This is just a beautiful place -- wonderfully decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen and welcoming outdoor spaces. It is close enough to restaurants and activities in PS, yet far enough from the airport to be quiet. We'll try to rebook only this place when next in town.

What a peaceful setting, looking out over the valley and the mountains. The house was simply amazing. Wish the house was for sale would buy it immediately. Ryan and Andrew were responsive and great hosts. We will go back there repeatedly when we visit Yucca Valley.

I think she was fantastic! We just had some troubles with the doors and locks!

We had such a lovely stay the space was beautifully decorated and reminded me so much of my own home It had such a welcoming and personal vibe. I especially loved the concrete floors and that couch seriously the coolest comfiest and most creative piece ever. The pool was an absolute dream. Peaceful relaxing and just what we needed. During our stay only one propane tank was working but honestly it was not a big deal at all. We still had a great time and made the most of everything. Jenn was super quick to respond and a total pleasure to communicate with. We would absolutely love to come back!

Amazing home, gorgeous interior and ample outdoor space for reading in the hammock, relaxing in the hot tub, roasting marshmallows over the fire pit, grilling and enjoying the weather. Everything was in excellent condition and the space was very comfortable. Instructions were clear, host was helpful and communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

The Blue House was perfect for our group, a sense of open space, and not cluttered. Loved the interior design. And, loved the outdoor space, huge open yard, privacy, beautiful view, great morning breakfasts outside and evening chats around the fire pit. The narrow kitchen space could get crowded, but, we navigated that. The beds were very comfortable. We definitely want to come back.

We had such an amazing stay at Mimi’s place! The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, but still close to everything. The house is super cute—thoughtfully decorated and really cozy, with awesome amenities that made it easy to relax and enjoy. The beds were super comfy, everything was spotless, and there was plenty to do both at the house and nearby. Mimi really thought of everything to make the stay feel special. We’d absolutely love to come back and are already looking forward to our next trip!

Beautiful surroundings! We do a yearly family trip and this place was perfect for the kids. they loved the hot tub, pool, ping pong, the hammocks making smores. there was plenty for everyone to enjoy. definitely recommend and will be returning for sure!

Very happy with our stay! Great location, not far from JTNP main entrance and 5 minutes from a couple hidden gem trails (High View and Panorama Loop) if you want to avoid the crowds and lines at the main entrance! Really nice backyard space, perfect for post-hike siestas or evening pickleball. Spacious and comfy interior, and the bunk beds mean a large group can share with everyone getting their own bed (ie perfect for my bachelor party). Well stocked kitchen, zero complaints!

I had a solo getaway to this home for 3 days and I was sad when it came time to leave. The home is the epitome of perfection and the host is so friendly. Every detail in Steven’s modern home is truly impeccable and I still kept finding new little details even on my last day. The decor, paint, and many lighting options make the indoors a very lively atmosphere. The pool area felt like my own personal resort and looked out to the stunning mountains. Thank you to Steven for sharing this slice of paradise with me. I will be day dreaming of the dream home until I return again.

We took a family weekend to stay at Ryan's place, enjoy some of Palm Springs and attend the tennis tournament in Indian Wells. His place was great, in a nice quiet neighborhood and just a short drive from downtown Palm Springs. It was comfy, cozy and clean and had everything we needed. Our teenage daughter especially liked that there was a dedicated bathroom for each bedroom. Ryan was quick to respond and friendly before and during our stay.

Israel and Tim's place was absolutely perfect for our Coachella festival weekend! It was clean, spacious, beautiful - amazing for a big group headed to the festival. They were so easy to communicate with, super responsive and helpful! We felt very welcome and relaxed throughout our trip. Would definitely love to come back next year! I can't recommend their place enough for your next group trip to the desert.

We had a fantastic stay—everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The home was comfortable, well-stocked, and perfect for our family. The host was incredibly responsive and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We also lucked out with beautiful weather, which made it even better! One of the best parts was having the pool just steps away—it couldn't have been more convenient. We’d happily stay here again!

Very conveniently located. 10 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs. 5 minute walk to Demuth park with pickleball courts and dog park. The host was very responsive and provided everything necessary for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped. The yard was nice and clean. I really appreciate that the house is dog friendly and so close to the park for dog walking. Also great was the option to heat pool and/or spa separately. We used the spa. The pool was nice but we didn’t opt to heat it as it was a little too cool outside for most of our stay. The house is convenient to the airport but that comes with hearing the planes throughout the day (but not too bad - and not at night). Great wifi. Comfortable beds. Nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors.

This stylish home was a perfect spot for a family vacation. The home was well-equipped, and the host provided excellent communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Lisa has the most beautiful set up! We absolutely loved the spending time outside by the coy pond and the birds were really a unique touch. We had a wonderful time and Lisa has thought of everything! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cove!

Amazing! The place is gorgeous and I felt right at home immediately. There was plenty of room for my pups, with a fully fenced backyard that they loved as well. Carol was absolutely awesome! She was very easy to communicate with and she was flexible when I was running a little late at checking-out due to a work meeting. I loved all the little touches and amenities that really just put this place over the top. Would highly recommend and plan to visit again next time I’m in the area!

The cabin was extremely clean and comfortable! Basic necessities for kitchen and bathroom were provided. Extra towels, bedding fans, and heaters were also available to use. The kids enjoyed the boardgames. Audrey was very proactive and communicative when an issue with one of the trees on her property that posed a problem from a storm few days prior. She was trying to remedy the problem and even allowed us the option to stay at her property while I contact AirBNB customer support to assist with what our options were if we needed to relocate . unfortunately, Airbnb customer service had me on hold for 1hr before I hung up. Audrey was understanding and flexible with our situation and provided us the option to stay and even extended the time of check out. We highly recommend this property and host! Thanks Audrey!

To be honest Marianne made me feel like I was staying with family. She was very informative, helpful,friendly and very much invested in our comfort. Thank you for attention to the details that made our stay so memorable. I definitely recommend that if you are lucky enough to be selected by her that you run and book now!!!

We had such a great time at the cabin! Lisa thought of everything: a well appointed kitchen, robes, plenty of extra blankets and towels, TVs in every room, lots of games to play, and super cute decor. We enjoyed the hot tub, the fireplace, and the fully fenced yard for our dogs. Great location. We will definitely stay here again!

This house was amazing - especially when you have little kids and a dog. The kitchen is very well stocked and it made cooking fun at the house. There also were games and a crib for the kids which was amazing.

We had a great time- our kids loved the house and playing outside in the snow. The house was spacious and close distance to the village.
