Amazing Place with great sea view, incredible beautiful villa, big pool, very stylish house, cozy outside area, very nice and friendly host quick answering to message, easy check in and check out, perfect location next to village but also very private. 100% recommendations!

Un lugar magnífico. Hermoso, grande y acogedor a la vez, muy tranquilo y con privacidad. Quedamos positivamente sorprendidos al llegar, pues aunque en las fotos se ve lo bonito que es, en vivo es aun mejor! Virginia y Nacho son super simpaticos y amables. Estuvieron siempre con disponibilidad ante las preguntas y peticiones que tuvimos. Ecxelente trato y recomendaciones. Super anfitriones! La piscina una maravilla! Impecable , bonita y refrescante. La vista desde allí durante el día y la noche es increible. Tanto el area de la piscina como la entrada y los laterales están llenos de bellas plantas del lugar, muy bien cuidadas que aportan un gran Plus a la sensación de bienestar que brinda la casa. Tuvimos unos días encantadores, tanto la casa como la zona era exactamente lo que buscabamos para pasar días de relajación y plenitud. Definitivamente volveremos y lo recomendamos con ojos cerrados. Nuestra estadía en Cabo de Gata ha sido perfecta. La casa es muy cómoda y muy tranquila. No tenemos más que buenas recomendaciones, seguramente volveremos pronto.

Der Check-in und Check-out war sehr einfach, freundlich. Die Nähe zum Meer ist toll. Der kleine Pool war auch im Oktober angenehm warm.

De los mejores alojamientos en cabo de gata! Una casa de 10 Súper limpia Súper equipada

Lugar muy tranquilo y bonito para descansar y disfrutar. José, el casero, fue muy atento en todo momento y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos y se agradeció mucho la posibilidad de traer a nuestra mascota con nosotros.

Vrijstaande woning omgeven door een prachtige ruime en afgesloten tuin. We konden de auto, aanhanger en motoren makkelijk parkeren. Huis is sober ingericht maar alles is er. Open haard was fijn in de decembermaand wanneer het toch wat fris kan worden. De woning ligt net buiten Carboneras maar op loopafstand. Rustige omgeving met wat agrarische bedrijven en woningen. In de nacht dus wel wat kraaiende hanen en blaffende honden. Carboneras vonden wij een leuk plaatsje met voldoende cafe's en restaurants zonder heel toeristisch over te komen. Een prachtige boulevard om te wandelen langs het strand. Carmen is een geweldige host die altijd klaar stond, snel reageerde op vragen en regelmatig checkte of alles naar wens was. De internetverbinding volstaat maar is zeker niet snel. Wij hebben er met twee personen remote gewerkt, dat ging goed. We waren ook een week met 4 personen en dan is de verbinding krapjes bemeten. Ons verblijf is goed bevallen, we overwegen zeker om weer terug te komen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Hein et Renny. Le logement était très chouette ( déco sympa! ), vue en hauteur sur le village au caractère qui reste authentique et le paysage méditatif. Une atmosphère calme et sereine qui nous a vraiment bien convenue. Ville et plages à proximité, de plus. Nous retournerons certainement car nous aimons les environnements paisibles.

We had a wonderful stay in Níjar! The apartment is small but has everything you need – nothing was missing. We especially loved spending long, relaxed mornings on the terrace with its stunning view, and cooling off in the pool after our beach trips. The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful beaches nearby, and Níjar itself is such a charming and peaceful town – definitely worth spending some time in. A special mention goes to the two super sweet cats who visited us regularly and made the place feel even more welcoming. We’d love to come back!

We have stayed here twice now to visit family and would always choose this apartment. It is very clean and spacious with a big terrace and the kitchen is well equipped. You can walk from the bus station and everything you need is close by yet it is quiet during the night. . Javier is a great host and always at the door to greet us.

Une très belle maison, et surtout un extérieur avec une vue à couper le souffle! La vue sur la mer est présente partout, que ce soit dans les pièces de la maison ou sur chaque terrasse. Extraordinaire! Niveau équipement c'est parfois un peu léger quand on est nombreux (couverts/vaisselle)..

Hemos pasado unos días geniales en la casa y Petra como anfitriona ha sido un 10, siempre atenta y dispuesta a resolvernos y atender cualquier duda, incidencia o petición que nos iba surgiendo. Repetiríamos sin duda el próximo verano!

Our expectations were really fulfilled. The location is secluded and peaceful, perfectly equipped for enjoying quality time with loved ones. From the thoughtful welcome gift to the kindness, helpfulness of the team and the fully equipped kitchen, every detail was appreciated. The beauty of the place—especially after the sunset—made our stay unforgettable. The well-maintained spaces and lush vegetation create a magical atmosphere. Highly recommended for large groups seeking a private, quiet retreat in a beautiful corner of Spain, cared for with exceptional dedication by the owners and their team.

We enjoyed a great stay at Casa Chinos (family of 7). Plenty of room, great layout and we had everything we needed during our stay. Robert and Alex were very responsive throughout. 2 minute walk to the Playa with some nice places to eat, kids play parks etc. pool table, table tennis and pool toys to keep the kids entertained. Fuimos un grupo de amigas y estuvimos súper bien. La cocina equipada y todo funcionaba a la perfección. Los baños y las habitaciones limpios. La ubicación cerca de carboneras en una zona tranquila, apartada de la ciudad pero a 10 minutos de ella. El patio exterior y la barbacoa de obra son geniales para echar allí una noche entre amigos.

This Property has it all. The villa was just perfect, furnished to a high standard, immaculately clean and meticulously looked after. It is in a quiet location less than 7mins walk from the beach, supermarket, and many bars and restaurants. The views are stunning with mountains on one side and the sea on the other. The pool area was amazing, so peaceful with lots of comfortable seating and parasols allowing shade if needed. Dan and Natalie were the best hosts, (not forgetting their friendly dogs) They were so accommodating. Communication was fantastic from before check in to checkout. Over all we had an amazing stay, it was everything we could have wished for and more. We would highly recommend and will definitely visit again.

We stayed for almost 2 months . This is a magical place, the peace and and tranquility are unsurpassed. The natural beauty is breathtaking! The house is perfect for a couple and 1 or 2 Children. The kitchen was very well equipped. You must get drinking water from the tap in the village centre, which is free and from the mountains. We ve used the pellet stove in the evenings, pellets are available in the stove store in turre, much cheaper than in supermarket. it's about a 15 min Drive down the mountain to Turre with bars and restaurants and a vibrant market and another 10 min to the sea. Wonderful hiking in the mountains all around. Additional gas bottle for hot water was provided and more than sufficient.Stylish decor . If you are looking for a stay in natural surroundings , palms, cacti , agave, oleanders, so much more you couldn't get better. A top class restaurant "Fatima" is just. 2 mins away. Eric and Rabea were always available and helpful!! Thank you so much for everything!

Amanda's house is amazing for a family holiday. Both to spend time around the pool and BBQ but also to make excursions to the natural park around the corner and the cute village of Mojacar. Everything is taking care off in full detail, so you can relax and enjoy. From kids pool toys to cooking supplies. We loved it and will recommend it to everyone!
