Notre court séjour chez Massimo était un moment de vrai bonheur. Les lits étaient extrêmement confortables et nous avons dormi comme des bébés. The house is very beautiful, private and in a great environment. The host is very friendly and communicative. It can be used perfectly by a family or friends. The pool isn’t big but perfect to cool down and the beach is only 30 minutes away. You can’t really do much sightseeing in the neighbourhood, but if you are looking for a vacation to relax, then you are in the right place! Also, the house has many features such as table tennis, kicker and more. We would come back anytime!

Stefanos Unterkunft war ein absolutes Highlight! Der Pool und der Whirlpool waren perfekt zum Entspannen, und die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. Die Wohnung war super sauber und sehr komfortabel, und Stefano war ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Meine Freunde und ich sind uns sicher dass Stefanos Unterkunft das beste Air BnB ist, in dem wir je waren! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Historisches Gebäude, in mitten der Natur, zwei Pools, fantastische Aussicht und sehr sympathische Gastgeber. Danke Davide und Laura.

Die Unterkunft war super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage auf einer kleinen Anhöhe ist ein Traum, Sonnenuntergang inklusive. Martina ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin!

Fabio ist ein toller Gastgeber. Wir haben uns in dem Haus richtig wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten war toll und hat besonders den Kindern total gut gefallen. Der Pool ist ansprechend und super für eine Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Im Garten wachsen Feigen Bäume mit super leckeren Früchten. Fabio hat uns begrüßt und verabschiedet und zwischendurch immer gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist - ein wirklich toller Service. Sollten wir nochmal in die Region kommen ist Fabio sicher unsere erste Wahl.

Uns hat die ruhige Lage und das Haus sehr gut gefallen. Diese Siedlung mit ca 10 Häusern liegt abseits auf einem Berg. Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Ich hätte gerne vorab gewusst, dass der Whirlpool zwar beheizt ist, hatte im Herbst aber eher an 30er Grade gedacht als an 18-20 Grad. Für mich auf jeden Fall zu kalt um ihn zu nutzen. Mein Fehler, da hätte ich nachfragen müssen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten bequem, es gab nichts was uns gefehlt hätte. In der Nähe gibt es ein fantastisches Restaurant La Greppia, das wir leider erst am letzten Abend entdeckt haben. Unbedingt die regionale Spezialität Passatelli probieren. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, herzlichen Dank!

Donata et son mari nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, Donata est très disponible et explique tout ce que l’on peut faire à proximité (parcs, aquarium, monuments) le paysage est magnifique, l’environnement est extrêmement calme, très bel endroit où se ressourcer en famille, plein de jeux de société pour les enfants de tout âge et plein de livres, aussi les jeux extérieurs cabane et toboggan parfait pour les enfants, la piscine est extra (eau salée, chaude et à niveaux) avec le panorama sur Sogliano el Rubicone, logement fonctionnel extrêmement propre avec tout le nécessaire, les salles de bains sont parfaites et bien équipées avec des produits écologiques, nous avons passé un super séjour, merci à Donata et son mari pour l’accueil et leur gentillesse nous recommandons ce b&b parfait pour une famille

Un piacevole soggiorno in questa bella casa grande e confortevole. L’immobile era pulitissimo, non mancava proprio nulla , anzi l’host sig.ra Vanessa , ci ha fatto trovare latte , brioches , marmellata. Una persona amorevole. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio per un bel soggiorno in questa bella dimora .

