San Giorgio a Cremano : locations de vacances avec terrasse

The appartment was perfect for our needs, those of a family of 4 including two small children. I believe a larger family or group of 5 people would also find the accomodation spacious enough. The two bathrooms and three bedrooms (including the living room) provide ample space. The location includes a large balcony, without spectacular views but useful for storage and drying clothes. For an additional 15 EUR/day, parking is available right downstairs, in a private and closed garagge (at 1/2 the price of public parking, provided you can find it). Other pluses include A/C, well equipped kitchen, great espresso machine, nearby supermarket, friendly neighbours and walkable distances for good restaurants and the main beach in Maiori. Maiori itself is an excellent base for the Amalfi coast. It is reasonably populated and priced compared to Amalfi and Positano, and well connected logistically to the entire coast. This was one of the best stays for us, and we highly recommend it.

Excelente estancia!! La ubicación del departamento es inmejorable: muy cerca de la estación de tren (ideal para llegar desde Roma o visitar Pompeya, el Vesubio, etc.) y a pocos pasos de las calles peatonales del centro, muy fácil para ir caminando a todos lados. El departamento es amplio, cómodo, con una cocina super equipada y todo impecable. Italo fue un anfitrión excelente, siempre atento a nuestras consultas y muy fácil de coordinar con él. Sin duda, lo recomiendo!

Nous avons passé 5 jours à Naples dans le logement d'Antonio. L'arrivée a été facile car tout était bien indiqué. Le quartier est un peu excentré mais il y a des arrêts de bus proches pour se rendre dans le centre ou à la gare pour partir découvrir la région. Des commerces sont à proximité.

Luigi is a charmer and tremendously helpful. Met us at the apartment and showed us all the tricks to the place including TV screens descending from the ceiling (the view was better than anything on Netflix). At street level the neighbourhood is pretty grotty, though with the convenience of the main train station just a couple of minutes walk away. But once you’re up above the noise, you don’t want to leave. A highlight is the outdoor shower, astonishingly private given the crowded bustle of the city. The balcony itself is bigger than many Italian apartments. You can float above the city, enjoy the church bells, the distant mad honking of the traffic, the gentle play of the swallows at dusk, and feel like a king. Or Queen.

Tutto splendido, appartamento, posizione, host. Ritornerei sicuramente.

This was the ideal place for a relaxing trip to Amalfi. A huge apartment with a spacious patio to relax on. This place was very comfortable and all the space we could need. Walking distance to the beach and main square in less than 5 minutes! The kitchen was perfect to keep all the cheese, bread and prosciutto we brought back from the many close stores and restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Das Appartement von Regina hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Alles ist sehr sauber und neu. Die Betten sind extrem bequem und mit sehr angenehmer Bettwäsche ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, man hört keinen Lärm- wir haben himmlisch geschlafen! Die Bäder sind toll, wir haben die Whirlpool Wanne mit dem fantastischen Blick aufs Meer sehr genossen. Es hatte auch ausreichend warmes Wasser - was unserer Erfahrung nach nicht selbstverständlich ist! Regina hat uns dann noch einen kleinen Aufschub für den Check out gegeben! Wir können das Appartement sehr empfehlen!

Really great flat to experience Naples, with many of the sights in walking distance. Amazing view over the piazza and plenty of restaurants & bars nearby. Super clean and spacious - it was perfect to relax in after a day of strolling through the city. Mark & Francesca were great hosts and we really appreciate their flexibility with checking-in and the option to drop bags off early.

The apartment is better than the photos! It is in a wonderful location, parking is great, as easy as any walk can be in Ravello considering all of the stairs.The best thing about the apartment was Luisa. She is a great manager, thoughtful and kind and made our stay absolutely wonderful!

des hôtes formidables, un emplacement tout parfait pour profiter à la a fois de la plage et des chemins de randonnée, un environnement très calme... en fait, c'était exactement ce que nous cherchions. Très très satisfaits !

