What an AMAZING property! The Villa was large and inviting enough to provide 3 couples plenty of room to spread out and have privacy for an exceptional 5 day stay. All rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. The pool and hot tub were inviting enjoyable. A bonus feature was that we were even able to find English speaking TV channels on the TV service provided. We highly recommend the property to this property to others. You will love it!

Very convenient apartment for families traveling with kids, they enjoyed the bathtub of the main bedroom and having the pool right in front. Everything was super clean and worked perfect! Super attentive hosts!

Accessing the condo was seamless, the transportation company recommended to us by the host was excellent. The host was exceedingly responsive, terrific. The kitchen is well stocked, everything worked. Beds are comfortable. The condo is in a great location, it is truly a 5 minute walk to the beach. The provided beach accessories (chairs, umbrella, coolers, were a great bonus.) The grill on the upper deck was awesome, we cooked several suppers on it. We were able to walk into town easily for suppers or groceries. (Walmart and Chedrauri are 20 minute walk) Taxis are readily available should you choose not to walk. The condo grounds are well kept and the staff is very friendly. The condo itself was very quiet, however there is some traffic noise from nearby roadways and a local bar. If we find ourselves back in Cabo, we would definately rent this condo again.

First family trip and Paul and Paula’s place made it spectacular!! Absolutely stunning from the beginning to the end!! When booking we had no idea (or forgot to read) that the house comes with an amazing house manager and daily housekeeper who were both amazing and helpful. We all felt relaxed, happy, and were in complete awe of the house and the gorgeous view!! We saw whales daily when sitting on the patio or cooking breakfast in the kitchen. This is a private, luxurious gated community with guards at the gate and a beautiful private beach! I mean honestly just stop searching and book this little (big actually) slice of heaven!! We will absolutely be returning.

This condo was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Lots of towels, linens, including shampoo, conditioner body wash etc. The kitchen was filled with dishes, utensils, glassware and plastic cups for the pool. The view from the patio and upper deck were amazing!! Our prearranged driver Carlos and Hugo, the concierge, were both very kind and helpful! We will definitely be back to stay in unit 602 again!

We really loved this Air b and b in San Jose Del Cabo. perfect for our needs. We like to walk and everything was walkable. The complex is super clean, pools are super clean, people are friendly and the unit is perfect for a couple. Quiet and secure off the street, with parking for a vehicle if you rent one. Felt very safe in the neighbourhood, even walking in the evening. thank you to Grazzia and Pedro for the airport transport which was great as well. Cheers!

Amazing stay, and pictures were just as described! Carolina was extremely friendly and accommodating and so was the property manager! It was a little inconvenient leaving Pedregal and calling Ubers there (you have to call the front desk each time an uber comes to pick you up or a delivery is made and they don’t always answer) but other than that, the stay was absolutely incredible! Big fan of the pool and jacuzzi and the spaciousness of the villa!

We had the most amazing vacation staying here. Beni the concierge was extremely communicative and very friendly and helpful with getting excursions and answering all our questions. I wish we could rate it higher but it exceeded all and any expectations we had.

La casa es tal cual las fotos, me agrado a mí y mis amistades, tenía todo, pero definitivamente faltan televisiones, pero estas claramente no están en el anuncio ni en las fotos por todo lo demás le ponemos 5 estrellas.

l'emplacement de ce logement ne peut pas etre mieux. le nombres de restautants et un gros centre dachat et epicerie a moins de 5 minutes a pieds.

Muy bonito lugar y espacioso. Todo en orden y limpio. Seria recomendable que tuvieran espacio de estacionamiento

Joann is by far the best Airbnb host we have ever had!! Cass and Joann are so friendly and welcoming. We immensely enjoyed our stay at casa Juanita. We used the chef services provided by Elizabeth, Saul and Isela. They are so kind, accommodating, and the food was exceptional! Great experience for every meal we had. The hospitality that we received from everyone was what made our experience so memorable!! Can’t wait to go back to Casa Juanita!! Thank you for such a great week!

