San José : locations de vacances avec jacuzzi

Ha sido un lugar cómodo en una zona tranquila. Eh alquilado con Manuel por meses consecutivos y ha sido un excelente anfitrión, amable y atento a las dudas que una pueda tener.

Gracias por la hospitalidad Francisco es un host excelente, cuando necesite alguna recomendación o solucionar algo siempre estuvo atento. La casa es como se muestra en las fotos, tiene todo lo necesario para la estadía. A 15 minutos caminando por el condominio se encuentran varios restaurantes probamos: (el Novillo Alegre, Taj Mahal, Moose, La Focaccia) deliciosos todos, y en general la comida Costarricense (su sazón) es deliciosa. Hay un Fresh (mercado) en esta misma área de restaurantes en el primer piso, este es el súper más costoso hay otros como el Palí que no están tan cerca pero tienen precios más económicos. La piscina es preciosa y los espacios sociales están muy bien adecuados mantenidos. Deben avisar a Francisco que van a usar el servicio de Uber para que lo autorice con anticipación a la portería y así no tengan inconvenientes para el ingreso. Recomiendo mucho este lugar, es a 15 minutos del aeropuerto (muy conveniente por los trancones/tráfico congestionado

Una casa grande, cómoda y con una vista increíble. En anfitrión tiene una excelente comunicación.

Es un lugar muy bonito, acogedor y cómodo. Está muy bien ubicado, limpio y ordenado. La estética del lugar es preciosa, y sus alrededores también. Es un poco complicada la entrada porque hay poco espacio para parquear, pero con buena organización no debería ser un problema. Yo lo recomiendo muchísimo y quisiera volver.

This is a very nice, clean home in a great location. The rental team staff were extremely responsive and helpful. That being said, the listing is not clear on a couple things. It says there is air conditioning....but there is only 1 air conditioner in 1 of the bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in the other bedrooms. The window/doors do not have screens, so if you leave them open for cool breezes, bugs can fly inside. The listing does not mention the extremely loud train that runs right behind the house Monday thru Friday. The train goes by several times each morning starting at 5:30 am and blows its horn 3-4 times as it crosses a nearby street. The house even shakes a little. It will wake you up, so no need for an alarm clock.

We have been staying in short-term rentals for over 20 years. Roberto is a truly outstanding host, eager to make us comfortable and feel secure, always helpful and friendly. His English is impeccable. The house looks exactly as described, with comfortable furniture and more kitchen equipment and linens than anyone could possible use, including a superb suite of Kitchenaide small appliances. We enjoyed the patio for most of our meals. The house has a few idiosyncrasies, as any place would, but nothing to interfere with our pleasure in being there. The house is on a small private lane and there is some traffic noise from the road at busy daytime hours, but not at n ight. If it would bother you, there are small neighbor dogs and a very verbal parrot across the way. The Oxygeno center is a short easy walk, Walmart (with a large grocery dept) is 5 minutes walk west. The best supermarket, AutoMercado, is 5-6 minute drive/Uber.

We loved the outdoor areas in this house. It was just a one night stay before heading out the next day, and we would definitely return. The kids had so much fun playing on the hammock, trampoline and little house, and the adults enjoyed the fully covered patio. Cristina was very responsive and helped us with dinner recommendations. The architecture and layout of the house is really cool, and there are a lot of amenities for kids. It was hard to get in and out with our bigger SUV, but we made it work. Our only downside was the downstairs bedroom and playroom with sofa bed do not have air conditioning, which is clear in the listing, but I missed that. However there are nice fans and plenty of screens on the windows and good airflow. It just meant we really heard the birds in the morning!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Palms Villa, it’s a wonderful property, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I arrived, Wendy and her staff made me feel incredibly welcomed and at home. The property itself was immaculate and exactly as described in the listing. It was clear that Wendy takes great pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped space for guests. Every detail had been thought of, from the cozy living space to the luxurious balcony and pool.

El espacio ofrecido por Jorge nos sorprendió positivamente, ya que fue mucho más de lo esperado, quedamos recargados de energía luego de descansar en en la villa. Sus vistas del océano pacifico y paisajes montañosos son sin igual. Volvería encantada a hospedarme en Tierra Vital. El anfitrion es supremamente amable, servicial y presto a ayudar con lo que necesité durante mi estadía.

WE LOVED THE QUINTA!!! We were 12 seniors and had an amazing time at this beautiful and comfortable property. Francisco was always very responsive and proactive and showed us the place in detail. Ana, the administrator, was so sweet and attentive to our needs and also cooked delicious meals for us. Douglas took care of the beautiful gardens and the pool. We enjoyed relaxing massages. The town is close by and has a good super market and restaurants. We had a lot of fun during our stay and loved the place. THANK YOU all of you for your wonderful hospitality!

I had a wonderful and relaxing stay! The villa was very clean and spacious. Kathia provided easy instructions for getting into the place and quickly responded to any questions I had. I would love to return here for a longer stay.

Very spacious home! A beautiful kitchen and a great patio to have breakfast!! The home was very clean! Large bedrooms! Carolina was excellent ! She was always available and answered all questions! She even got groceries and had it ready before we got there! We had a personal chef ! We will definitely recommend!!! So quiet and great view!! We already miss the place!!

Une villa de rêve, bien équipée pour plusieurs personnes et avec un charme que vous ne retrouvez nulle part ailleurs: la végétation, tranquillité et son style de vie "pura vida" authentique. Sans oublier les petites attentions que Robert offre à ses clients, nous nous sentions en sécurité et chez nous. Il est une partie du succès de notre voyage de même que cette villa paradisiaque. La vue à partir de la piscine et des chambres est magique, on ne cessait de l'admirer.

We had a wonderful vacation in Costa Rica, and staying at Andres’ place made it even more special. Andres was incredibly responsive and warmly recommended great local restaurants, which we truly appreciated. His taste and aesthetic are top-notch—just like his beautiful Villa. If we ever come back to Costa Rica, we would definitely choose to stay at Villa again!

Great place in a great location, walking distance to various restaurants and conveniently located in the city. Big, clean home with onsite caretakers. Proactive and responsive host.

Hermoso lugar, justo como se describe, el lugar es súper tranquilo, la vista hermosa el jacuzzi perfecto! Definitivamente volvería!
