Great house and perfect airbnb if you have a larger group like we did. About a 20 minute walk from historic old town San Jose. Even closer walk to Barrio Escalante with great restaurants. The neighborhood is a little odd, in that of felt strangely empty. Surrounded by a fair number of homes but most seemed unoccupied. I think the area mostly caters to daytime workers in healthcare and the university. Walking at night felt a touch unsafe, not because the neighborhood was unsafe but because no one was around. We ubered at night and felt no issue walking around during the day. House itself was wonderful and felt very safe.

Endroit bien situé, belle vue. Appartement fonctionnel. Situé à 5 minutes de notre école de langue. Bon restos autour. À 40 minutes à pied du centre-ville.

It is a very well appointed 3 bedroom house, with multiple bathrooms and living areas. Mike, our host was very responsive to our queries and pro actively helpful. I would strongly recommend this property and its host for other travellers. The property is especially well suited for families, with high chair for an infant, spacious refrigerator, dishwasher and a complete, standalone laundry.

Terrific place - great view - nothing compares!! Wonderful place!

I spent a month at Unity and would not hesitate to return. Santiago and Rod do a great job creating a clean, peaceful atmosphere. And I was impressed at how respectful the other guests were of the common areas and quiet hours. This room is cozy with a nice firm mattress and is a comfortable temperature at night. The private bathroom is great too (good hot shower).

Don’t expect anything too fancy, but it definitely got the job done for my cousins and I. Excellent value in my opinion. I work from my computer, so the room with the desk was a huge perk. Wifi was great. The kitchen was good for cooking meals at home, although we could never figure the oven out. Great location. 5 stars.

Very pleased with Esteban’s response and ease of instructions. Place is well-situated to malls, Avenida Escazú, etc. great spot when landing in Central Valley.

Excellent place, host, and location. My in-laws, my partner, our two pets and I felt right at home and Roxy went out of her way to make we had everything we needed. Walking distance to excellent restaurants and nice neighborhood to walk around. I really enjoyed sitting in the backyard. Roxy has some beautiful trees and comfortable furniture, very well laid out. Would definite stay again.

Sehidys place was great!! She was very attentive and helping us with everything!! She is a very nice woman. The place was clean and nice for the price. Will definitely recommend.

This is our second time in Chance’s place, and we have loved the beautiful view of the city. Even though the entrance is along the main road, it comes as a surprise since it is not an obvious turn. The best clue is that it is almost across the Pura Yoga place. Once you are inside, it is private, quiet, and it does not feel that you are so close to the city. There are supermarkets close by in any direction. I loved that!

Place was really pretty, looked exactly like the pictures. Everything worked and had no issues. The was also great. Got to meet Ana in person she was really nice!

This host is awesome. Very kind and friendly. Quick responses and helpful.

As a host myself, I can tell you that you will not find a more responsive Host then Fernando As he lives next door So with Couple issues I've had He was very quick to respond And do fix the situation. So I am confident that he will be a great host And I recommend the place if you have any business to do around there as it is a quiet spot and there's a swimming pool 50 ft in front of The door. best of luck Fernando keep up the good work
