San Gimignano : locations d'appartements de vacances

Tutto perfetto, casa ordinata e pulita in zona molto tranquilla. Abbiamo trovato a nostra disposizione anche un kit colazione e dolcetto, molto apprezzato.

Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno a Capodanno nell'appartamento di Stefano. la casa è pulita e dotata di tutto quanto necessario a trascorrere il soggiorno in comodità. la posizione è ottima, con una passeggiata di 10 minuti si è nel centro storico. nelle immediate adiacenze anche un Lidl che risulta comodo per ogni necessita'. assolutamente consigliato

The flat was VERY clean and tidy! No dust was spotted! The neighborhood was safe, and the localization was acceptable (about 20-25 minutes by bus to the main sights). In the kitchen you can find all utilities needed for cooking. I would only suggest to rise the temperature of the flat in the cold period, or add more blankets. Andrea was very kind and communicative, he let us to leave our luggage earlier, which was very convenient. I recommend this flat for a tourist stay in Florence.

We had a lovely stay in Florence no small thanks to our home away from home and to Nicola for being so professional but also very kind and considerate! Nicola was always easy to reach whenever we had questions about the apartment and was also kind enough to give us a few pointers on unique places to go in Florence for sightseeing and for eating. The apartment is spaceous, well maintained and clean, about 10-15 minutes' walk from the centre, has plenty of facilities and homely interior. Our only minor grievance was the bedroom window which was not very soundproof and due to some temporarily redirected bus routes, it could be a bit loud during the night. We had booked a stay long enough for us to take Nicola up on his offer on a free tour. It felt personal, unique and lasted for close to 3 hours' time. It was engaging and at a pace that allowed us to take it all in. All in all a wonderful experience! Many thanks to Nicola for an easy transition from work life to bucket list holiday!

Staying at Matilde's was perfect! The neighbourhood was quieter than central which made for a peaceful stay, but still well located and easily accessible from all the main tourist attractions. The apartment was very clean and there were some great bars around, and a supermarket literally right opposite us so it was very convenient. Matilde as a host was very proactive and responsive, and I definitely recommend staying here.

Siamo stati ospiti di Gianna per cinque giorni. Gianna è stata da subito gentile e accogliente. La casa è immersa nel verde, circondata da ulivi e ha una vista semplicemente meravigliosa su Pistoia e Prato. In pochi minuti è possibile raggiungere Pistoia e in circa un'ora Lucca, Pisa, Vinci e Siena. La casa è dotata tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno come indicato dall'host. Super consigliato per godere di un soggiorno nella natura e per visitare le belle località toscane. Non dimentichiamo infine l'olio prodotto da Gianna di ottima qualità. Ciao Gianna, a presto!

Aris was a great host and his place was wonderful. We were able to cook our own meals and do our laundry, which were useful since we are on a long European trip. The apartment was squeaky clean and very very homey. It is located around 20-30 mins by foot from the city center, so it is quite peaceful. Would stay here again on our next trip!

The apartment was fantastic. Very clean and tidy. It had everything we needed. We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer. The location was excellent and it was very quiet and private. Thanks to Federica and Gianfranco for being such amazing and friendly hosts. Ciao!

casa molto bella e pulita con due bagni entrambi con le docce che in 7 sono state molto utili. piatti e bicchieri disponibili ci ha fatto trovare anche delle cialde per il caffè. Consigli anche per trovare ristoranti e supermercati nei dintorni. Casa a 10 minuti dal centro

Increíble el departamento de Marco y Beatrice, super moderno, con todo lo necesario para una estadía sin preocupaciones en Siena, respondían siempre las dudas super rápido, y el check in fue simple y rápido. El único punto en contra que le pudimos encontrar fue que la calefacción la controlaban ellos, uno tenía que solicitar que la encendieran y la apagaban en la mañana cuando ellos querían y con el frío de la mañana igual estaba helado el departamento y no teníamos cómo controlar la temperatura, pero el resto increíble.

