Very clean and spacious apartment with all the useful amenities. Very practical assigned parking spot and really helpful hosts.

The unit was very well put together and reminded me of my place. So of course I felt right at home. The location in Hollywood only added to the value. There’s an amazing brunch spot “The Breakfast Club” right downstairs and a beautiful street farmers market on Sunday that was easily 2-3 of exploring. The unit has a parking spot, it was so clean and smelled like a hotel lobby. The only downside is because the unit has a key there are a few steps to enter and leave the property but the instructions are clear and easy to understand.

Mari was super responsive and helpful. We stayed for two nights and appreciated the quiet, clean and spacious apartment! Can recommend!

I stayed at Adrien’s place for 2 weeks for a work trip and it was perfect for my stay. Super homely and cosy, with a well equipped full kitchen, a super comfortable bed and large bathroom. The outside deck was a lovely extension of the space when it was warm enough to be outside too! Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

We had a great time in Wendy’s beautiful apartment and really enjoyed our stay. The location is brilliant for exploring Los Angeles, and there are nice supermarkets within walking distance. The neighbourhood is wonderfully central and very green, and the apartment is really comfortable, super clean and very practical in every way. All in all, great value for money! The building is located on a quite busy road, so there is some traffic noice. However, it wasn’t a big problem for us, given all the other pluses. Light sleepers may wish to bring earplugs though. Having said that, I consider Wendy’s flat a great base in Los Angeles, and would be very happy to stay there again!

The location is great and very central. The view is amazing and unit is extremely luxury and cozy. A great place to stay if you can afford it.

Maria's place was a great find on airbnb, I need a place for my father and I to stay for the night. It was close to where my family lives in Bellflower. Would stay at Maria's place if I am ever visiting family in Bellflower.

Host was very detailed on their instructions; it made check in so easy. They were very responsive to questions and requests, stayed with a friend and she said she would want to stay there should she go back to California. They even followed up the night after check in to make sure things were going well. Thank you for making the stay ease and comfortable!

We have been displaced from the Eaton fire due to smoke damage and this was definitely are favorite rental we've stayed at during this time! Beautiful interior with all the amenities including all the kitchen gadgets, grill, and kids things which made everything so easy and we were able to shed many of the items we had been lugging around because it was so well stocked (high chair, booster seat, little potty, kids dishware, and several new kids books my toddler absolutely loved). the sofas were very comfortable and all the little touches including the rain shower heads and automatic hand soap dispensers were great! walkable to Vons grocery and still close to many great eagle Rock restaurants! private off street parking with the EV charger was also super convenient. there is no bathtub which is clearly shown and stated but we were able to make due with the showers that had a lip for shallow "baths" for our little ones just fine. Host was always very responsive and helpful!

This house was amazing on every level! The location was fantastic for our week-long stay on Los Angeles. SO many things close by and Travis was th best host we have ever experienced! He was so responsive and flexible and the house literally had so mnay things if you needed them. Our stay was so top notch i want the corporate people at Airbnb to model everything the way Travis does it because it was just so spectacular The location was amazing and so close to everything! THIS HOUSE IS A MUST RENT, it was a fantastic experience!

We loved staying at Jean’s place. It’s cute, cozy and clean. The location is great! It’s walkable with a nice coffee shop and stores nearby. Great host!

Every detail in the home is thoughtfully curated, from the exquisite decor to the impeccable cleanliness and comfort. The ambiance is both luxurious and inviting, offering the perfect blend of history and modern convenience. Waking up to the stunning surroundings felt like stepping into a fairytale, and every moment spent here was an absolute delight. James’ home is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience, a retreat, and a privilege. We are already looking forward to returning and cannot recommend it highly enough! Beds are super comfortable.

Richard’s place felt safe and comfortable lots of room for 6 people. Very comfortable home.

Melissa’s place is beautiful! Such a great location, close to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, cute shops, and the farmers market, everything was walkable from her home! And the home itself is so darling, beautifully decorated, spotless! It was a lovely space to wake up to and end the night in after a long day. It had everything you could need, and Melissa was responsive if we had any questions. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting LA!

Absolutely loved our 10 day stay at Corey & Craig’s very cute home and could easily have stayed longer. The house was really well stocked with all we needed with a few extra goodies Craig kindly added knowing we were coming from uk including ‘proper’ tea! Much appreciated. Corey and Craig were perfect hosts, available if needed or leaving us to ourselves in this quiet location. Really enjoyed chatting to Craig who responded quickly to any questions by text. We were a short drive to old town Pasadena as well as walking distance to a local coffee shop and loved this safe and pretty neighborhood. We look forward to returning to Hope House

Can talk all day. Tarik was very responsive, replying to text and questions almost immediately. I definitely will be booking with him on my next LA trip. House is nicely centered in the Los Angeles area. Neighborhood was quiet. Great experience

This is the nicest Airbnb I have every stayed in! Clean, spacious, well-designed and well-furnished, with lovely touches, like the front porch, two desks, lots of light. Just lovely. It was perfect for my husband, our adult daughter and me for three nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. Warren was extremely responsive to all my queries. He kindly provided an extra parking space and blow-up mattress for our son, who preferred to stay with us on Thanksgiving, rather than drive an hour back to his house on the west side of LA. There's not much in the immediate neighborhood, but it is pretty and the house is a short walk to a Von's supermarket and Rosebud, a good coffee shop, both on Colorado Blvd. And it was a short (10 mins) drive to Old Town Pasadena. I recommend Warren's place highly and would stay there again.

We had such a lovely stay at Robin & Cindy’s place! The unit was immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable—especially the king bed, which was our favorite part. It was very spacious for a studio, with plenty of room for two people. The sofa was super comfy, and we enjoyed relaxing with the large TV. The in-suite washer and dryer worked great and were super convenient. The amenities were fantastic. The clubhouse was gorgeous, and since it was cold during our visit, we stuck to the hot tub. The gym was well-equipped with a lat pulldown, cables, free weights, Smith machine, leg extension/curl machines, hip abduction/adduction machine, and a chest press—way more than expected! Thoughtful touches like the Brita filter made a difference, and the Level 2 Tesla charger was a big plus. The neighborhood was peaceful and walkable, with lots of restaurants nearby. Robin & Cindy were responsive and made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

I’m picky… and this was very clean, super comfortable beds. Note the “no essentials” I think he does and he pays it off every month listed in amenities is referring to the kitchen, there is no salt and pepper, no oil, no food products of any kind. (Not a problem just good to know if you plan to cook.)