Our stay was amazing! The apartment is perfect for two couples. The hot tub is an amazing perk after a day walking Positano. The hosts are helpful, met us at the door, helped with luggage, and called a restaurant on our behalf. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

we stayed in Villa Guli in Sant Agata, it is a clean well equipped house, all on one level, with three large double bedrooms with plenty of storage for clothes. the living area is large with a large dining table and comfortable seating Outside is a wide terrace with comfortable seating and outside cooking facilities and the garden is lovely, filled with lemon trees and there is a hot tub the property is in walking distance of the town centre, with plenty of high quality restaurants including the two Michelin starred Don Alfonso restaurant and next door to an excellent restaurant highly recommend and it is easy driving distance to Sorrento, Positano and Nerano and 90 minutes from Naples Airport Francesco and colleagues were very responsive and helpful throughout the stay thanks for a lovely stay 😊

If you want to see, feel, and taste Positano stay here. This place is amazing. I can’t emphasize enough that if you are planning on visiting the absolute beautiful village of Positano you should stay here. This place will always stay in my wife and my memories. Some of the best ever memories were made here. But there is more. Imara, the co-host is over the top. She went way beyond the norm to make sure our stay was a great experience. Great communication and great recommendations for things to do and where to eat. And very important, how to get around. Transportation is this beautiful little place is tricky. Imara helped us tremendously. She arranged travel from Napoli that went flawlessly. She also arranged a catered private dinner on the terrace on our last night that will go down as one of our all time favorite nights. And we travel extensively. Hands down……..Casa Viva and Imara are what you hope you find when you travel. Thank you for a real good time!!!!!!

Had a great stay here. Amazing views, easy access to town (although requires some fitness to go up stairs like much of Positano), easy check in, and sufficiently equipped kitchen to cook meals at home is you’re looking to avoid expensive restaurants.

La posizione permette di avere una vista mozzafiato, appartamento molto bello, ti senti come a casa. La terrazza è impareggiabile, nonostante fosse dicembre/gennaio stare lì è un tocco positivo per l’animo. É possibile andare in paese a piedi in pochi minuti (hai più di un percorso da scegliere) senza avere l’incubo del parcheggio. Oppure puoi fare una passeggiata lungo la strada e goderti il paesaggio in qualunque orario. Consiglio vivamente questa posizione. Unico limite: non bastano le parole per fare i complimenti a Mena, ospite eccezionale.

The building is in a central location, close to the city center, but the apartment is very quiet and sunny. We had a very good stay

L’appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, pulitissimo, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi come a casa. La posizione è ideale per visitare la città, ma ciò che lo rende davvero speciale è l’atmosfera unica che si respira nel cuore pulsante di Napoli. Un ringraziamento speciale va all’host, che è stato gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza. Ci ha accolti con calore e ci ha anche fornito ottimi consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. È evidente che mette passione e cura in ciò che fa, e questo fa davvero la differenza. Consigliatissimo a chiunque voglia vivere Napoli in un contesto autentico

The place had amazing views and lots of comfort! We stayed there for a week of home office, had great internet connection and comfortable spots to work in :) The area is very safe as well, we had good parking spots for the car! The location was also great to do trips, Positano is only 30 minutes, sorrento 10, and starting point of nice hikes 15 min away. The hot tub was a very nice addition too for relaxing in the evenings! The only negative we found was the smell of the house, it is a bit older and built into the side of the mountain so naturally has a bit of smell. It’s not too bad, I would just recommend to open windows a lot 😊

Siamo stati davvero come a casa nostra. L'appartamento é pulito e davvero accogliente. Fornito di tutto quanto serve. Giacomo è molto più che gentile, ci ha consigliato sul modo migliore per raggiungere l'appartamento (non vorrei scriverlo per non farlo passare per un servizio incluso ma ci é venuto a prendere in stazione e ci riaccompagnato il giorno della partenza). Ci ha fornito indicazioni sui servizi e i ristoranti nei dintorni. Sempre pronto a rispondere a ogni richiesta. Il miglior airbnb dove mi sia capitato di abitare. Grazie

Really close to historic center. Great eating and drinking. We loved visiting Pompeii, which was easy by train. The apartment had many stairs, good for walking off the pizza! Bed was comfy, and we appreciated being able to sit on the terrace.

Fabrizio was an excellent hosts. He was very helpful providing local guides and recommendations. He was super helpful and easy to reach.

Our apartment in Villa Storica was amazing. The photos do not do justice to the place. It is in a laid back location, and the views from the house are stunning. We had a clear view of Mount Vesuvius to wake up to every day! Ciro is an exceptional host. Always with prompt responses and helpful beyond expectations. No amount of questions through the day and stay overall was too much for him. His instructions and tips for places to visit and park our car were all very helpful. The 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ciro's place and have no problems in recommending a stay in his house.
