San José : locations de vacances avec terrasse

El apartamento es bonito y tiene una luz y unas vistas espectaculares. Además está perfectamente equipado y decorado con mucho gusto. Un 10 en limpieza. Luis y Antonio estuvieron pendientes en todo momento. Nos solucionaron dudas y nos ofrecieron todo tipo de sugerencias. Han sido de gran ayuda. Nos hemos enamorado de la zona y de la casa. Volveremos!

Andrés es super atento y amable y aunque estuvo de vacaciones en nuestra estancia estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros. El piso es muy bonito con unas vistas a la playa fantásticas. Lo único de lo que me podría "quejar" es que cuando reservamos nos prometió una cesta de bienvenida con cerveza, pero parece ser que se le olvidó. Por lo demás todo genial. Sin duda repetiríamos.

The terrace is as advertised. Spent lots of time lounging in the sun and admiring the beautiful view. Very well appointed apartment, everything you could need to enjoy the terrace, beach, cook meals, etc. Loved Almeria and this is a great location from which to explore, 30 minutes of walking takes you pretty much anywhere you'd like to go. Maria was absolutely lovely to deal with. Appreciated the time she took to walk us through the apartment at check in.

Wir sind das erste mal in Mojacar Almeria gewesen und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Dazu beigetragen hat dieses wunderschöne Apartment mit einer traumhaften Lage direkt am Strand. Wir hatten den Pool der Anlage sowie den Strand fast ganz für uns alleine, sodass wir uns sehr gut erholen konnten. Allein der Blick aus dem Fenster des Schlafzimmers und des Balkons hat uns täglich ein sehr besonderes Urlaubsgefühl beschert und für eine innere Ruhe und Entspannung gesorgt. Wir können diese Urlaubsunterkunft sehr empfehlen, besonders für Personen die in ihrem Urlaub mal so richtig abschalten und trotzdem Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternehmen möchten. Das Dorf Mojacar pueblo ist sehr sehenswert.. La noche de velas an der das Dorf komplett mit Kerzen beleuchtet wird war bezaubernd anzuschauen. Begeistert waren wir von der Flamenconshow im tablao El Pimiento in Mojacar pueblo. Unternommen haben wir u.a. Ausflüge nach Almeria, Roquetas de Mar, Cartagena und La Manga.

Viajamos mi mejor amiga, mi mascota y yo y la verdad ha sido gratificante, el piso es tal cual se muestra las fotos, bonitas vistas, y barrio tranquilo, repetiría sin duda! Pd: a destacar piso muy limpio! ☺️🫶🏻

Alojamiento perfecto para pasar unos días en la zona, bien ubicado, cerca de supermercados y cerca de muchos sitios espectaculares.

Appartement, très sympa emplacement idéal rien à dire, sauf qu’il n’y avait pas de fer à repasser mais c’est un détail. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances.

La casita es súper confortable, con unas vistas inmejorables! Fue una estancia estupenda, Alessandra es muy buena anfitriona, nos ayudó en todo y siempre estaba pendiente. Sin duda si quieres desconectar y relajarte con las mejores vistas de Cabo de Gata este es tu sitio! Volveremos!

Anuncio fiel a lo que te encuentras. Zona muy céntrica y muy próxima a pa zona de ambiente. Nos gustó.

la casa muy bonita y muy amplia. las habitaciones muy fresquitas y por la noche se dormía en la gloria. Las dos habitaciones dan a una terraza. Además la azotea dan la vistas al mar maravilloso. Todo muy bien la ubicación de la casa está genial a 5 min de la playa andando y del centro urbano 10 min además. tiene a 5 min el centro de salud. Excelentísimo trato por parte de Julia muy atenta a todo. Os animo que vayáis esta de lujo.

Sehr schönes Haus in der aufstrebenden ehemaligen Almedina. Insgesamt eine ruhige Wohngegend, insbesondere nachts. Die Dachterrasse ist toll und bietet eine schöne Aussicht auf die neu renovierte Festung. Das Haus verfügt über zwei weitere schattenspendende Balkone. Das Haus ist über mehrere Ebenen aufgeteilt und geschmackvoll mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Diverse kleine Supermärkte sind in Laufnähe. Die Unterkunft ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt von Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants / Tapas-Bars. Carmen ist eine großartige Gastgeberin, sympathisch und sehr gut erreichbar. Sie hat immer sehr gute Empfehlungen gegeben. Aufgrund der engen Gassen mit Parkverbot ist nur eine begrenzte Anzahl an Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden, Carmen bietet aber gegen Aufpreis eine Parkmöglichkeit an. Ich habe mich sofort in der 'Casa bonita' wohl gefühlt, gerne komme ich wieder zurück!

