lamp was quickly replaced the same day. And if you love dogs, you’re in for a treat - their mastiff/hound and sheepdog are there to welcome you at the start and end of each day.

It was a great stay, the apartment was clean, large and comfortable, looks exactly like on the photos. Stunning view from the terrace. Location is also great: not so far from the Santa Maria del Fiore, we walked there and it took 20-25 mins. The host was very friendly and responsive. We didn’t face any problems during our stay. Highly recommended

Excelente estadia durante o período que ficamos em Florença. O tamanho do apartamento é muito bom, quartos confortáveis. Localização excelente. Só precisa levar em consideração as muitas escadas pra subir, porém vale muito a pena e super recomendo. Siddik foi atencioso e respondia rápido quando foi necessário.

Inmitten einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung befindet sich der kleine moderne Gebäudekomplex, in dem sich das Apartment, inkl. geschlossener Garage, von Daniela befindet. Die grosszügigen Räume sind stilvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Es fehlt an gar nichts. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die herrlich grosse Terrasse lädt zum Frühstück , Apéro oder einfach zum Chillen ein. Die Tramstation, um in die Innenstadt zu gelangen ist in nur 5 Minuten Gehweg erreichbar. Vor der Haustür befindet sich ein Bioladen und um die Ecke eine super leckere Pasticceria. Die Kommunikation mit Daniela war schnell, einfach, unkompliziert und super nett. Wir können das Apartment von Daniela sehr empfehlen.

Deanna was a wonderful host. She gave us a lot of good recommendations for restaurants and sights. The apartment was very quaint and clean and suited our group of 4 perfectly. Her hospitality was amazing. Thank you for letting us experience your family home. The garden was beautiful!

Needed a quick, last-minute place to stay for the night in Florence, and this place was perfect! Host is super friendly and responds quickly. Right in the center of town too. Definitely recommend!

I would absolutely stay here again! Alessandra was the most gracious host and walked me through everything I needed to know. She allowed me to check in early and gave such detailed recommendations. The apartment had the best view and was isolated from a lot of noise so I absolutely loved staying here. I even showed up later on accident and she stayed and waited for me. 10/10 recommend!!!!
