Una casa increíble donde nos sentimos como en casa! Comunicación muy fluida y poder hacer un late checkout nos permitió disfrutar mucho más de la estancia! Recomiendo 100%

Wir haben zu Dritt eine gute Woche in der Finca verbracht und die Zeit genossen. Tolle Lage außerhalb von Arta, mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten von Arta zu erreichen. Alles war blitzsauber, das Haus sehr komfortabel mit großzügigen Bädern und auch in der noch kühlen Jahreszeit durch die Fußbodenheizung angenehm warm. Dies ist für ähnliche Häuser/Fincas nicht selbstverständlich. Die Küche ist super gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist sauber und schön angelegt, wurde von uns aber noch(!) nicht genutzt, war doch noch etwas kühl. Die Sauna wird mit Holz geheizt und braucht wie angekündigt mind. 4 Stunden zum Aufheizen. Bietet für 4 Pers. sicher komfortabel Platz. Kommunikation mit Inken war immer sehr unkompliziert, Inken hat immer schnell geantwortet. Kleinere Probleme wurde schnell gelöst. Die Technik des Eingangstors hat nicht immer sofort funktioniert, soll aber bald ausgetauscht werden. Ich kann die Finca ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen.

Bezaubernde, rustikale Finca in einer ruhigen Gegend mit einem sehr sauberen Pool. Zum Strand (Calla Agulla) sind es ein paar Meter, ca. 25 min zu Fuß und auch zum Einkaufen braucht man zwingend ein Auto. Sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Ausstattung für die Küche und auch Sonstiges (Schirme, Wäscheständer etc.) war gut. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. In Capdepera gibt es abgesehen vom Castel allerdings nicht so viel zu sehen. Für Leute die Ruhe suchen, eine perfekte Unterkunft

El apartamento es grande y está muy bien cuidado. La ubicación está genial, cerca del aeropuerto y muy bien comunicado. El barrio es realmente tranquilo y puedes encontrar aparcamiento con bastante facilidad. Respecto a la anfitriona, Piedad nos ha puesto muchas facilidades tanto para entrar como para salir, además de estar disponible en cualquier momento si la necesitábamos. Si queréis pasar unos días tranquilos en la isla sin duda este apartamento es una gran opción!

The location of Rachel’s house was perfect and the position right on the water was incredible. We loved the patio overlooking the ocean and it was so special to walk the couple minutes to the swimming cove. We went to some other beaches on the island but in the last few days we realized there was no reason to leave the house and swimming cove. It was perfect! There are a couple small stores within walking distance and cute town of Binbecca Vell just 5 minutes walk or so. Wouldn’t want to be any closer or it would feel too close to the crowds. The house is also very close to one of the nicest restaurants on the island with an incredible roof deck—Bambu. Highly recommend. We drove all over the island and were really glad we chose Rachel’s house. Rachel was really helpful and gave us lots of suggestions about what to do, where to shop, eat, etc. Highly recommend this beautiful house!

Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön und sehr komfortabel. Wir hatten viel Spass mit dem kleinen Hund Chicco und den Hühnern, die Eier schmecken super lecker.

1. Excellent communication with the host! Plus she gave us very helpful and useful advice. 2. Easy for the cab driver to find. 3. Townhouse was just as described. Entry was easy, the house was clean, equipped for cooking(we didn’t use)and came with everything described. 4. The pool was clean and easy to remove the cover which kept it nice a warm(we went in April). It could have used some towels by the pool side. 5. Not too far from the city center. 6. Highly recommend ♥️

Our stay in Menorca was wonderful. Easy check in and check out. Extremely easy to find, came with all the essentials, and location is excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone. Would recommend having a car to get around the island, but there is tons of parking at this Airbnb so nothing to worry there.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le logement de Marc. Maison conforme au descriptif. Marc est un hôte très réactif malgré le fait qu’il soit en déplacement lors de notre séjour. L’emplacement est parfait pour rayonner dans les plus beaux endroits de l’île. Le cadre est verdoyant et très calme avec la proximité du golf. Les plus de la maison: les équipements dont la table de ping pong, le jardin et la piscine. Nous recommandons vivement

Varem estar dues setmanes i ha estat perfecte, la ubicació és molt bona, amb platges a la vora, restaurants, supers. la casa és tal com es veu a les fotos, està molt neta i completa. Una piscina perfectament cuidada, que ens ha refrescat. L'atenció d'en Diego ha estat exquisita, i resolen les petits incidents habituals de manera inmediata. Un plaer. 100% recomanable.