We absolutely loved our time at Villa Ventanas. There were 8 of us and plenty of sleeping space and bathroom space. The views were absolutely stunning and the pictures almost doesn't do it justice. We thoroughly enjoyed having our coffee in the mornings and watching the whales jumping every day. We would head out to dinner which would be about a 15-20 min Uber ride to downtown San Juan or about 35 mins to downtown Cabo. We would then Uber home to sit upstairs by the firepit and just look at the stars. The house was perfectly described and had all of the amenities we needed for the week. Grocery store was just across the highway which was very convenient. Kelly was very responsive and Carlos was amazing. He was our main point of contact and was always responsive and very helpful. He even greeted us with fresh guacamole, chips, flowers and a bottle of tequila. Other than some occasional highway noise in the distance, this place was absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend!!

Maggie was a gem and she made our stay feel like we were number one all the time. Our place was so great and next to a basketball park where kids played daily. There are restaurants near by and a huge shopping center ten minutes away that has way more than anyone could ever need. The corner store up the street is owned by an English speaking family who also does Uber. So convenient. We had a perfect time and would do it all again. We spent a month and we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you to Carmen and Maggie.

Johnny & Alex are great hosts! Their place is beautiful and perfect for our family vacation. Having access to the sister properties was such a game changer! The shuttle services are really helpful, just be mindful that the Cópala shuttle ends at 10:30pm. We will be back!!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Luis place! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The check-in process was seamless, and the home was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The space was spotless, stylish, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I loved the little touches like fresh towels, a stocked kitchen. The location was perfect too – close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport, yet tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet. What really made my experience special was Luz the concierges attention to detail. She was always available to answer any questions and went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable stay. I also appreciated how she coordinated the surprise birthday plans we had discussed! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and welcoming spot!

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Pedregal, Los Cabos! The location was perfect—Pedregal is such a walkable, charming neighbourhood with restaurants and shops (and also walkable to the Marina). Uber was super convenient when we wanted to venture a bit further, rides were quick and easy (into town, and even up to San Jose) The suite itself was lovely, and the patio was a standout feature. We spent every morning out there with coffee in hand, watching the sun rise over Cabo. It's breathtaking. The pools are just minutes from the suite (and visible right from the unit), which made it super easy to pop down throughout the day. Our host was amazing, responsive, warm, and went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. He arranged a driver for airport pickup and drop-off, and even helped us coordinate a grocery delivery so we arrived to a fully stocked fridge. Highly recommend this spot for anyone wanting a mix of relaxation, convenience, and gorgeous Cabo vibes.

This stunning Villa was perfect for our family and friends for a relaxing wind down after our camping adventure in La Paz. The view is incredible, the Villa had everything we needed and the pool was cool and relaxing. Rodney was always quick to respond with any questions we had and very friendly and polite. We would definitely stay here again.

Carolina’s place was excellent. Lots of room, comfortable beds, well stocked and the views of the ocean are always surreal. The area is secure and walkable to different restaurants, stores and the public beach. This was our third stay in the area and will definitely book Carolina’s place again.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Becky's wonderful condo in Cabo, and it was nothing short of spectacular. We were greeted by the stunning vista of the patio, and the condo was just steps away from the beach. The location couldn't be more perfect for a peaceful and scenic retreat. The condo boasted all the amenities we could wish for, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed to feel at home. What truly stood out was the tranquil beauty of the property—both the condo and the surrounding grounds were impeccably kept, providing a serene and picturesque environment. This condo is an excellent choice if you're looking for a peaceful escape with direct beach access and top-notch accommodations. We left feeling refreshed and are already looking forward to our next visit!

We spent the spring break in Cabos, the apartment was like the picture, very clean and friendly. Downtown and the main Medano beach were within walking distance with a very safe neighborhood, even with a stroller and a child. Sharuna was fantastic, gave us a lot of good tips on where to go to try the real authentic mexican food and also helped us providing a lot of useful info for the check in!!!! Super!!!
