Incredible place with amazing nature surroundings. Just like the pictures there's lots to see and explore and Zuray is a great host!

Our stay was perfect! Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer in this jungle oasis. The cold pool was a refreshing experience to cool off from the hot jungle. The beach was super close by walking distance. Desiré and Erickson were wonderful hosts. Super quick and responsive whenever we needed anything. The SHOWER with the skylight was a great feature. Will 100% book here again. THANK YOU GUYS

This was our first time in Costa Rica and we loved everything about this home. Be mindful you will need 4x4 because these mountains and roads are no joke. The house was absolutely beautiful, we loved having the bedrooms closed off and having the air conditioner (and bug free) and then having the living space and kitchen being open to the outside and the pool. You really do become one with nature in this home, so if you do not like bugs or insects, Costa Rica is not for you. I actually found it soothing listening to the lizards on the walls and watching them eat the other little bugs. My husband and I were able to enjoy horseback riding and a boat tour through the jungle thanks to the help of Loren, he made everything so easy for us and was always available. We got lost trying to find the house the first time after Loren showed us, but once you learn the mountain, it became easy. With the craziness of the US right now, it felt good to disconnect.

We loved our stay here, wish we could have stayed for longer. The setting is ideal, the mesh screen walls make you feel like you’re camping out in the jungle but with all the creature comforts of being ‘at home’. Wouter is a great host, friendly, kind & helpful & even gave us a lift down to the beach. If you haven’t got a car it’s still doable, Uber works here and Wouter also gave us taxi nos. So don’t worry if you’ve not got wheels, this is still a perfect option!

Eddie’s place is a real gem. Incredible privacy and views, well appointed and comfortable home. The kitchen comes very well equipped and the beds are comfortable. Small details make his place extra wonderful. High quality linens, blankets, beautifully manicured garden and lawn. Henry, the groundskeeper is lovely. My children had so much fun playing hide and seek on the generous property and I loved waking up before sunrise, sitting on the deck and listening to a million birds beautifully singing through day break. My kids said they loved the home and want to come back!!

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Colibri! The house is beautiful, well-equipped, and perfectly located—close to everything in Uvita, yet quiet and peaceful. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was excellent throughout. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated the small details—especially the box of LEGO, which our kids absolutely loved. It made them feel right at home and kept them happily entertained. Highly recommended—we’d love to return in the future. Thank you for everything, and Pura Vida!

The house was beautiful and had a lot of accommodations we weren’t expecting. Seasonings for cooking, a flashlight, foldable chairs, a beautiful trail nearby, etc. You can tell that Carlos took extra care and thought for the experience of his guest. He is also extremely responsive and even proactive in letting us know what attractions, restaurants, and grocery stores are in the area. One critique I would have is the AC system. They work very well for the bedrooms but since a large portion of the living space is netted windows, it couldn’t hold the cold air in the rest of the house.

Such a beautiful place, the ocean views were insane and we saw all sorts of wildlife. The hosts were great as well. The road getting up is definitely rough but my boyfriend and I thought it was the funniest part of our trip just bouncing around back and forth 😂. Overall this place is amazing and worth booking!

Fantastic stay! The pictures don’t do it justice. The pool, the interior, the views, and the vibe are all better than I expected. Joe is extremely friendly and responsive. I even requested to boost the internet speed as I run a remote business. Joe happily accepted, and the internet speed nearly doubled. It’s been one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Come check this place out already.

Beautiful house with great pool and ocean views in a convenient location to Dominicalito beach (which had smaller waves and was perfect for kids). The towns of Uvita and Dominical are also close and easy to go there for dinner and groceries. The views were gorgeous and the house is wonderfully designed for a family. The traditional Costa Rican breakfasts that Yigzy prepared, along with lots of fresh fruit, were wonderful. Cheyenne was super responsive and helpful and we did many of the activities she recommended (river rafting, canyoning/rappelling, boating, etc) and they were all great excursions. In general, it was great to have her help for making car arrangements to San Jose airport, restaurant recommendations, etc. She and her husband live on the property, also the caretaker, Kiko, but it is 5 acres with dense vegetation and and the house is very private. We would definitely recommend this house and would love to stay there again!

