San José Ixtapa : locations de maisons de vacances

Una casa muy grande para disfrutar en familia. La casa es tal cual aparece en las fotos, la alberca es ideal para pasar un rato agradable. Los cuartos muy amplios y cómodos.

Pasamos unos días muy tranquilos, el lugar es muy familiar. La alberca estaba a tres pasos de la puerta de la casa. Es recomendable avisar antes de llegar cuántos vehículos van a entrar.

Absolutely stunning property. Incredible location - far enough away from the “Centro” to feel separated and private, yet, a short walkable distance to wonderful restaurants, the marina/port (for water taxi, snorkeling tours) and the downtown area. Staff were nice, and over delivered on every level. Short walk to a small cove for private beach (also had great snorkelling). One of the most memorable places we’ve stayed.

Casa Lily is our “go to” when we surf at Saladita! We’ve stayed here numerous times and it’s always a clean, comfortable, and reliable experience. Angelina is wonderful and takes such good care of the house while her son Angel keeps the grounds and pool in great shape. Casa Lily is a 5 minute walk to point where you paddle out, so it’s close but not too close. The property is very private and we always feel safe and secure. We’re already looking on the calendar for our next trip down to Saladita and Casa Lily!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la Casa Tulipanes. Sylvia et toute son équipe étaient très attentifs à nos besoins. La maison était propre, bien située pour accéder aux Combis qui vont à Ixtapa ou Zihua. Nous avons faire tous nos déplacements à pied et en transport publics et c’était vraiment accessible et simple d’utilisation. La maison est très bien entretenu. Le personnel est adorable. Juanita et Benjamin en particulier nous ont traité aux petits oignons. Nous étions une famille élargie et l’espace est convivial pour partager des repas, du temps et être ensemble. C’est super! Je recommande fortement :)

This place is so beautiful inside and out. The pictures do not do it justice. The host is responsive and friendly. The staff was exceptional, preparing amazing food, and helping us get taxis and excursions.. We usually don’t like to go back to the same places, but we will definitely be back to this one.

We came to Troncones for a 9 day retreat that was held a 5 minute walk away at beach. Being able to rest and recuperate at Diana's was perfect - quiet and spacious.

Shelley’s place is exactly as described. It is a wonderful place to watch and listen to the waves. The beach is beautiful, very clean, and great to walk. It is peaceful and not at all overrun with tourists, which makes it feel secluded and safe. One thing that is not mentioned in other reviews is that the house is directly behind the airport. When planes take off is can be quite startling the first few times you hear it, as they are very close when flying over the house. The good news is that it takes less than 30 seconds for them to get out over the ocean and then the noise is gone. It took a little while to get used to it, but once we did it became a non issue. Plus the fact the the flights are few and far between and do not happen early in the morning or late at night makes it even more tolerable. It would not keep us from returning!

Beautiful, comfortable house. Private, quiet and safe area. The street is not named so it took a few minutes to find the first time. We had Google move the address provided to the gate you need to drive through so should be easier for future visitors. It's the only house on the street. Easiest to rent a car here. Restaurants and beaches are close but not close enough to want to walk in the June heat. Gabino, the caretaker, lives in an apartment downstairs and is always available when needed. For the price, we expected things to operate without us needing to ask like turning the hot water on, fixing the dishwasher, A/C units and wifi. We had a lot of cold showers, loud or leaking A/C units and wifi too slow to watch a video or open a webpage but Gabino miraculously fixed everything when asked. We should have asked for fixes much sooner. The pool is the perfect depth for kids and is right outside the living room which is amazing for watching them easily. Overall a great stay!

Nicole and her casa are well known and well liked in the community which helped us get acquainted in town with people who offered services and activities. Along with the mellow beach vibe, our trip was highlighted by a sunrise bird tour in the lagoon and a sunset baby turtle release up the beach. So cool! The house was very nice and very comfortable comparatively in this small village. Like many places we’ve stayed, you’ve got to be up for an adventure and accepting of a few critters and roosters and things like that, but with a good attitude you can have a really special time. We met so many great people and always felt very safe. Looking forward to going back.

Where do I start! Just an absolutely incredible stay! The house itself is STUNNING, with incredible views, a short walk to the beach, surf breaks within walking distance, and the best part, delicious breakfast every morning made by housekeeper Reyna! Comfortable bed, adorable dogs to keep you company, and so much fun to be had in Majahua/Troncones area! The ONLY thing I will mention to just be aware of is that the house can be difficult to locate (especially in the dark), as there is no address. Jani does provide a little map and some directions which do help, however, brush up on your Spanish beforehand so you can assist on directions. That being said, the entire area is incredibly safe and tranquil, definitely don’t let that be a deterrence. We already are working out plans to visit again ASAP. Tuvimos una muy buena estadía, la casa se ve mejor que en las fotos. Suficientes habitaciones y baños. La zona de la alberca, con el asador, refrigerador y baño exterior nos gustó bastante. Un compañero sufrió un accidente con el cristal del cancel que da hacia la sala, le informamos a Chencho que siempre estuvo al pendiente y le reparamos el daño. Recomendamos el lugar.