Una splendida esperienza a Fano! Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo appartamento a Fano, che si è rivelato perfetto sotto ogni aspetto! La posizione è davvero strategica: in pochi minuti si raggiungono sia il centro storico che la spiaggia, permettendoci di godere al massimo di tutto ciò che la città ha da offrire. L’appartamento è esattamente come descritto e mostrato nelle foto: pulito, curato nei minimi dettagli e dotato di ogni comfort necessario. Un ambiente accogliente che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Un ringraziamento speciale all’host Stefano, sempre disponibile e gentilissimo, pronto a offrire consigli e assistenza per qualsiasi esigenza. Inoltre, abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo l’accoglienza riservata ai nostri amici a quattro zampe: non solo sono stati i benvenuti, ma si è percepito un vero entusiasmo nel riceverli! Non vediamo l’ora di tornare e consigliamo questo appartamento a chiunque voglia vivere un soggiorno indimenticabile a Fano!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad. prachtig huis, in het centrum van Fano. Op loopafstand van winkels, restaurants, zee. Goede service!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido appartamento indipendente per 10 giorni. Tutte le informazioni fornite da Gloria si sono rivelate estremamente corrispondenti alla realtà. La posizione è strategica per potersi godere sia il mare che il porto canale e il centro di Cesenatico. Gli spazi in casa sono molto ampi e ben organizzati. La cucina è super accessoriata e molto pulita, i bagni sembrano nuovi e anche le stanze meritano un buon giudizio. A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono poi utilissime biciclette, molti libri e giochi per bambini, asciugamani e ombrellone per la spiaggia. Purtroppo le cattive condizioni meteorologiche non ci hanno permesso di sfruttare il giardino ma sicuramente torneremo così da provare l’ambiente esterno. Nonostante non abbiamo avuto il piacere di incontrare Gloria di persona, ci ha comunque fatto sentire come a casa. Grazie davvero! Nicoletta & family

Siamo stati a Cattolica in occasione della MotoGP e Cristina e il suo alloggio sono stati perfetti per la nostra mini vacanza. le 4 biciclette a disposizione super utili per noi per raggiungere il circuito, la casa perfetta per 4 e dotata di ogni comfort, vicinissima al centro che abbiamo raggiunto a piedi! gentili, cordiali e a disposizione per tutto! ci ritorneremo di sicuro! grazie di cuore!

This place is pretty special. This is a very old home so very charming but you do have to get used to the downstairs shower (tricky regulating water temp and slow draining shower floor). The upstairs bathroom is gorgeous with the best view, I just wish it had a shower curtain so the bathtub could also easily work as a shower. We took lots of photos of the beautiful old architectural details inside the home. We spend several afternoons lazing by the gorgeous pool in the lovely outdoor space. We even used the outdoor shower a couple mornings. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. We could sign in to our Netflix account to watch movies on the TV in the evenings after watching the gorgeous sunsets. The Grotto restaurant, not too far away by car, was fabulous.

this is by far our favourite experience ever on airbnb. the place is absolutely stunning and even better than described - it had everything we needed including an amazing speaker, which definitely made our holiday to the point we didn't even leave the place other than to go to the supermarket. the kitchen is a dream with everything that cn be possibly needed to cook amazing meals and the bedroom and bed is super comfy. Marissa is such a kind and friendly host, super responsive and flexible, it made the experience absolutely memorable. we were so sad to leave, that we're already planning to come back next year.

perfetto per chi deve andare in Fiera o vuole una situazione tranquilla. Ottimo avere anche a disposizione un parcheggio privato per l'auto.

Nagyon kényelmesek az ágyak, a konyha jól felszerelt. A teraszról nagyon szép a kilátás. Egy hetet töltöttünk itt, de nagyon otthon érezte magát mindenki. A strand közel van, maximum 15 perc alatt megközelíthető. Mindenkinek ajánlom.

Wir sind so liebevoll aufgenommen worden und extra für uns wurde noch einmal die Zeit unserer Ankunft aus Mailand aktualisiert. Die Unterkunft war so wundervoll groß, hell, sauber, modern und chic ausgestattet. Sehr sehr verkehrsgünstig zu Fuß und mit Auto gelegen. Sehr gute Klimaanlage! Die Vermieter haben uns noch viele Discounts für Bagnio, Essen Unternehmungen gegeben. Bettwäsche, Seife, Handtücher, Shampoo waren wie ein sehr gutes Hotel vorhanden. Die Küche fantastisch ausgestattet. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Strand alles sofort fussläufig möglich. Wir waren sehr glücklich dort und würden am liebsten immer dort leben.

La casa è veramente molto bella, come nella descrizione, ben tenuta, pulita, provvista di tutto il necessario. Il giardino, recintato, è tenuto bene e la vista dal porticato è veramente rilassante. Mauro è un host molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Siamo stati veramente molto bene e speriamo di poter tornare presto.

Siamo stati a Mondaino per il Motomondiale di Misono, ci siamo trovati benissimo con la casa, pulita, efficiente e con un panorama magnifico. Faccio i complimenti agli host per l’aiuto e le risposte veloci alle nostre domande. Speriamo di tornare al più presto! Altamente consigliata ☺️
