The place is 5 minute walk to the beach - near highway. the price is reasonable and the place is spacious and clean. We had a great stay!

Honestly this is the best place I've ever stayed at on this platform. Abby was so friendly, helpful, and has such a kind and pleasant demeanor. The house is beautiful. I didn't get to take any yoga classes but I will next time and there WILL be a next time. San Juan La Union is Incredible and with Glen as the Godmother of La Yoga I had such a wonderful time that I will definitely be coming back for a long-term stay in the future. On my last night we shared a wonderful meal together and it was a great way to end my trip. There is a great local 24 hour restaurant a 4 minute walk down the road called Marasa Bulaluhan, the Bulalo was on point. If you get a chance, the San Juan market is awesome too. Leo 🐕 takes a bit to warm up and Ellie 🐈 is a very cool kitty. Both are wonderful litte furry companions. Thank you so much for your hospitality and friendship Abby and Glen. Everything was just perfect. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the unit facing the beach, but that didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay. Ms. Jahra was incredibly kind and assisted us with everything, especially in booking a surfing instructor. P.S. We absolutely loved the cheese bread! 😍 And we’re already missing Starlet—such a sweet in-house kitty! 🐱💛✨

For the rent you expect what you pay for. If your looking for a place to stay overnight or stay over the weekends, definitely this is a wrap. Fit for the family and barkadas. Location si nearby coffee shops and resto bars a minute walk. Good parking space, accommodating personnel's, Good internet connection and no curfew hour even in late nights. 2k is quite fine I guess so. Good Job po.

Beautiful, private secluded space in the heart of San Juan, La Union. Walking distance from most of the restaurants, cafes, and bars by the beach. Host was very responsive and helpful. No nonsense great experience.

the place was cool felt like home and worth of its price. peaceful and quiet, and the ambiance is relaxing. definitely will book riz place again once i came to visit at elyu. the people of riz are kind and helpful, we totally have privacy during our stay.

Mabait po si kuya. Masikip lang po daan papunta sa parking area pero ma assist po si kuya pati po ang mga neighbor mabait nag assist din po. Can park more than 1 car pag dating sa place nila. Maluwag ang mga room. Can cook and use ref. Excellent service.

What truly set this stay apart was the outstanding hospitality. The host and caretaker were incredibly friendly and responsive, promptly addressing any questions we had.

Got a little lost going there since it's a little hard to find. But the staff are very attentive and helpful all throughout our 6-nights stay. The place is huge and complete with kitchen utensils. You can buy groceries from the nearby mall (Robinsons) and cook inside the unit. The only thing missing is a tv..it's nice to relax sometimes watching a movie after a long day. The beachfront is really the reason I booked this property and it did not disappoint. It's far from the flock of tourists so you can enjoy some alone time here. The wifi is reliable and the two rooms, though with no a/c unit is still comfortable.

The place was better than I expected, it is very spacious and clean. The place is just a few minutes walk away from the beach. There are food establishments, convenient stores as well as sari-sari stores around the place. The host was very accomodating, he always tends to our needs.

we had a peaceful stay! sobrang okay if you want na malapit sa kabsat. i met sir ariel and other sirs, they were very welcoming and approachable. WILL SURELY GO BACK. <3

Mark is friendly, accommodating and the place is quiet and nice place to stay at the beach front. It's accessible to surfing area yet quiet and peaceful because it's on the quiet side of the beach. Perfect for family, and pet-friendly too.

Oliver was very accomodating, explained well what do and don’ts, we enjoy the welcome refresher. Famous “ Ice Cream” the sorrounding very quiet and peaceful. All and all we enjoyed our family vacation.
