Great communication and location. We were able to drop off our bags a little before noon.

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

John and his team were great! Herman actually took care of us and he was amazing! Very professional and went out of his way to accommodate us in every way possible ! He was helpful in all aspects! The house is absolutely beautiful!! The rooftop pool and the Argentinian grill really made our time in Argentina very very special, the bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms were fabulous! The house has two half-baths in the common areas. Truly a special house and a special host. The location is also perfect! Right in the middle of the Palermo district, lots of bars and restaurants and excellent coffee shops! Thank you Hernan!

Paula + Jeronimo we’re consummate hosts. Exceeded my expectations and ensured we had all the help we needed to feel comfortable and well accommodated. They were both so kind and checked in to make sure we were acclimating well to offer help and recommendations which was appreciated. The house itself is stunning - a wonderful place to stay in the vibrant area of Soho Palermo.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

la casa de Guillermo es tal cual las fotos, es muy amplia y agradable, tiene muchos dormitorios y 3 con baño privado. hay muchos baños en la casa. la zona de jardín se disfruta muchísimo con la piscina, la galería y los árboles. pasamos unos días maravillosos en familia, descansamos mucho. El lugar es seguro, tranquilo y el barrio es hermoso para caminar o andar en bicicleta. tiene una vegetación frondosa lo que lo hace muy agradable. voy a extrañar esa buena energía que da la naturaleza. Guillermo estuvo atento en todo momento que lo necesitamos y respondía rápidamente a nuestro llamado a pesar que estaba en sus vacaciones. es muy agradable y servicial. muchas gracias Guillermo. Volveremos!!!

This is a lovely home in Palermo. Each of the three bedrooms were well appointed, and the three floor layout offers ample space for gathering, relaxation, or -- if required -- study or work. We really loved the top floor outdoor lounge areas in particular. The orientation of the house (around the interior courtyard) offers rare privacy in Palermo. While the house is very close to the main areas of Palermo, it's a block or so off so it's not hectic (sure - there may be some people out and about on weekend nights but it's moderate, and not a thoroughfare). The hosts were super communicative throughout and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en el loft de Julieta durante nuestro viaje en marzo. El lugar era encantador y tranquilo, perfecto para una escapada con mi pareja. Julieta, la anfitriona, fue increíblemente atenta y se aseguró de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos. Su hospitalidad hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Definitivamente recomendamos este alojamiento y esperamos volver en el futuro!

La casa es divina!!! muy grande y cómoda, ambientes espaciosos, patio y pileta muy grandes, todo en general excelente y muy cómodo. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. Disfrutamos la casa, el patio y la pileta en familia y pasamos unos días hermosos. La casa es tal cual las fotos y la descripción y agradezco a Federico y su esposa por su calidez, amabilidad y predisposición. Realmente es una casa divina y nos encantó alojarnos ahí con mi familia. No tuvimos ningún tipo de inconveniente. La zona es muy tranquila. Voy a recomendar este alojamiento y si tengo oportunidad voy a volver.

La casa es super comoda, eramos 4 incluido un niño. Nos sobraba lugar. Todo limpio y buena disponibildad de utencillos para cocinar y la parrilla y el parque un lujo. Ideal para desconectar en familia. Lo recomiendo!

Es tal cual se ve en las fotos. La casa es muy linda y cómoda, está bien equipada y limpia. El jardín y la pileta también están en perfectas condiciones. Para quienes no nos gustan los terrenos “pelados”, este con sus árboles y su vegetación, es precioso. Matías, el anfitrión, siempre disponible y amable para responder y resolver. Disfrutamos mucho la estadía. Definitivamente muy recomendable!

Por mis familias primera vez en Argentina, nuestra estancia fue increíble. El condición del departamento era excelente y todo funcionó perfecto. Lo recomiendo :)

a pesar que no nos tocó el mejor tiempo lo pasamos muy bien, disfrutamos de la casa que es preciosa, tiene muchos detalles especiales, y el último día la disfrutamos a full, Nicolas fue muy flexible con los horarios. el lugar tiene mu Ho verde y mucha tranquilidad. volvería con seguridad!

Fui con mi papá y mi hijo de 7 años. Un lugar super tranquilo y agreste. Me llevaré recuerdos muy lindos y tambien mi hijo se los llevará. Pescó su primer pez, anduvo por primera vez en Kayak y se animó a nadar en el río. fueron 4 dias que se hicieron largos y relajantes. La verdad no hay nada que quejarse. Tengo algunas recomendaciones para el dueño, pero si desea se las doy por privado. Un abrazo y super recomiendo el lugar para escapar de la ciudad y pasar en familia.

El alojamiento de Fred es súper recomendable para relajarse unos días y desconectar. La atención espectacular, nos trataron súper bien y fueron atentos en todo momento. Por otro lado, la cabaña impecable, tenía todo lo necesario para tener una buena estadía.

Marcelo was an incredible host! He made everything so easy, especially with check-in. He was super flexible and proactive, which I really appreciated. On top of that, his recommendations were fantastic and added so much to the trip. He genuinely went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. The apartment itself was lovely. The balcony was a great spot to relax, and everything was spotless and well taken care of. You can tell Marcelo puts a lot of effort into it. And the location is the best in all of Palermo. Very central! I’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Excelente opción para alojarse en la zona, con excelente ubicación. Cercano a todos los puntos importantes del Microcentro y con comercios cercanos de todo tipo. El apartamento es muy lindo y cómodo. Tiene todo lo indispensable para cocinarse y para pasarla bien. Muy iluminado. Es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Recomiendo totalmente.