By far, the best Air BNB stay I’ve had. Francesco was superb. Great communication. Sending a video of the entry process was really helpful. Everything was well thought out and it was hard to leave. The flat is in a neighborhood where I’ve stayed many times and is a very different, elegant part of Florence. There are plenty of shops and restaurants and the location down the hill near Porto Romana made grabbing the bus very easy. The furnishings and amenities were a cut above. Francesco could not have been more responsive to our needs, providing advice, taking care of a small plumbing issue immediately and making sure we got our taxi to the airport. I hope to be a repeat renter! Grazie mille.

Daniele & Clara were so great. I unexpectedly got sick and was delayed a day, but my group was able to check in no issue without me. Clara also made accommodations for my late arrival which was such a help. Their place was beautiful, and had all our group needs. Close to all the Florence attractions, which Clara was also very helpful in recommending to our group. We made great memories! Thank you to them both!

We had a wonderful week staying at Juliette and Serge's place. The location was perfect - easy walking to all the major sights and lots of restaurant and bars within a few blocks. The apt was lovely, spacious and light filled. We enjoyed our apertivo on the rooftop which had a spectacular 360 view of Florence skyline (Duomo, Pitti Palace, and beyond). The layout of the apt was nice because of the two level living area so we never felt crowded. The second living area is very light filled with a walk out balcony to enjoy the rooftop views. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and eating but we only had our morning coffees there (Nespresso machine). But as previous reviews state, there are a lot of stairs (glass stairs inside) - 3 floor walk up, and more stairs inside the unit so not recommended for anyone with mobility issues. Thank you for a great stay!

Very comfortable stay with easy access to all main venues in the city. Quit street. Food shop 2 minutes only . We can recommend it.

It was perfect for what we needed. Everything was walkable if you’re relatively mobile. Nothing was farther than a 22-minute (healthy) walk. Francesco was very responsive — any time I had a question, he responded almost instantly. Very helpful!

Place was very nice

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

Our stay in Florence was incredible thanks to Max’s hospitality. The property was very secure, walkable to all of Florence’s beautiful surroundings. Near a park, which was perfect for my children. He included great local recommendations, offered to arrange car services, and even included some wonderful family history with our checkin. The space is gorgeous and convenient. Would absolutely stay here again and again!

Villa Di Geggiano OVER-DELIVERS in comparison to the Airbnb listing. Not only with the accommodations and amenities, but also with Andrea's hospitality and generosity. We loved it upon booking, and loved it even more staying there. Fantastic!

우리는 두달동안 어학연수를 위해 가족이 함께 이 숙소에 머물렀습니다. 그동안 호스트는 매우 친절하고 사려깊고 신속하며 정확하게 우리의 필요에 응답해 주었습니다. 그 덕분에 시에나에서의 우리 삶은 매우 평화롭고 편안하며 안정적이었습니다. 또한 집을 언제나 깔끔하고 청결하게 정리해준 나디아와 알렉산드로 부부 덕분에 두달동안 처음 체크인한 상태의 쾌적함을 누렸답니다. 두달을 집과 같은 편안함을 느끼며 부족함없이 지낼 수 있어 너무나 감사했습니다. 또한 호스트가 설명한 대로 주변에 2분 거리의 슈퍼마켓conad 와 맛있는 피자집과 레스토랑이 있고 쇼핑할 수 있는 곳이 가까이 있습니다. 집앞에 바로 택시 정류장이 있고 7분 거리에 시외버스 정류장이 있어, 무척 유용했어요. 우리는 내년에도 이곳에 다시 예약을 하려고 합니다. ♡ 아름답고 사랑스러운 작은 정원도 잊지못 할거에요.

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

This place is great to experience Siena interior and view out of living room windows was stunning lots of bedrooms rooms and bathrooms for family to get ready and separate spaces for chilling area great for daily outings and dinner options were good despite it being winter

Mirko’s place was the perfect spot in Florence. It was a beautiful place nestled right in the middle of everything. We never walked more than 10 minutes to find what we were looking for. Giselle was amazing and there for anything we needed and any questions we had. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Florence.