We had a great time at the house my wife, my two kids and I. It felt very nice and peaceful to come back there after a day at the beach or on the trails. The view and surroundings are amazing. A lot of birds around and passing by including toucan and red parrots which always made the moment memorable and extraordinary. House is slightly remote but easily accessible with any 4x4. FYI the power supply is a bit unstable in case of heavy rains.

La casa y todo su menaje es prácticamente nuevo, todo funciona a la perfección. Hay seguridad privada activada por un sistema ligado a cámaras, aire acondicionado en las dos habitaciones, la piscina es también nueva y con agua limpia. Definitivamente un lugar para tomar en cuenta en la zona del pacifico central!

Enjoyed our stay here! Ignacio was very responsive and such a great host! When something came up, he was responding within minutes! The house was beautiful and well kept! Really enjoyed the pool!

This jungle paradise is special. You’re truly nestled within nature and you’ll never forget the visits from the monkeys. The property overall is beautiful with a view of the jungle/ocean in the distance and it’s only a couple of minutes to get down to the main road. I’d highly recommend this place for a one of a kind stay in Uvita!

Wonderful! We would definitely return. This place is at the end of a dead end road so it is very private and serene. We are family of 8 with children and the pool is awesome. Found the place just as the pictures and descriptions are listed. We love nature and birds and were not disappointed. This is the dry season so the road in was fine. I believe we could have made the drive without 4x4. It does take a minimum of twelve minutes to reach the casa from the paved highway. The place was not booked much this month and Suzanne offered to let us stay longer for a discount but we had to get home but thank you anyway. The electricity went off for a couple hours one day and the internet went out a couple of times but we have been to Costa Rica three times and have come to expect a little of that. Go ahead and book this property and you will not be disappointed.

The place is a dream…. No other words needed! We bought everything we needed and didn’t leave the place for 4 days straight! I absolutely recommend 🙏❤️

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay. We felt at ease both in the home and on the property. Our suite opened to an oasis of naturally landscaped outdoor space of ponds, streams, a river and inviting sitting areas. The home provided everything to meet our needs including cooking meals. We highly recommend this home and the area.

La señora Graciela desde el inicio fue Super comunicativa y desde la entrada siempre estuvo muy atenta a nosotros. El lugar no era como se esperaba, era aun mucho mejor, impecable en limpieza y con absolutamente todas las comodidades que se requieren así como las cosas básicas para entretenimiento como tv, wifi, y a mi parecer lo más bonito fue la terraza que permite estar en contacto directo con la naturaleza, la cercanía también con puntos de visita como playas, cataratas y parques nacionales lo hacen definitivamente una gran opción para quedarse unas noches de descanso. Definitivamente volveremos a hospedarnos con ella, SUPER RECOMENDAMOS SU ESTANCIA.

Our first trip during this visit to Costa Rica was Jan’s place. Excellent choice to start our vacation. The house is beautiful, cozy and well equipped. José, the local caretaker made sure to make us feel at home and gave us useful information and tips. Jan, the home owner was extremely friendly and responsive. His recommendations were very useful during our holiday. The property felt right away like home and was the perfect place to unwind and relax. The surroundings and views were stunning. Every day we would start early in the morning watching and photographing the beautiful birds in the garden and surroundings, followed by breakfast at the terrace. During the day there were plenty of options to keep busy: enjoy the walks at the property itself or go to the beach for example. Our favorite place by far, the waterfall at Eco Chontales (one hour away). The Nauyaca waterfall is definitely worth a visit too. We absolutely loved the house and strongly recommend it!

This house is private and away from any crowds, yet a short drive to a large US style grocery store. The walk to the beach is so close you can hear the waves crashing at night in your bed. We woke up to Macaws, monkeys, parrots, iguanas, leaf cutter ants and many birds! We traveled with our children ages 14, 15 and 25. Our daughter walked to the private beach for yoga in the morning and the boys loved the pool, beach, hammock, and life-sized chess. My husband and I enjoyed coffee out back in the morning when the wildlife was ALIVE with sights and sounds of the true Costa Rica! Having space for our family to relax yet retreat to their own bedrooms for an afternoon siesta was perfect. The air-conditioning was very efficient and kept the house cool. The house was gated and secure with personnel on-site. Fatima and her family are the true gem of the home. Having her to help with questions was imperative and just an absolute treat. This home is a genuine home in Costa Rica! Pura Vida!
