Lucy's place was absolutely perfect for what my mom and I needed for our visit with family in the area. The neighborhood is quiet and great to walk to restaurants and grocery store. Lucy's place was so cozy and comfortable and we felt right at home. The beds are amazingingly comfortable. Loved the back patio to sit and read. Would definitely stay again!

I loved the apartment. It was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The hosts were kind, proactive and provided everything you can think of. The beautiful hills of the neighborhood put you in vacay relaxation mode. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in this place. Highly recommend!

Hank was an outstanding host. He made sure to greet me when I arrived and was super flexible with check in and check out. He was incredibly responsive to all of my requests, from providing a water filter to offering two different bedside reading lamps for my aging eyes. The location is lovely - very private, but walkable to a cute cafe. (Google and Apple maps didn't always know the exact location, so follow Hank's instructions.) The unit has everything you would need, and the bed was very comfortable. Hank thinks of everything, including reusable shopping bags by the door. I loved that there were cloth napkins and dishtowels for the eco-conscious. The bathroom and shower are spacious with amazing views.

Great place to stay with ample space and an incredibly kind Host at that. I was experiencing issues extending my stay because of Airbnb's payment processing system and the Host was incredibly helpful, understanding, and patient the entire time which I greatly appreciated. The apartment itself is within a larger single level property shared between 2 other units. The living room area is large and spacious; The way its interior is decorated, along with the furniture layout, really made me feel like I was back home in my living room. The walls are very thin and I often heard the sound of the neighbors talking and moving things around. There isn't a kitchen but there's a standard size kitchen refrigerator and a toaster, microwave, coffee maker and plenty of clean dishes/utensils provided. The sliding door leads to a shared backyard/courtyard with lemon/orange trees which is also very spacious and surprisingly peaceful and private. There's plenty of room for street parking. Loved it! 5/5⭐

We stayed at Rachel's place for couple of days and it was a great experience. All the descriptions provided were exactly matching the actuals. Rachel was very proactive in providing entry instructions with all the pictorial representation and also signs showing where to park our car safely and also with all the entry codes to the house. It was a hassle free experience and the house was maintained clean and prestine. And the best part was the pricing. I highly recommend Rachel and will be happy to come back again😀

Staying at Samuel’s was fantastic. It was a last minute booking due to needing to relocate from my LA apartment for repairs, but Sam’s place felt like a home away from home, and I will be rebooking again in the future for a lovely little staycation!

Gostamos muito do espaço! É muito bom para 4 pessoas, cozinha super grande e sala também. Camas super confortáveis e toalhas novas e macias. A Internet poderia ser melhor, conseguimos trabalhar mas as vezes a velocidade caia bastante. O bairro é bem tranquilo e fica próximo de uma avenida com muitos comércios, incluindo ponto de ônibus e aluguel de carro.

We spent a week there, great location close to nice restaurants and cafe. The host was helpful, kind and caring. Great time there. The bathtub is definitely a plus, and the area is very quiet. Very happy about it all. Neighbours are also very sweet and happy to help. Thanks again for everything!

Adrien’s studio was a perfect Airbnb experience. I live in Los Angeles but was displaced because of the Eaton Fire in Altadena. Adrien’s place made me feel very comfortable and at-home during what was an otherwise stressful time. It’s in a great quiet location, very close to Whole Foods for groceries, Zebulon for music, Elysian Theater for comedy, and many restaurants. It was also extremely clean, with all amenities that she listed in great working order. I didn’t use the AC but the heat worked great. The bathroom was nice with a large and luxurious shower. She also went above and beyond with really nice touches like snacks and coffee available among other perks that really went a long way towards making it a truly comforting experience. It was a 10 out of 10 stay. Thank you, Adrien!

The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating in a short notice! I had no problems with checking in and the place exceeded my expectations! The entire place was VERY VERY CLEAN and the attention to details was obvious! 💗 enjoy my stay very much, look no further & book here!

This apartment is very spacious & relaxing, and is located in a quiet neighborhood in Eagle Rock. It was easy to park in front of the house each day. The Wi-Fi was simple & extremely reliable, and the TV offered many options. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the desk was very convenient. The bathroom was very clean & the water pressure was perfect. The appliances make cooking & food prep a breeze! The only thing I missed a little bit was a microwave, but I managed fine without it. The window treatments are very well thought out, with a full set of sheer curtains, as well as an additional set of blackout curtains. There’s a large walk-in closet & plenty of dresser space. The Nest thermostat made the temperature easy to adjust, so I was always comfortable. There is a flight of stairs to get to the apartment. My only suggestion is that Carlos could have a simpler more modern entry system, rather than a lock-box and 3 keys. I would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I came here for a little 2 day vacation in LA and Dave’s place was perfect for what we needed! Very great location with restaurants, coffee and convenience stores right within walking distance and only a 10 min uber ride to universal studios. Dave was an awesome host and even saved us from getting a ticket when we didn’t look at the street sweeping signs. We loved our stay and would recommend this spot for a place to rest your head when you’re having an eventful getaway

Aaron was always responsive and friendly. The house is spacious and had an equipped kitchen. Everything went well!

We've stayed for a month and enjoyed Robert's place. The place was clean and everything was exactly like in pictures. Location is conveniently located within walking distance to everything. Apartments is well thought and have plenty of storage spaces and good quality amenities.

Second time staying at Chanel’s place. Great stay as always! Will always be a great option when visiting the city! Nothing like a home away from home feeling.Great views, convenient area, and Chanel is super accommodating and friendly! Looking forward to the next visit.

무엇보다도 잭은 언제나 친절하고 신속하게 답변했어요. 수건이 더 필요하다고 하니 새 수건을 사다 주었습니다. 집은 잘 정돈되 있었고, 집에서 음식을 해먹기에 편안하고 실속있는 주방이였어요. 다음번에도 잭의 숙소를 이용하고 싶어요. 마지막 체크아웃때에도 저희가 쓰레기, 디쉬워시 등을 신경쓰지 않도록 해줬어요. 그냥 모든건 청소부가 알아서 해준다고해서 시간적으로 너무 여유로웠어요. 그 점이 다른 일부 에어비앤비 숙소와 다르기도 했어요.또한 잭은 저희에게 10불 스타벅스 카드를 선물하기도 했어요. 제가 경험한 최고의 호스트 였어요. 잭! 너무너무 고마워요

This was our second stay with Ashanti. She's a terrific host, very friendly and helpful. The building is new, and modern, and secure, with lots of amenities, including a DIY dog washing salon. It was January, so we had to suffer thru one of those dreadful So. Cal winters. Daytime temps in the high'70s, and nights in the '60s. Brrrr! Ashanti's place is super clean, and very comfortable. plenty of closet space and a huge tub. The kitchen has all the things you expect a kitchen to have, plus a nice assortment of snacks and goodies. The building is right in the heart of downtown Hollywood on Sunset Blvd so there's always stuff going on and plenty of things to see. There's easy access to freeways, and the metro rail. Grocery's, Drug Stores, Gyms, Office Supplies are all walking distance. If the opportunity arises, we will gladly stay with Ashanti a 3rd time!

We had an incredible stay at Leon's place. Nice and spacious, would stay here again!

It was a great pleasure staying in Drew's place. It was very clean and had all the necessary amenities, including laundry, a parking garage, a big TV, and a kitchen. Even more - hot tub area help me a lot with relaxing after work at a conference. All the furniture and the apartment is in very good condition, feels like a newly built home. In addition, Drew is the nicest person to communicate with; he is very responsive and always happy to help or consult about any possible issue. I highly recommend this place to stay!
