Excelente apartamento, con todo el equipamiento y una vista espectacular. Un baño en suite y otro baño en amplio segundo ambiente. Cochera con amplio espacio para estacionar con comodidad. Piscina en el piso superior en espacio muy agradable. Ubicación céntrica de fácil acceso.

A ver cómo lo describo… EXCELENTE! En primer lugar la atención de Tomás, un espectáculo, todo el tiempo bien predispuesto y contestaba rapidísimo cualquier inquietud en los días que estuvimos Después la casa, una hermosura e inmensa! Las camas súper cómodas, todo limpio y ordenado, es segura y cerca de los mayores shoppings de asuncion a unos 4 minutos de auto. La verdad realmente recomendable y seguramente volveremos. I had a great stay at Guille's house. It's located in a beautiful lush neighborhood walkable to many great restaurants, shops and other amenities. Guille was great with communication and always there to help. The home is even bigger than the photos indicate - so much space! Air conditioning and water pressure/heat were very good. My flight arrived and departed late in the evening and this wasn't an issue for check-in/out. Recommended!

Tercera vez que nos alojamos en esta casa. Es muy cómoda y amplia. Cerca de supermercados, shopping, restaurante. Ideal para venir con niños. Venimos siempre a ver a la familia, y los espacios que tiene la casa son ideales para compartir ya sea al interior o exterior. Vicente(el cuidador) muy amable y siempre con buena disposición para ayudar en lo que se necesite.

Excelente y recomendado lugar para alojarse y tener una estadia tranquila y placentera. La zona es muy tranquila, con supermercados cerca y rapidos accesos . Lo unico un poco alejado del centro y mucho trafico tener en cuenta los tiempos al salir hacia algún lugar. La atención de Sergio fue siempre excelente siempre atento con todo, y muy comunicativo. La casa grande y hermosa. 100% recomendado.

La casa está muy bien cuidada, en un barrio muy tranquilo y consolidado, a paso de una de las Avenida más Transcurridas y que lleva directo a los 2 mejores centros comerciales (paseo la galería y shopping del sol) donde a parte de tener muchas tiendas, hay muy buenos restaurantes. Precio calidad excelente, me llevo una muy buena opinión de Enzo, excelente anfitrión del día 1 siempre respondiendo rápidamente, es una opción 100% recomendable y sin dudarlo volvería.

Excelente alojamiento para disfrutar en familia, cerca de todo y las instrucciones para llegar son claras. Recomendado.

Diego’s place is absolutely beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. The house features a cozy living room and spacious hallways both upstairs and downstairs. There are three fantastic bedrooms, including one with an ensuite, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful BBQ grill next to the swimming pool. The space truly feels like home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the location is perfect—ideal for a family holiday or a relaxing escape from the routine. It’s a wonderful place to unwind and create lasting memories. Highly recommended!

The Condo is ideal for large famines . Also, Barbara’s quick to respond to all our needs such as early check inn, parking location and more.

Durante el mes que estuvimos en Asunción nos sentimos como en casa en este apartamento, sobretodo nos encantó la piscina. Valentín fue el mejor host que hemos tenido nunca!

I worked remotely from here for one month while exploring Asuncion. Overall, it was a good experience. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and close to the historic center. The building is a little older and the common areas could be maintained a little better (the front door especially was hard to unlock/open). It may have been bad luck, but there was one half day without electricity and one day where I had no water from 9-6 (plus a few brief 1-2 hour cuts to the water service). The unit has most of the basics for cooking very simple meals.

Excelente opción si vas de compras, cerca de los shopping, zona segura y buenos comedores en la zona.

Maria was very responsive and kind. The night I was arriving it was pouring rain. Many streets were flooded. Maria was corresponding with me constantly until I got a ride and arrived at her place. It was not possible to get dinner anymore at that point, and all the restaurants were closed due to the rain. She kindly brought me some food so that I didn't have to go to bed hungry. The next morning she again kindly offered me coffee. I had to go to the nearby Tigo office to get a SIM card, and the wait there was much longer than expected. She patiently waited for me to return so that I could take my things out for her to clean the room for the next guest. Thank you Maria (Minerva) for being a gracious hostess. I will stay with you again when I come to Asuncion.

Olha recomendo a todos, cheguei no local, limpeza impecável, local seguro, com porteiro 24 horas, sempre atento e quem entra, muito bom para dormir calmo e muita árvore ao redor, ar condicionado perfeito, voltarei em breve...
