San José : locations de vacances avec terrasse

One of the best overall values for the money i spent. This complex has almost everything you would ever need. Grocery store is about a 7 min walk 3 blocks away. It was great to relax by the pool and being able to do my laundry meant i could pack lighter. Hosts were very responsive and kind!

Great place to stay in. It makes you feel that you are safe and secure. The apartment is in a great and centralized location, where you can get to within walking distance, very quiet and peaceful. Also the building is close to La Savana and the National Football Stadium. I recommend this place to anyone.

Un lugar muy tranquilo, céntrico pero cero bulla. Limpio, cama grande, cocina bien equipada. Nos gustó mucho!

El departamento era absolutamente encantador. Gran decoración, muy amplio, limpio, las camas estaban súper cómodas y la cocina tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, también tenía un aire acondicionado potente y una gran televisión 4k, así que nos sentimos súper cómodos durante nuestra estancia. El departamento está en piso 15, por lo que obtienes una hermosa vista de la ciudad y las montañas. Fue muy fácil hacer el check in, La anfitriona fue súper receptiva y nos ayudo con recomendaciones sobre qué hacer en la zona. La piscina está en piso 24 y tiene una vista increíble y en la zona hay muchos cafés, restaurantes y dos parques muy lindos para salir a caminar. Hice la reservación tarde en la noche y aún así obtuve una respuesta inmediata. Definitivamente me hospedaría aquí de nuevo.

Mariana, siempre atenta y contesta súper rápido, la casa está en un condominio con vigilancia en control de acesso que también ayudan a la llegada. El apartamento es perfecto para 2 personal, muy acogedor y con todo lo necesario. Te sientes como en casa.

Maripaz was so helpful throughout my stay, very quick and responsive. The apartment is beautiful and the amenities of the building were very nice as well. As others mentioned, the construction and obstruction of view was a bit of a pain, but obviously something outside of the host's control. Overall, I'd highly recommend this stay, the host does a wonderful job. Be careful with the glass door on the shower- I had an incident, but the host responded immediately and was so helpful.

My second time staying at this location! Love it very chic and central. The Alice and wonderland theme was a cool quirky touch!

Alojamiento con muy buena ubicación para desplazarse por Heredia. Muy amplio y con las condiciones necesarias para tener una buena estadía. Recomendado. La anfitriona está atenta y responde rápidamente a cualquier consulta.

The place was huge, great indoor pool, very clean and well organized place. Calm neighbourhood. It was easy to communicate with Martha.

me encantó la privacidad del lugar la piscina solo para nosotros, el sonido de las aves por las mañanas y por la tarde las chicharras... el lugar es muy amplio también hay dos perros muy amigables y educados... es muy cerca de la ciudad pero rodeado de Naturaleza... todo muy bien solo algunas cosas por mejorar todos los platos tenían polvo y había una cucaracha en las cucharas, no hay recipientes plásticos para snacks o para niños, en la cobija y en el closet hacían heces de ratón, tampoco habían alfombras de baño,shampo,servilletas o toallas de cocina... la ducha del cuarto secundario no cierra del todo y pasa goteando todo el dia,solo es cuestión de mejorar en limpieza y utensilios de igual manera volvería porque es muy privado y cerca de la ciudad. la atención y respuesta de la anfitrión es muy rápida y muy amable

Siempre genial el lugar

Location is great, with everything you need within a short distance. It’s especially convenient if you need to move around San Jose or travel back and forth between San Jose, Alajuela, and Heredia, as we did. We were traveling with a baby, so it’s worth noting that this stay is located very close to a busy intersection, and the nighttime noise is considerable. We didn’t spend much time in the house aside from early mornings and sleeping, but I believe it has everything you need. Comfort is subjective—while we found the mattress and sofa beds extremely firm, others might find them perfect. Communication with the host was excellent.

Very spacious traditional home 2 blocks from Alajuela Cathedral and close to multiple restaurants. Clean, serene with an internal courtyard, and just what we needed after a long, multi-segment international flight into San Jose airport

This place was wonderful! It has a great location close to restaurants and groceries, shops and walking distance to parks and city sites. The condo had everything we needed and the amenities were next level awesome! Views were amazing too. Karil was very responsive and helpful. Definitely would come back.

Carolina is the great host. I made last minute booking and she accommodated it. I stayed 2 nights and she moved me to the another apartment which was so generous from her. The pool is great and the apt is as described. Will recommend to my friends and will come back
