The stay at Robert’s place was perfect. We will definitely book again when we need accommodations. The home is very well maintained, clean and had everything that we needed. The area was awesome with great water views and lots of wildlife. We enjoyed watching the deer walking around and eating everyday. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Beautiful getaway property! We stayed 3 nights and wish we would have stayed longer to take advantage of all the areas on the property. Wonderful and comfortable home. The layout was a bit hard to discern from the listing: 3 bedrooms(one master suite with bathroom, and two bedrooms in a hall with a bathroom inside the main house, one queen bedroom with kitchen and bathroom in a separate little cottage and another separate bunk house with living room, bar(no fridge or sink) with bathroom.

Stayed here for our 16th Anniversary and we Highly Recommend this place for a couple looking to have a romantic getaway..they even have a boat that we were able to recreate the NOTEBOOK scene ☺However with that being said its also a great place to bring the kids to. They have acres of trails to hike & lake to fish in, pool & hot tub..plenty of space to have a family BBQ & make wonderful memories! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We are already planning to rebook with the family😊

Colby was great. He was responsive right away when we needed him. The home was very clean and the beds comfy. Our family really enjoyed ourselves. I would definitely stay there again. Five stars!!!

We stayed at this Airbnb for a friend’s wedding, and it was the perfect home base for the weekend. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were communicative and made check-in super easy, which was a huge plus after a long drive. The location was great—close enough to the wedding venue while still feeling private and relaxing. The beds were comfortable, and the common areas were perfect for gathering with friends before and after the events. It was nice having a kitchen to prep some quick meals, and the outdoor space was a nice bonus. Overall, a great experience! I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area. Would love to book again if we’re ever back!

Honestly, this listing exceeded my expectations. The inside is stunning with all the decor and hospitable amenities. This is truly such a thought-out host. Everything needed was there and more to enjoy the lake life! 11/10, would absolutely book again!

Tranquility is an appropriate term for Gigi’s place. Miles of hiking trails on the golf course. Plenty of catchable fish just yards from the villa. Abundant wildlife almost close enough to touch. We came for two months to escape Michigan winters. The best part for us was the back deck which is all woodland. It also has a grill so you could make your own BBQ. We had the privilege to visit with Gigi and she is so kind and considerate. She makes you feel like family.

Our stay was wonderful! We were right on the water, it was so relaxing! We will definitely stay again!

Book it! My family and I stayed for our last bit of Spring Break (4 adults, 3 kids and a baby) and we had a blast! I can’t think of a negative thing to say about our stay. Upon arriving to the property, it just felt peaceful. The atmosphere and the community together have a sense of calmness. Check in and check out was easy. Plenty of cookware to use for having homemade meals. The backyard area was beautiful and full of seating. We sat around the fire pit, barbecued, fished and utilized the boats. There were extra life jackets, fishing poles and grills on site to use as well. Our kids had so much fun! Watching them disconnect from the world a bit and just have fun being kids was the best part. We loved our time at Richard and Carols. Definitely had me wanting to sell our subdivision house for a place like this!

This spot served as the perfect getaway for a few days to unwind. It’s peaceful, secluded, and has everything you want for access to outdoor activities. Rebeca was very helpful and responsive leading up to and during our stay. Will definitely return the next time we’re looking for a quick getaway.

Host was extremely responsive, house was extremely clean and the bathroom was very nice. I will definitely be staying here again.

Our family had a delightful time here. Stephen is an amazing host and the place was very well equipped. Our kids had a blast playing in and by the lake, and his big yard was perfect for our dog to run around in and to play frisbee. The cabin was cozy and cute and is very close to the Lone Star Trail for hiking.

This is a wonderful place with beautiful surroundings to stay in, great for a retreat from the hustle and bustle of city and work life! The host Laura was very gracious and responsive, she took the time to accommodate and fix issues we were experiencing with the Wifi! I highly recommend a stay here, whether short or long term.

Was a great place to stay for a few days on the lake. The house was very well equipped with just about everything you need. Host was very helpful and accommodating to any questions or concerns. Would definitely rebook again in the future.

What a great family getaway! This was the perfect place for us to “unplug” and simply enjoy the surroundings. Whether it was my son challenging us to a game of cornhole or the family venturing out on the kayaks, it was certainly nice to have my teens away from their cell phones. The kitchen was fully stocked to enjoy cooking meals and even popped over to Fat Boys Pizza for a local favorite! Mindy was extremely responsive with any questions that I asked about the booking and made the process so incredibly smooth. We look forward to our next trip!

The home was very inviting and relaxing. The gated yard was a plus and the sound of the water was peaceful.

My husband and I were looking for a nice relaxing spot to stay while in the Houston area for 2 weeks. We were able to get plenty of rest. The place was very comfortable.

House was very nice, clean, spacious, and exceeded our expectations! Claudia was very attentive and responsive she made the process very easy from start to finish!

This spectacular home was perfect for our weekend getaway. We spent most of our time outdoors on the deck taking in the views of the lake and playing cards while enjoying a few cocktails. The home is very tastefully designed and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The king size bed in the master bedroom was really comfortable and allowed us to get a good night's sleep. We certainly look forward to coming back and spending more weekends here.

The house is in a great place with a beautiful view of the lake. Watching all the birds fly over the lake in the mornings and evenings was an added pleasure. Susan is an excellent host. She provided easy to follow instructions on location and check-in. Our family enjoyed our stay.

The home was as pictured. We loved the decks and the dock. Very spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the home to other visitors. The only thing that may be a draw back are the couple of steps in the master bath leading up to the shower and the commode. There are grab bars but the floor is tiled and was a bit wet after a shower.
