If you’re first time visiting to Medellín with little Spanish speaking, this place is perfect fit. Laura and the entire team are so helpful, friendly, attentive, kind and they speak English. Overall service is incredible. The rooftop has great view to hang out. There are so many places to eat and the food is amazing. One thing to note is if you’re very sensitive to noise, make sure to book the back end of the apartment cuz there’s a metro running. I didn’t have any problem with noise. I definitely recommend this place.

La estadía fue acogedora, el apartamento es tal cual como se ve en las fotos, muy completo, súper bien ubicado, la atención fue bastante rápida, sin duda volvería y lo recomendaría !

La casa es de 10, es amplia, hermosa y decorada con buen gusto. Y el vecindario es bonito y seguro. En la esquina vendían unas hamburguesas riquísimas .

Needs some touch ups but the Host went above and beyond to accommodate. Felipe thanks again for your rapid responses. Absolutely will stay again. Got a workout with all the stairs but the view and jacuzzi terrace worth it! Beds are a little hard but we are in Colombia not the ritz Carlton

The apartment is centrally located close to 70th which has a lot of restaurants and touristic areas. Laureles is a beautiful area of Medellin close to other areas packed with activities. The. House is big and provided a cozy stay for a week.

My family and I stayed at this house during our stay in Medellin. The house was very spacious and had a washer and dryer which was very helpful for us. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The location of this house was perfect because it was not dead center of the chaos or traffic but it was close enough to enjoy different restaurants in the vicinity which were great! 10/10 recommend!

I loved this house, and location. It felt very safe. Communication was top notch. Easy check in. The house is huge & very interesting layout but I absolutely loved it. 10/10 would stay here again.

Es un muy buen lugar ubicado en bello el conjunto es bien bonito , tranquilo ,la gente es muy respetuosa y amable , los anfitriones también son muy cordiales , amables y eficientes lo recomiendo 10/10

La calidez, don de servicio, la comunicación tan optima acompañado de vuestras atenciones y de unas fotos reales a lo que se encuentra uno como huéspedes son la mejor justificación. Me encanto la ducha turbo de la habitación principal, el ventilador de techo (Jesús! Que frescura la de la habitación, nada que envidiarle a un aire acondicionado), Wi-fi súper rápido, (tome mis reuniones sin ningún problema de conexión), barrio silencioso y seguro, cocina súper dotada, ubicación excelente! Fuimos al Poblado en 15 minutos, y a la vía principal de laureles en 10! Buenos restaurantes y sitios de rumba! Y de comodidades todo óptimo, de hecho hay unos súperservicios que te hacen domicilio y suben las cosas al apto! Tendré en cuenta tu apto para cuando viaje a Medellín! Todo muy rico!

I had a wonderful time staying here with some friends from the area. The view from all balconies was amazing and it was great to fall asleep to all the lights. I ran into Olga in the lobby and it is the first time I have ever met my host, she talked to us all like we were friends for years and it felt great to have such a warm, open, kind spirited individual to host me. I cannot wait to return here again to stay! Lots of things to do, the park is 10-15 minute flat walk and lots of places for parche in the barrio

Great location and the view is sweet! Removed from most of the noise so a positive. Secure building and walkable to everything. Grocery store, stadium, metro and numerous restaurants etc. Also on Sunday right around the corner they shut down a road lane for bikers and runners. Cool spot if you wanna experience where the locals hang