El dueño muy amable siempre pendiente de todo. La casa igual que en las fotos espacioso cómodo y bonito no tengo ninguna queja nos encantó. También está muy cerca de la playa, la playa está detrás de la urbanización literal. También puedes salir andando para un boulevard donde hay varios restaurantes, muy cómodo, también está a uno 2in de Almería y cerca de cabo de gata y sus pueblos a unos 30-40min nos pareció genial la ubicación recomendada. My husband and myself stayed at Ramon's villa for 4 weeks and we were very happy. The villa has everything we needed for an extended stay and it was very comfy in every way. A big fridge freezer was very useful, as I batch cooked some meals. Great to watch a film at night on Netflix on their smart TV, after we were exhausted from a long bicycle ride. Fab countryside for cycling and walking. We had such a good time and Carmen looked after us so well and very promptly helped us if we needed it. Carmen is a lovely friendly and polite lady and we saw her every weekend when she accompanied the pool boy, for cleaning the pool. We would recommend this villa for a holiday and we would love to return in the future.

We had a great time at Carlo's lovely Cueva! Níjar is a gem of a town and the surroundings are beautiful to explore. Carlos was a great host, very responsive and super friendly and helpful. Would love to come again!

El alojamiento nos encantó bien ubicado, está reformado recientemente y la decoración hace muy agradable la estancia, el sofá cama es bastante cómodo y está muy limpio volveremos sin dudarlo, gracias a María y a su hijo Juanfra nos hicieron la estancia muy fácil gracias a los dos por ser tan buenos anfitriones

Under-stated, this accommodation was 💯 perfect. (Not walkable, but it didn’t say it was so I knew). Maria and Robert were perfect hosts, really helpful and responsive to all needs. There was absolutely everything available in the kitchen and bedroom etc. I could not fault anything. I think it was under-priced for what one got. It would not suit everyone though, I am a single triathlete and for me this worked brilliantly as I could come and go all day and just cook in the well equipped kitchen. I wanted for nothing for the whole 2 weeks. It was a fair way from Alicante, but not a difficult drive. Nothing was difficult. Just a brilliant 2 weeks triathlon training, pool 15 mins away and cycling and running just at the bottom of the hill. Flat roads, hilly roads a triathlete’s paradise. The photos do NOT do the place justice.

El apartamento está muy bien,cómo en las imágenes, el anfitrión muy agradable, contesta muy pronto.

Wir verbrachten zwei Nächte in Patricia‘s Häuschen . Sie begrüßte uns sehr herzlich , hatte bereits einen fahrbaren Gasofen bereit gestellt , wofür wir sehr dankbar waren. Es standen Früchte, Tomaten und Getränke bereit und sie gab uns viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung . Das Innere des Hauses ist sehr gemütlich , es ist alles vorhanden um sich selbst zu versorgen . Außen ist es wunderschön gestaltet und lädt zum Sitzen ein . Da wir nur einen kompletten Tag zur Verfügung hatten , starteten wir früh. Die Gegend in diesem Naturpark ist spektakulär, wir liebten die kleinen Orte an den schönen Stränden . Leider hatten viele Restaurants geschlossen , die Saison im Cabo de Gata endet Mitte Oktober . Wir möchten Patricia noch einmal danken für ihre Gastfreundschaft .

Really nice stay! lovely house with pretty convenience surroundings. The host is very warm hearted and helped us a lot thoughout our stay. Big thank you and strongly recommended for all.

Wonderful, incredibly well looked-after and well-designed apartment. Super-fresh kitchen and bathroom, the best smart TV that we've ever had at an AirBnB and fabulous, private outside space with both sunny and shaded areas. The location - effectively at the end of a no-through-road, is brilliant: 5 minute walk to some terrific bars and restaurants and yet very quiet at night whilst we were there. Romaine could not have been more helpful - she is a really outstanding host
