Carlos was very responsive and friendly. Any question I had he did not hesitate to respond quickly. His home was super clean and very spacious. We had two families in this home for a mini-vacation and everyone had space to sleep and move around. The pool was very clean and nice, we would love to stay here again and would recommend without any hesitation.

Admittedly smaller than expected, but it does in fact sleep 8 and my party of 4, a dog, and I were comfortable. Everything was clean and worked as expected. The hot water worked REALLY well. lol The host was very quick to respond. I don't have any real complaints other than I couldn't find the dust pan. I feel bad about sweeping up a pile of sand and dog food and just leaving it by the trash can. I do apologize for that. In any case , I would absolutely stay there again. Thanks, yall!

Very clean, great location and exactly like the photos. Quick drive to the beach even on a golf-cart using side roads. Nice view on the canal and enjoyed mornings outside on the patio. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed staying here and will definitely consider it again on return trips. The property is on the water, not the beach. The view is beautiful. Michelle is extremely responsive.

This was such a great place, it was perfect for our family. Close to the beach, but then had its own pool. The place was clean, comfortable and had a lot of amenities.

Easy navigation to the unit and access in. Home is decorated for a beachy getaway and roomy. Nice to have teens upstairs with main bedroom downstairs. Being right across from pool was great, especially for evening swims.

Great host respectful and responsive. Had all our needs met, and very comfortable.

This house was amazing. We are a large family so finding a place is hard. There was plenty of room for everyone. The location is perfect for kids because we don’t feel we have to stay right on them all the time. It’s very safe. The host was so patient with us as we couldn’t get loaded to the WiFi while the password was on a paper right on the living table. lol. We got in very late traveling with children and everything was ready to go for. Beach chairs and wagon were so handy. Definitely be booking with this host again. Thanks for the amazing trip.

We loved and enjoyed our stay. The only small issue we had was the room with the bunk beds is not really “friendly” for tall kids especially when they have to climb on to the top bunk to sleep on. Other than that everything was just amazing and wonderful. Thank you Padre Escapes for making our summer vacation a memorable one.

Our stay at Gulfside Condominiums was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, Bobbi, Nancy, and Andrew made sure everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, with clear instructions and great communication. The townhome itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the comforts of home. The location was perfect, and having designated parking made things even more convenient. The thoughtful touches, including fast WiFi and easy access to the beach, made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Port Aransas. Looking forward to returning!

We enjoyed our extended stay very much. The kitchen was well equipped and roomy enough for multiple cooks, which worked for us. The open concept was great for our group. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were well soundproofed. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. The pool was heated which was nice on cooler days. The National Seashore was only 10 miles away, and Mustang Island State Park even closer. The hosts were very responsive to our issues, which were thankfully very few. I highly recommend this rental and would love to return sometime

New, clean and nicely decorated (simple and peaceful) home. All in one floor. Right in front of the pool and very convenient to the beach. Lots of kitchenware. Plenty of towels, including swim towels, and bedding. Coffee(creamers/sugar) provided but nothing else. Which is definitely more sanitary, but don’t expect to find salt and pepper or basic spices like you might find other places. All in all a very nice place. Not run down like other condos we have stayed in near the beach.

Pool was excellent! Plenty of room and well stocked kitchen! Would stay again for sure!

The house was beautiful, easy access walking distance to the beach, it had two parking spaces available. The host left starters of items needed when you stay a week at a place. The host responded very quickly. We will definitely book here again.

Our stay here was awesome! Everything was really clean and organized for us when we arrived. Brandon responds very quickly and is super helpful, and he gave clear instructions and codes for everything we needed to get in the home, and even for the pool area. I really appreciated this because it made check in and unpacking super quick & easy. For us, he was flexible and got us an early check in, which I get isn’t always possible but there was no hesitation from him and he immediately worked with the cleaning staff to see if it could be. The location was nice because it is not far from the main town but far enough to not deal with too many crowds or traffic and the beach access roads are very close as well. The rooftop patio area was really nice and offers some really nice views. It has plenty of room and has a grill which I know would be great for dinner/hangout, although we didn’t use the grill on our stay. I would highly recommended this home and will be looking to stay here again.

My family and I were in town for my sons engagement party . We were so happy we came across this place and at a very reasonable price . We absolutely loved everything about this place ! Everything was exactly as described and pictured . Thank you Kacy and Shawn ! We definitely will be back .

Great little place near the beach. More private than expected do to the way the property is set up. Would definitely recommend. Great hosts as well!

Stayed mid January till mid March and found this gem to be everything it was advertised to be. From location to quality of the unit it did not disappoint. Just minutes to the beach access locations as well as local restaurants.If planning a return to Port A. in the future this spot will be top of my list.

Great space for a large family! Loved the appliances and the kitchen had everything we needed.

The place was awesome. It was so clean and nice. The kids loved being able to fish out back and walking out front to fish as well. We will certainly be back for another stay. We loved it.

Can’t say enough good things about our stay. The place was clean and spacious for a family of 5. I appreciated that there were pods for the dishwasher and dryer as well as plenty of towels. You cannot beat the location. Walking distance to the beach, but preferred to drive to our spot everyday which took less than a minute. The pool and playground were perfect for my kids and overall the complex was filled with families which made it the perfect atmosphere for us! Would definitely recommend and would love to return here one day!