We had an amazing stay at Partrice’s villa. The pool and outside space was perfect. Beautiful views of the sea. Location was great. Nice and peaceful area with just a short walk down to Son Bou. Free street parking. Kitchen was well equipped and the filtered water from the fridge was a bonus. Villa was lovely and clean when we arrived. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable but mattresses in the two other bedrooms were not so! Hopefully this can be improved for future guests. Otherwise we had the most wonderful time staying at the villa and we would definitely recommend.

Stayed at the property for a long weekend with friends and it was perfect: ● great location - within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the sea; ● had everything we needed, including BBQ, games and items for the pool; ● clean; ● spacious; ● quiet; and ● great host! Lina provided clear instructions and recommendations for our stay. Thanks to Lina, we were able to rent a car from Debbie at Doncars, who brought the rental to the property for us. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Would highly recommend!

Nous venons de séjourner 1 semaine chez Francisco.(2 adultes/2 enfants de 3 et 7 ans) Un endroit plus que paisible, propre et hyper bien équipé. Même la glacière, le parasol et les contenants pour partir en pique nique sur les plus belles criques de Minorque. A pieds, des couches de soleil magnifique. Francisco est disponible, et hyper réactif ! Nous recommandons ce logement. Un rapport qualité/prix excellent !

Es una casa maravillosa en un lugar estupendo que está llevado por Pepe, que es un excelente anfitrión. Ojalá podamos volver, vale 100% la pena!!

This is possibly the most beautiful villa we’ve stayed in! The outside space is outstanding, the garden is beautiful, plenty of different areas to sit and the pool is glorious! There was 9 of us staying and the villa accommodated us perfectly, plenty of space for us all. The villa is well equipped with everything you need, it really is home from home! The villa is in a lovely private location and very quiet even though it’s only a 5 minute walk into the town. Lovely restaurant’s and bar’s near by and a well stocked supermarket. Owen is the perfect host, communication was excellent and very quick to respond. We’ve had an incredible 2 week holiday in Owen’s villa and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Notre séjour dans cette maison a été tout simplement incroyable ! La maison est magnifique, très bien équipée, et parfaitement entretenue. Nous avons passé des moments inoubliables dans ce cadre idyllique. Le propriétaire est d’une gentillesse et d’une réactivité exemplaires, toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons cette location à 1000% ! Il est cependant conseillé d’avoir une voiture pour se déplacer car la maison est un peu éloignée de la ville. Encore merci pour ce séjour parfait ! Silvia è sempre disponibile per chiedere delle informazioni. È uno degli appartamenti più forniti nei quali io sia mai andato ad alloggiare. Si trova vicino alla spiaggia e ci sono diversi percorsi per andare a correre o dove fare una passeggiata. Il Pont d'en Gil è molto vicino. Il quartiere è tranquillo e c'è un supermercato a 150metri.

We had a lovely stay here. It was as described and the host was great and very helpful. The location was perfect for us. It's peacful but there are restaurants and supermarket's local that are only a short walk away and a Taxi into Ciutadella takes only 10 mins. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Fabios place. Good locality. Great house. We had a slight hiccup on arrival and Fabio was very responsive and helpful. The tortoises in the garden were a real surprise!

Maravillosa villa con piscina, buen jardín y infinidad de comodidades, grande y con una limpieza exquisita. A parte de cómoda es preciosa en todos los sentidos. Muy bien equipada, no faltaba de nada. Ubicada a 4 min en coche de Ciutadella. Fácil llegada y flexibilidad de llegada, nos dieron la opción de dejar las maletas pronto, mientras se limpiaba, lo cual nos facilitó mucho el día. Con los anfitriones muy buena comunicación, muy atentos y agradables. Nos hicieron sentir como en nuestra propia casa. Muchas gracias por todo, volveremos...

Sehr herzlicher Empfang, bisher selten so gut erlebt! super Kommunikation. Hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Haus ist wie beschrieben und sauber. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wer die Insel ingesamt erkunden möchte wäre an einem anderen Ort besser aufgehoben, aber es gibt wirklich genügend Strände und Restaurants in der Nähe. Super Dachterrasse- mit noch etwas mehr Liebe wäre hier noch sehr viel Potenzial!
