It was a very pleasant experience. Staying at the accomodation is comforting, relaxing and healing! The view and the vibe is very homey. The sunset view is perfection! Everything was worth it. I’m veey rhankful I have found this gem at airbnb, Sir Patrick was accomodating and easy to talk to. Our transaction was very smooth and hassle free. Wishing to come back here again. In addition, the sea! The accomodation is right in front of the shore with a beautiful crystal clear ocean. Our snorkeling experience was superb! There’s a lot of fishes even in the shallow area only and there’s a lot in the deeper parts. Also, they have some life vest and snorkeling gears there that you can borrow for free if you didn’t bring any. Hope to come back in the future. Thank you so much!

Beach: I’ll start with this because this is what I usually look for in reviews. Aside from the rocky beach, everything else is perfect. We prefer sandy beaches because we have kids but we’re aware that Anilao is known for its mostly rocky beaches. The host was pretty clear about this as well. Rocky yet very clear water. It’s also a marine sanctuary so we had so much fun dish watching. We would actually like to come back and rent a boat going to the white sand beach and do more snorkeling. House: It’s beautiful and super CLEAN! Host & Caretaker: 5 star! My hubby left his watch and jewelry. We were notified right away so we were able to come back for it. If the staff didn’t see it, we wouldn’t have known until we’re back at home. We had a quick yet fun family getaway with this beautiful property. Thank you!

We stayed for 3D2N and we really enjoyed. Rooms were super clean when we arrived. The caretakers were all helpful when we needed something.

The driftwood cottage was a great stay, it was very clean and comfortable and fit the desciption very well. The crew is what makes this place exceptional, they arranged everything for us from motorbike rentals to a ride on their cousin’s boat to get us to Abra de Ilog. I don’t know how else we would have gotten there! Food and cocktails in the tiki bar next door are great and they stand ready morning, afternoon and evening to serve you. The location is very quiet and away from anything exciting to do, but for us this was a plus. Diving or eating out is 10-30 minutes away by motorbike or tricycle. 5 stars and I advise you stay here when you want to stay in or around Puerto Galera.

Great spot for a Christmas getaway! Spent the Christmas Eve here with my family, and it was a cozy and relaxing stay. The veranda has stunning views—perfect for enjoying coffee and an al-fresco dinner. Got lost heading to the place due to Waze glitch but host was helpful enough to lead us to the right direction. The stairs can be a bit challenging because of the rain but it’s part of the charm! So worth it when we reached the house. A great place to unwind, especially for some quiet family time. Would love to come back again!

Kubo Lobo fulfilled it’s promise of a great vacation. For us and our fur babies. It is a short walk from the beach. We will definitely go back.

This was one of the best stays we had ever had. Since my mom will go back to working overseas we are also celebrating my sibling's birthday. They have decorated the place with some birthday decorations and they even bought a cake for us. This is the only place that exceeded our expectations and will book again very soon. Ms. Ella & Ate Shirley are also responsive in all of our questions a day and before we arrive to the place. Thank you so much.

Celebrated my husband’s 30th birthday here with our family and we truly enjoyed the place. We are 17 pax and enough space for all of us. Caretaker ate Q-ann is very accommodating, the rooms are clean and dry. Kitchen is air-conditioned with complete necessities. The view of the sea is beautiful especially during sunset. Pool is warm so we were all able to enjoy it even in the night time. Wifi is fast and reliable. Parking can fit all 3 of our cars with extra space. They also have contact to the local boatmen who were hired for a sandbar tour in the morning. We were still able to enjoy the sea even if the beachfront is not swimmable. My family appreciates and highly praised the place. The host is friendly and keeps us informed at all times. Thank you. Will be back again.

Wow, this place is amazing! We love the location, 3 min walk to the private beach, quiet and peaceful, and can have delivery of food from restos around the area if you do not want to cook. The caretaker, Kuya Lito, provided excellent service and very friendly to all of us. The house makes you feel at home with large rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living area, and outside area by the pool. Our family of 12 with 2 kids were very comfortable. We are absolutely coming back here whenever we visit Laiya!

We booked 3 days before the date and the place was awesome!! They are very accommodating, they have complete utensils, linens, towels. You can always ask them a favor, like borrowing some condiments. Jacuzzi is the highlight of our stay, they make sure everyone in the area can use it. The place is also quiet even the place is fully booked. Also, I loved their dog and the mama cat with her kittens. It feels like home and we enjoyed staying here and probably come back.

We had an incredible stay at Sophia's beautiful home. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met and even going beyond to meet the requirements of our larger group. The staff was equally friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed assistance including arranging boat rides for island hopping, massages, grocery shopping etc. The villa’s location is unbeatable—right on the beachfront coupled with the pool, offering stunning views and easy access to the water. The entire space, from the well-appointed rooms and spotless bathrooms to the spacious dining and living areas, was simply brilliant. Every detail was thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. This was truly a perfect family getaway, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

This place was perfect for our family reunion! There was 11 of us and was plenty of space for everyone. Pool was so nice and views were great. Would highly recommend this place for large groups or even just for a couple wanting to get away for the weekend.

Rona’s place is peaceful and quiet, we really loved our time here. As much as we want to extend our stay, the place is fullybooked already. Kuya Dondon is so helpful and very responsive in our request and queries. We’ll definitely come back.

Jo is a great host. He replies to my messages promptly and is very efficient. The detailed direction to the place is described in the Airbnb posting but we had trouble finding the place at first only because I lost my internet connection while we’re trying to find the place. Make sure to write the direction in a piece of paper or snap a picture to save it in your photo gallery. The place is so nice & very clean, it has all the amenities that you’ll need. The kitchen. has all the pots and pans, plates, utensils, wine glasses, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Every room is clean & the beds are comfortable. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone specially if you’re looking for a peaceful and tranquil kind of R&R with your family. Your view of the beach is breathtaking. I love the hammock under the trees! Plenty place to relax. Lots of tables & chairs outside for the family. They even granted my request for a bonfire. My family had so much fun. We will definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this Airbnb with our friends. The location couldn't have been better, with the beach just a stone's throw away. The house itself is incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for our kids to play. With a total of three indoor showers and two outdoor ones, we had no issues with bathroom availability. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals. We also appreciated the convenience of having several sari-sari stores nearby for any last-minute essentials. A special mention goes to Sir Rex, the caretaker, whose kindness and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the Airbnb host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, allowing us to extend our stay without any extra charges. Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway near the beach. We can't wait to come back!

The place is beautiful. So many ig-worthy spots. The place is very spacious. The staff are very accommodating and courteous. They would also give you some fun facts about the area. The staff also assisted us whenever we needed something. The owner was very friendly and generous to our requests. We definitely got more than what we paid for. Definitely recommended!!! ❤️

Awesome place! Even with the rainy weather, our stay was pleasant. This is only the 3rd airbnb we stayed in where there were house staff who cooked meals for the guests. We didn't have to go to restaurants all the time, and we were able to enjoy a real vacation. The house staff ate Cynthia and her family were very helpful and always happy to treat us like family guests. I am happy to know that the homeowner has been checking in on us, if we were comfy during the stay. We enjoyed the house Christmas decors as well, took nice family photos in the house. Norman who assisted in the booking was also very helpful with our questions. Looking forward to staying here again with a bigger group and hopefully when weather is sunny.

Very serene place to stay with friends or family if you want to take a break from the bustling noise from the city. Near the beach, great for beach getaways
